What you'll do

We'll introduce you to all the animals at Heritage Farm. Our sheep will come up for a pat. And you will get to hand feed them some lucerne or grass hay. Depending on the time of year, we sometimes have a baby lamb you can help feed too. We'll check out our ducks and chooks and you'll get to help scatter feed for them. We often have ducklings or chickens as well, that you'll get to hold and pet. However we don't always have them (we only keep them in the brooder for a very short time). If you really want to see baby chicks or ducklings please get in touch first to see if we have them. Our alpacas, Chance, Chase, Dino and Eureka are more regal and less affectionate. They'll come up for some food if the group is calm and quiet, but too many squeals will frighten them off.
