Mole is a dark sauce that has 20+ ingredients, I´m gonna tell yo the story about this traditional family recipe, and the changes than you can find in the different moles around Mexico. We start with a traditional Agua fresca, and then we gonna make our own mole, and we will enjoyed at the end, with chicken, rice and beans.

Where you'll be
feel welcome because you gonna be at home. you gonna learn about Mise en Place, and have all the organization before every cooking, we gonna walk step by step in all the process of making mole together, and the most exciting part, the traditional Mexican way to smoke food.
