My friend & I were so excited for this event. We unfortunately got lost and reached out to inform the host to no avail. Upon arrival and about 8-9 minutes late (dealing with parking and not being from here). We walked into the venue and the greeting was a bit off. Under the booking there were no information about arriving early, or tardy penalties. We were extremely shocked in the lack of understanding as well as condescending approach the host gave. I am extremely disappointed as the reviews suggested that this was a really great experience. We understand our part of being late, but this doesn’t diminish the point of calling me another persons name and getting a reservations mixed up. Our time slot was for 8:30 and we arrived at a window that would impact a session with only 2 people.
