What you'll do
Come with an empty stomach for this unique culinary adventure in a real Moroccan home. We’ll welcome you to our house with Moroccan tea and pastries to discuss the day’s plan. I’ll then take you to buy fresh ingredients at a popular souk, where you’ll discover authentic Moroccan culture. We’ll return home to start the cooking class with my mom and my wife. They are the best chefs in my family but do not speak English. You’ll learn the recipes step by step, and I’ll translate and assist. Once everything is ready, we’ll eat lunch together and end with Moroccan tea.
My name is Brahim born and grew up in the old Medina of Marrakech, i live with my family (parents, wife, children and brothers) and since 15 years ago we are moved to the other part of the new city like most of the local people. I start to work in tourism after finishing my school, and i worked as receptionist in different riads and hotels. Now this experience is my full time job and Airbnb has changed the life of my family, we really very happy to share the real culture and the real life of moroccan family also the real cooking. Cooking classes here are usually held in a hotel or riad with professionals, but this special experience will put you in my home. We look forward to sharing our life and culture with you.
We’ll provide authentic Moroccan dishes.
We’ll offer you mint tea and water.
