Since 2012, I have taught thousands of yoga classes, owned and managed studios, co-lead teacher trainings, and ran weekend yoga retreats. I am also a certified Wilderness First Responder through NOLS. I am all about dismantling some negative stigmas around "yoga" - a word which means "to join". My yoga philosophy is simple: we reconnect (re-'join') with our bodies and our natural world, and by doing so, we feel more alive and well within ourselves. You'll find that my teaching style is non judgemental, all inclusive, and grounded in authenticity and joy. In this personal experience, I am able to give specific attention and make meaningful observations and suggestions for each individual with whom I work. I believe that by focusing on healthy anatomical breath and movement while in nature, we become more connected to our best selves.
