Very few people understand why they like what they like. We think most of us tend to eat and drink out of necessity, doing so in a hurry. We would like to fix that.

We will discuss what's considered a great cup of coffee and why. We will do this by covering some basic concepts about the neuroscience of flavor. Then, we will go through the different processes and ideas on how to brew the best cup of coffee.

Also we believe that coffee is about connection, inspiration, and drive. Some of the biggest changes of humanity have been inspired and fueled by coffee. We strongly believe that now is the perfect time to share a cup of coffee.

My first coffee Masterclass - Elena was the perfect teacher; sweet, funny, knowledgeable and also connecting with others from around the world was special. Thank you!

My work group of 14 joined for a team building experience. We all joined from our separate homes with separate coffee brewing equipment. There was discussion around the components, proportions and process for how to make a great cup of coffee. This activity was a fun experience for our team to connect virtually!

Christian and team really know how to put on a virtual event! In this new life, full of Zooms, the energy and charisma that he brought to the event really stood out! He was easy to talk to and my group really appreciated his charisma and kindness.

Ricardo’s coffee experience is indeed well designed for coffee lovers who would like to know more about how our nose and mouth work in the process of preparing a coffee. He is extremely friendly and we felt very welcoming during the whole experience. An activity recommended for friends and family!

Very fun, and we learned how to reprogram our espresso machine to optimize for coffee taste. Whether you have an espresso machine or use another method to make coffee, you will have fun with this course.

Great experience full of insights! It was pretty rushed though, because everyone was trying to make coffee while trying to learn and hear Christian. And it was also a bit hard to understand what was happening, more detailed and written instructions on timing, etc. would have helped (example the 3 seconds to wet the beans, 20 seconds for the next 100 ml, etc.) and perhaps more time would have helped too as there were a few others on the call. Make sure you have medium roasted beans, that's not indicated in the instructions but highly recommended, we found out later.
