What you'll do
Starting from Hyams Beach village, we take the White Sands Walk through the untouched Australian bush for about 2 kilometres. This is an easy to moderate bush-walk with some steps. We'll show you the plants used by the local indigenous people for food and weaving as well as areas of rejuvenation that have occurred after a bushfire. You likely also see colourful birds and all sorts of native Australian animals in their natural habitat. We walk around Greenfields Beach and Blenheim Beach on the way but guide you to a beach that's not even on the map - Secret Beach. It's a tiny patch of sand surrounded by a tall cliff face and rock ledges. Circling back we venture across Blenheim Beach – a secluded, protected beach the locals love – and back to Greenfields Beach Reserve. At Greenfields Beach reserve we'll take a short break before continuing back across the headland to Chinamans Beach, a gorgeous stretch of white sand that usually goes unnoticed because of it's famous neighbour, Hyams Beach!

Whilst we will see lots of native Australian wildlife, don't be put off by the ones we all hear about - snakes and spiders. It's highly unlikely you'll come across one if you follow your guide.
