The property boasts 2 Private Bedrooms, a Loft Bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, Washer/Dryer, Full Kitchen, FULL Outdoor Kitchen which includes a BBQ pit, Gas Grill, Fireplace and a Fire Pit, a Lighted Gazebo, 2 Large Piers along with an extended boardwalk, a private boat slip, 5 Fishing Lights (2 of which are green lights), and spectacular views of the arroyo.

It is an ideal place to spend a weekend with friends or family, surrounded by nature and tranquility. The cabin has beautiful views, equipped kitchen and a patio to relax, this house was designed by my architecture office thinking of providing the best experience of the people who use it. You can hike on Cerro de la Viga, which is right next door, or just enjoy the scenery. *There may be irregularities in the electricity supply in the area.

My accommodation is good for couples, hikers, families (with children), and small groups. It is ideal for people looking to get away from the city and be in contact with nature, people with an environmental mindset who like to care for and protect our planet.

This small cabin has been built and equipped to fully enjoy the spectacular potrero chico canyon located just a few steps away from the climbing walls. It is a basic accomodation, with limited electricity and water supply but with infinite fun possibilities. The cabin’s purpose is comfort and relaxation - comfy sofas, pool table, spacious accommodations, and a direct connection with the outdoors. In the late evening/early morning enjoy go outside on the dock to fish or sit and watch the traffic on the Arroyo. Great place to destress. *Due to the nature of the area, there are frequent internet, water, and power outages.
