About your host

I'm founder of Bushwalk with Bob. I've led Perth visitors and residents into the beautiful forests near our city, where some confessed to experiencing life-changing moments. Since I started hiking regularly in 2008, I have taken up tour-guiding courses and become an End-to-Ender after walking the 1,000km Bibbulmun Track hike from Perth to Albany.

Where you'll be

My walks are carefully planned, and the track selected after holding a discussion on your expectations, past experience, fitness level and weather. We shall be walking on a defined track, with markers at suitable distances apart. Some walks take us past a camp site or a lookout, or a walk across a dam. The walking distance will be about 10 km. The activity usually finishes in a cafe or tavern, so you can enjoy an pub lunch.
