Beautiful Guest House with private entrance

We are located right off the hwy18 , in the dessert knolls area. We are a couple of blocks away from St. Mary’s Hospital and very close to a bus stop Also in close access to Japanese and Chinese restaurant, Subway, Little Caesars, Jack in the Box ,and El Pollo Loco, there’s also a Mexican restaurant and poki bar just walking distance away, Walmart and Super Target Costco are only a 3 miles drive on hwy18. My guest house is over 400 squares feet with private entrance. Neighbor is nice and quiet.

This newly renovated home comes with 4 55in TVS, a private jet tub with a view of the city night lights, and plenty of room to park your vehicles and toys inside of the gate. It has a very nice office space with free high speed internet. The master bedroom has a balcony with a nice very nice view of the mountain and neighborhood. Both bedrooms downstairs have their own private entrance. Overall this is a very open property minus the garage and one small storage room inside the office room.
