Loved this cooking experience! Host, her son, and staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Get ready to eat and drink lots. Setting was picturesque and very clean. Host explained cooking process well. I would return again.

Valdo was a great host and the cooking crew was very friendly and hospitable. The food was delicious and the mezcal was awesome! We learned a lot, ate a lot and had an amazing experience!!

We are foodies at heart and we all enjoyed the experience (from tasting to cooking and meeting new people). Our 10 year old said he had the best time and enjoyed the hands on experience. We even bought some of the freeze dried mole to take home with us! The food was delicious and Baldo and Sonia and staff were all amazing!

About me
Traditional Oaxacan cook
I'm Sonia, passionate about traditional Oaxacan cuisine since childhood. I learned from the region's best cooks and follow my mother's advice to cook with clay pots and charcoal. I've also attended pastry courses and make cakes with organic eggs and fresh butter. I'm excited to share my knowledge with you in my home. Welcome!
