You will enjoy both the interior and the exterior thanks to a large terrace (35 m2) shaded by the vine as well as a maintained and fully fenced garden of more than 900 m2 and not overlooked.

You have a bathroom with corner bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room equipped with a sofa, which can accommodate 2 people, a TV, a fridge, a microwave, a tea and coffee kit. A covered terrace is available for your use.
