This was the best way to spend a beautiful morning in Florence! We saw so much more of Italy than we ever would have just staying in the city center. The Tuscan hills are gorgeous, and Anna shows us how easy it is to get outside of the city center and into nature. Anna was an amazing guide, tailoring the tour to our interests and making sure we see something new! The walk was about 5 miles with lots of hills, but the views were so worth it! It was just us on the tour, so we were able to stop and take photos whenever we wanted! Anna was amazing and I would highly recommend her tours to anyone visiting Florence!

This tour was my favorite in Florence. And Anna was amazing. The hike/walk was definitely a strenuous uphill climb so Anna is correct when she says you need to have a level of endurance worthy of the walk. But, you get to see a part of Florence that is unique. If you like a quieter tour, away from crowds, which is more personalized this is it. I never felt rushed, we took little breaks along the way, there are rest stops. Panoramic views. A walk through a Cyprus forest. And Anna is hugely informative, which I loved. I highly recommend and will be asking her to tour us again when we’re back in July.

I found this experience the perfect start for my 3rd day in Florence. Meeting point was very clear. Anna and her friend Angelica both have great personality and made me feel welcome all the time. They were eager to show me the city from local perspective. The hike was in the city but felt out in the nature. Visiting the market and having experienced samples were the highlight and the treat after the hike. If you are looking for more localized experience, this should be on top of your list.

The hike with Anna was wonderful! She has an incredible wealth of knowledge about the city and history and the hike is challenging!!! The views of Florence along the way we’re beautiful. The hot chocolate at the end was very special. If you want to get a great workout in and also incredible views and information about Florence— this is the experience for you.
