Many thanks to Slim for hosting us! The apartment was perfect for our stay: clean and super well located. Communication with Slim was very easy and enjoyable, he is very responsive and attentive. This is a place I would recommend without hesitation.

Clean and tidy, great communication, fantastic experience overall

What a wonderful fantastic apartment nestled above a bank on the 2nd floor. Incredibly spacious and clean, with a terrace. You can gaze into the distance from the front terrace or back window. Coffee, pizza, pastries, burgers places and small convenience store within a stone's throw. More eating options; restaurants, fast food and ice parlors 8 minutes walk away. I would have loved to stay at this apartment for a month if I could have taken more time off. Definitely would love to come back.

We would like to warmly thank Amir for his welcome and support throughout our stay. He showed great kindness and an exceptional sense of service — it's rare to meet someone so helpful. A true advisor and guide, he helped us discover Tunisia in the best conditions. Always available, he responds at any time as soon as we need him. When our flight was delayed, it even allowed us to stay longer in the listing, with great kindness. We had a great time, thanks to him and his apartment, bright, pleasant and very well located. Another huge thank you for everything, Amir! We recommend it with eyes closed 100%.

It's a shame you only exchanged by message. We regretted the lack of an electric kettle and tea towels. We reported it but were unsuccessful. Each room is missing at least one chair . Otherwise it was very good.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Haythem’s property in Tunis and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a well-situated and welcoming place to stay in the capital. The accommodation is clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped to meet the needs of both short and longer stays. The location offers convenient access a grocery store, a pharmacy, cafe's and restaurants also not too far from central Tunis, a car is needed or taxis are easy to access. The host is communicative, respectful of privacy, and readily available for any assistance required. The beds could have been more comfortable but for the price and how large the apartment is it is a steal and very lovely.

The apartment is very comfortable & clean!—felt just like home. The location is exactly as expected, within walking distance to the mall and several restaurants. Overall, it's conveniently close to key neighborhoods. I would easily easily book it again.

Mahdi’s place was a home away from home! We booked the studio too! It was sparkling clean and had everything you need during your stay as a family. Safa welcomed us when we arrived and left us with some water, bread, cakes and other stuff for breakfast :) she showed us around both of the properties and recommended some great places to eat and visit. She was super responsive on whats app and kept in touch during our stay! The kids enjoyed the apartment and sidi bou said! Our apartment was a 2 min walk to the busy street with the shops and food spots. The popular cafe des delices was a 4-5 min walk and walking down to the beach took about 20 mins. The location was perfect and it was a safe neighbourhood. I even made some cat friends and left them bowls of water outside :) thank you to Mahdi for letting us check out later since we had a night flight! I would love to visit again :)

Hedi was extremely helpful and responsive. House is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect..steps away from the main Street in Sidi Bou Said. Rooftop terrace had an amazing view. The House was very private and comfortable!

really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. From the moment we arrived, Lamaane was a wonderful host—she kindly waited for us to arrive and personally handed us the keys, which made check-in seamless. The apartment felt like a home away from home. It was well-stocked with toiletries, and there were plenty of towels, which made settling in easy and comfortable. We also found many fantastic restaurants within walking distance that we absolutely loved. The location was excellent—just a 15-minute walk to the beach—and catching a cab was easy from the nearby roundabout. It’s also only a 15–20 minute cab ride to major attractions like the Medina and Carthage, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. One thing to note is that the neighborhood can get quite noisy at night due to cars, dogs, and cats. We needed to keep the windows open to allow air circulation, as it got warm while sleeping. That was the only downside to an otherwise wonderful experience.

Very pleasant stay at Meher's for a family wedding in Tunis. The accommodation was very good, clean, well-equipped and well-located. Communication with Meher was very easy and spontaneous and with very good responsiveness. Thank you for everything. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Bilel is a great host. He gave me a very good welcome and we communicated during the stay when I had something to ask him about the apartment or the place to park the car. The apartment is ideally located with Sidi Bou Said and the Marsa Corniche nearby and the place is totally quiet at night. It's the perfect place to rest in the evening. 100% recommended
