I make it a priority to find opportunities to understand the LGBTQ+ history in any city I visit. So naturally, the one in NYC made sense. The guide was attentive to our questions, added some humor along the way, and provided great detail of the many facets of queer history in the city (touching on the 1800s/1900s, ball scene, AIDS epidemic, and of course Stonewall). It was the right balance of walking, moments of pausing, etc. Definitely recommend!
