We are located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, perfectly positioned along Elizabeth Street. Designed by Elenberg Fraser, this iconic prism-like skyscraper rises 69 levels and is one of the tallest residential buildings in Melbourne, offering unparalleled views of the city. Our location is second to none in accessibility. There are free tram stops right at the building entrance, train stations one block away, and numerous lanes, restaurants and cafes well within walking distance of our apartment. Guests will have access to a well-appointed, spacious bedroom with a double bed, as well as closets to store clothing and belongings. Observe the lively streetscapes and changing seasons through your windows and watch the city light up at night. The apartment includes chrome tapware, walnut timber flooring and custom-designed wardrobe fittings. The apartment also has: 1. Communal bathroom - amenities (including body wash and shampoo) will be fully provided for all guests 2. Communal living room with sofa, 50'' HD TV with Netflix 3. FREE Wifi for internet access 4. Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of Little Bourke & Cleve Ln opposite the Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof. Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Etihad Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre. There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away. I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area. Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated opposite the Southern Cross station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all. Hop on board the Skybus which provides a quick, convenient and cost effective way to get to and from the airport. Access to the Overland rail service to Adelaide, and NSW TrainLink XPT services to Sydney. Coach services to Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport, as well as regional Victorian and interstate destinations. Europcar, Budget and Avis rental car depots are just opposite the building in the Southern Cross station, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy! There is also a tram stop just outside on Spencer St. Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs. If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “SOUTHERN CROSS STATION CAR PARK” or otherwise known as “WILSON PARKING” - 163-235 Spencer St, which is a 4min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options. If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us. TIP: Parking in Melbourne city is extremely expensive! You'll be lucky to get away with AU$40 a day for parking. Try not to drive if you can cos you're in the FREE tram zone and public transportation in the city is just amazingly convenient. If you "REALLY" need to drive, the best tip I can give you is, rent a car from Avis, Europcar or Budget from the Southern Cross Station depot just opposite the building, it will cost anywhere from AU$70 to AU$150 a day depending on what car you're looking for. Rent it for the days you need and drop it back at the depot when you're done. It's heaps better than paying for parking in the city, or Uber is also another economical option. This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. The "INSTANT-BOOK" function is enabled so you may instantly book the place if the dates you want are available. A representative will be assigned to check you in in person. Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally. If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services and paid lockers across the road on Spencer St at the Southern Cross train station. They charge anywhere from AU$10 to AU$16 per locker for 24 hours worth of storage. This pad accommodates 2 adults generously but a max of 4 overnight. Any more than 3 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$19 per night, per additional guest. The sleeping arrangement for the 3rd and 4th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a queen with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers. 3-seater sofa bed measurements: - Measurements when sofa: Width: 202 cm Depth: 88 cm Height: 71 cm - Measurements when bed: Width: 160 cm Length: 200 cm Please do let us know before hand if you would like us to pre-make the sofa-bed prior to your arrival.

You can access the pool, gym and sauna by using the key card. My apartment is situated in the heart of Melbourne, the level is also quite high, so you can enjoy the stunning view of the city skyline, you can even enjoy the sunrise and sunset while staying in your room,as the view is not being blocked much like other apartment You can use the oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, fast wifi and everything that is in the shared area. Your room is equipped with DAIKIN reverse cycle air-conditioner, the queen bed equipped a luxurious mid-firm mattress allows you to have the best sleeping quality. Our quilts were all carefully selected to maximise your comfort level. I will be available most of the time, we can have a nice chat if I were home or just text me if you need any help

The apartment is close to the tram stop and the train station 3 minutes walk from Melbourne central tram (Elizabeth St / La Trobe St) station -FREE TRAM ZONE 6 minutes walk from the Flagstaff station This is a one bedroom-one bathroom apartment, so guest will sleep in a private bedroom; however, most of the space in this apartment has to be shared with me, and I will be sleeping on a bunk bed in the living room so I mainly stay in the living room.
