Tay was exceptional!! She didn’t just teach recipes she explained the “why” behind each dish, from ingredients to technique, which made the whole experience feel rooted in real Northern Thai culture, not just a class. She was personable, adaptable, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Mr. Pan, the driver, was just as solid punctual, professional, and got me everywhere safely without any friction. If you’re looking for something beyond surface-level tourism and actually want to understand the food and culture, this is worth your time. I’d book it again without hesitation.

I’m the agent for Gramma’s Cooking School. Overall, the experience was okay, but I think the course schedule wasn’t very compact. The waiting times at the start and end were a bit long, so the experience wasn’t great in that regard.Then, in terms of hygiene, it’s a bit lacking. We use a cloth to wipe the cutting board, and everyone cooks their own ingredients together. I don’t feel it’s hygienic enough.
