This tour was truly one of a kind. Our guide Fabia led us through an incredibly beautiful hike through the ancient trails to see the many small villages and hamlets of the lake. The stop at the crotto was amazing - delicious food, even better company. Anyone who can make the hike should take this opportunity to bask in the beauty of nature and the interesting history.

If you want to get a super unique, one-on-one experience and cover A LOT of Como area in a day, this will be an excellent experience!! The hike is superb, with breathtaking views of the lakes and lower villages. You get to see as well some of the smaller mountain dwellings and where you stop for lunch is literally out of a book/movie and the food is magnificent. Literally a 15 out of 10 experience!

Daniele was a fantastic guide, accommodating, knowledgeable and rich in information as well as stories of the region. My children shared their love of instruments and genres as they found him very approachable. On the other hand I delayed the progress of the hike, due to my excessive picture taking (hundreds) Daniele was very courteous and didn’t object. I would repeat having him as a guide anytime.
