Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Eyüpsultan

Great value and location for our group. Beds were good enough for one night. Hosts were responsive to any and all requests. Hot water in showers and towels were freshness The apartment is spacious, clean, and warm, suitable for a group of 6 on a vacation. Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The house is spacious (two bedrooms and a living room) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden and the cozy winter lounge are great spots to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, just two metro stops away from the Bosphorus shore (Üsküdar). From there, you can easily get anywhere in Istanbul by metro, bus, or ferry. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and some are open all night.

Ev beklediğim gibiydi. Güzel bir misafirlik oldu. sessiz, sakin ve bahçesi var. Genel anlamda beğendim.

Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht, so wie auf den Bildern. Am Tag ist die Wohnung sehr hell und freundlich, in der Nacht etwas wenig Licht. Ansonsten super ausgestattet . Perfekte Lage für jegliche Unternehmungen ,viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe.

Evin konumu güzel. İstiklal Caddesi’ne çok yakın. Yalnız yollar biraz yokuşlu. Ev çok güzel, eski bir bina. Fakat hemen okulun yanında olduğu için sesli oluyor. Sabah uyumayı tercih edenler için iyi olmayabilir. Genel anlamda temizdi, fakat ara sıra odaya yoğun bir sigara kokusu geliyordu. Zevkli döşenmiş, küçük ama kullanışlı bir evdi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Nilay and Sencer's appartment is very nice, clean and having a local spirit. We were welcomed warmly by Sencer. The tram and bus stops are very close: less than 5 minutes away and you would need 10-15 minutes to reach Galata. If you arrive in Istanbul by car - there's a paid parking nearby that can be used for 15 EUR/24h. We also enjoyed a lot our visit to Sencer's Pizzarotti restaurant, where we had the pleasure to taste his local pizza inventions and have a conversation.

Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en casa de Eyup. Su apartamento tiene la mejor ubicación muy cerca de la Torre de Galata y justo entre la zona antigua de la ciudad y la parte comercial. Las vistas desde el salón y el dormitorio principal son preciosas. El apartamento es espacioso y bien distribuido. La ropa de cama es de buena calidad y las camas son muy cómodas. No hemos usado apenas la cocina pero hemos visto que está bien equipada. Eyup nos había dejado café y te así como champú y gel de baño. El edificio es típico de la zona con una bonita escalera circular original de la época. Son 5 pisos pero la escalera es espaciosa y se sube con facilidad. Eyup ha sido muy amable y nos ha ayudado en lo que hemos necesitado. La relación calidad precio es muy buena. Por eso le damos 5 estrellas.

We fell in love with this Airbnb! The rooms were designed perfectly and the view was amazing. The hosts were really nice and answered immediately and were quick to fulfill our wishes. (Literally at any time) The area surrounding the building has lots of cats to pet, stores to shop in and restaurants to eat in. We can recommend anyone to come and live in this dreamy apartment. We want to return as soon as possible.

The apartment was big and spacious with amazing views of the city. It was the best choice, affordable and comes with 3 rooms with double bed and stunning views from each room. Everything that you need is already provided. Busy streets 5-10 mins walk from there with all the restaurants, shisha, shops, clubs and many more open all night long. Host was great, simple instructions and flexible check in and check out at any time. Thanks for everything, highly recommended!

I have been using AirBnB for a while now And easily can say this was one of my best stays. Clean, modern, safe, worth every penny.

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour dans cet appart hôtel. J'ai bien aimé le service de chambre, j'ai pas eu à me soucier de pas mal de détails. L'avantage de ce logement est sa proximité immédiate à l'arrêt de bus Omer Hayyam qui est à un arrêt prêt de celui de Taksim. Les personnes à la réception sont hyper serviables et sympathiques.
