The asado is a way of meeting, and that idea was the starting point for creating this proposal. A year ago, I began to design it with attention to every detail. I have more than five years in the kitchen and work with Alejandro Morat, a chef with two decades of experience. I speak Spanish, English and Portuguese, which makes it easy to create an open table for everyone.
