Holiday rentals with a patio in Faial Island

Lovely apartment, much bigger than we expected. All spotlessly clean and in a great location for all the sites of Horta. Will definitely recommend.

Beautiful place wish I had the opportunity to stay here more than two nights. The balcony and the views outside are amazing. The seating on the balcony was perfect. Kitchen was excellent. Tub is a little hard to step into if you’re short as it’s on the high side, but everything was clean and as expected. The air conditioning was a plus. Would love to come back and spend a whole summer here. Close to the two restaurants near the natural pools. thank you for allowing us to stay. Will be back.

Paula’s place was perfect for our stay in Madalena. It was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go and the space itself was very clean and comfortable.

The apartment is really spacious! For two people it's really big! It's tastefully decorated, it's really nice and we felt right on vacation! Tiago was very kind and gave us suggestions on where to eat nearby. The instructions you gave us about check-in and check-out were very clear. We'll be back!

One word sums up this listing "PERFECT" . Eunice was a lovely lady, who took time throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable. She was not intusive, but corresponsed using text to check we were ok. Eunice provided more than she needed to and appeared to 'Go the extra mile' for us. She was a perfrct host. In fact this was the best Air B & B experience I have had. Eunice provided a clean, well furnished and equipped house. She provided extras I was not expecting. She had a lovely son, who stepped in when host was busy, just as a point of contact in case of a problem (there weren't any) It was reassuring to know. Location was quiet, felt safe and welcome. This is an absolutely wonderful place. It is a beautiful modern gem with INCREDIBLE views of the oceans. António was so helpful with the check in and check out process. Also having a parking spot come with this place is so helpful in Sao Jorge!

Laura’s Cottage is a fantastic base for exploring São Jorge Island. The house is thoughtfully designed, highly functional, and exceptionally well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beds and mattresses were particularly noteworthy — very comfortable and clearly chosen with care. One of the highlights was waking up in the main bedroom to a breathtaking, unobstructed view of Pico Island (weather permitting) — a truly memorable experience. Germano was an outstanding host: proactive, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive. He reached out well in advance with a wealth of useful tips about what to see and do on the island, which made a real difference in shaping our trip. Throughout our stay, he remained attentive and helpful without ever being intrusive. I honestly couldn't recommend Laura’s Cottage more — it was a perfect stay in a magical place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ana’s place. The house was small but quaint with a beautiful scenery. Ana was quick to get back to us whenever we had questions and she went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed for our stay. We would definitely use Anas place again.

We had a fantastic time at George's. It's in a wonderful location, steps from beautiful Porto Pim on one side, and central Horta on the other. We loved sitting on the rooftop patio as the sun set spectacularly, with a view of both the beach and the city. Highly recommended! George was very responsive and his manager Filipa was super friendly when we asked if we could drop off our luggage early as we had arrived a few hours before check-in time. We ended up being let in early, which made such a huge difference to our overall experience. The only regret is that we didn't stay longer than we did, obrigado George & Filipa!

Absolutely charming apartment, very well located by the ferry port. The apartment is well-equipped with brand-new appliances. Communication was very smooth, which made our stay very easy and pleasant. I cannot recommend it enough if you're planning a stay in Madalena.
