What we’ll do

We will touch on Cardio, weight lifting, core training, and flexibility. Specifically we will incorporate some form of cardio(circuit training, running, bike, or elliptical) Core Training will be in a circuit style setting and flexibility will be in forms of long stretching and/or yoga.

What I’ll provide

Sports equipment, Outdoor gear, Safety equipment, Creative supplies, Camera and Photography
I will provide all sports equipment and will have a camera if you would like pictures of the experience.

Where you'll be

We will be in the gym, track, pool, and/or sauna. For those that like to be outside we can workout on the track or in the pool. Those that want to be inside we can stay in the gym.
