One of my most beautiful experiences of my trip to the Philippines was this tour with David – it really changed my view of the island and was a lot of fun. David is an exceptionally knowledgeable guide who conveys his deep knowledge of the island's history, culture and nature very well and tells exciting stories and legends in places like the Lazi Monastery and secret viewpoints. At the same time, he pays attention to safety, a comfortable pace when riding a moped and enough time to enjoy the ride, so that you always feel in good hands. Special highlights were, for example, the visit to the market, where we tried some things, the Underwater River and especially the waterfall, which I had all to myself that day - breathtaking! 😍 Overall, an absolute recommendation for anyone who really wants to understand Siquijor – I would book with David again at any time! Absolute 10 out of 10!!!

i highly recommend the scooter tour with David. I was able to enjoy it very much and the places were not crowded. The underground river in the cave was impressive. I also had fun jumping in with a rope at the waterfall. The healer was something new :D David is very friendly and tells more about the island and people. I'm tired and satisfied now:) ooh the national park was extremely beautiful. lots of green, tranquility..I will go there again alone.

I moved to Siquijor in two thousand seven as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer. I specialized in marine resource management, working with local partners to rehabilitate the coastal ecosystem and develop environmental outreach programs for youth.
