Along with our two local pubs and town square. The house is very close to the hub of fairlie but yet far enough away to be able to breathe and have a bit of privacy. Approx 40 minutes from Tekapo , 1 hour from Timaru and 30 minutes from Geraldine, and approx 2 1/2 hours to Christchurch. Situated on the sunny corner of a working dairy farm you’ll enjoy mountain views and peaceful starry nights. Plenty of room for the family with a large lawn and fully fenced section.

When my Grandparents built this 3 bedroom home it was the hub for family visits. We are excited to offer our holiday home to you to enjoy, as much as we do. The home and grounds are spacious with views of Mt Dobson from the patio, lounge and bedrooms. The house has open plan kitchen, dining and lounge perfect for families and larger groups. Situated off the main road, we are a 2 minute walk to the supermarket, cafes, playground and shops.

We have a star gazing area where you will be awed by the clear sky and see the Milky Way and all the constellations. Our Retreat Cottage is very well equipped with everything you need, including a 3 pin EV charging port. Your hosts, Drew and Sally, will meet you and show you where you can browse the large vegetable gardens and orchard.
