Born amidst the citrus scents of the Amalfi Coast and raised in the intense light of Salento, my career as a chef has developed in three symbolic places of my land: Masseria Melcarne, Palazzo Maresgallo and Palazzo Sant'Anna, where time flows to the rhythm of the seasons. Here I refined my technique, educated my sensitivity and cultivated a deep respect for the local culinary tradition, transforming simple ingredients into tales of identity, balance and authenticity.
