From the moment we arrived at Umani, we were welcomed into the processing space where the passion for fermentation and tradition truly comes to life. Georgina is an expert in her craft, as well as a warm and engaging host.
The experience perfectly blended education, hands-on learning, and indulgence. We enjoyed a guided tasting of house-made kombucha, cider, and natural wine—each sip filled with rich flavors and history. Crafting and bottling our own kombucha using locally sourced botanicals made the experience feel both personal and special.
