What you'll do
If you want to unleash your inner Beyoncé, this is your chance. We'll start our dance and fitness experience by warming up to some chart hits. Then we'll work up a sweat with dance fitness exercises synced with pop music. Then we'll tone, condition, and stretch before learning a dazzling dance routine. This experience is a great way to learn dance in a new setting, improve rhythm and coordination, all while having fun. The class itself will be for 1 hr from 6.30-7.30pm. *If you'd like to book this experience for a date not on the calander, please message me directly with dates and number of people. This may well be possible* I am very happy to cater to different music tastes if I am able, so let me know!
I'm a London-based dance teacher. I started dancing when I was 15 and haven't stopped since. I think everyone should be able to dance, so I love teaching beginners and giving everyone the confidence they need to enjoy themselves. I'm excited to share my passion with anyone who's willing to learn.
