One block from the supermarket, one block from Saas pharmacies and 3 others, with many restaurants nearby, two gas stations one block each, located on the same avenue that comes from Caracas. Water tank and pump for supply without problems

Los Roques es uno de los mejores edificios de Tucacas, con piscina remodelada, amplia y siempre limpia, con tobogán. Cuenta con parque infantil en excelente estado y área de refugio de tortugas. En la playa tiene churuatas, cancha de fútbol y bolas criollas. Ubicado a 10 min del embarcadero. Sin planta eléctrica. Tiene ascensor, aunque puede no estar operativo ocasionalmente.
