What a great taste of Peru! From the initial tour of the market and the taste samples that we were able to have in the market to the actual experience being able to cook in the well-equipped kitchen, everything was just a fabulous experience. Jorge, our guide and expert chef made everyone feel quite comfortable and I don’t know if there’s anybody that knows anymore about food in Peru that him. I also chose this experience because the foods that we would be preparing for foods that I had never heard of before, and it was quite unique. Jorge and Carlos made sure that all of our needs were met and that we all felt comfortable all the time. For real taste of Peru, you should definitely do this experience as it is informative and tasty and immensely interactive in a creative way!
