This was an amazing experience! Frederic is extremely knowledgeable and is very engaging. We sampled many seaside treats including beach peas, sea truffles, winterberries, juniper berries, lingonberry and all sorts of edible (and delicious) seaweeds. We even gathered snails to cook at home with fresh picked sea parsley and another delicious lemony flavoured herb.
I wholeheartedly enjoyed every minute of my tour, and can't wait to come back for mushroom season!
