The private space is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, thoughtfully decorated and furnished for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. It embodies a contemporary colour scheme which encourages a light-filled overall atmosphere. The bedroom and the living areas are fully carpeted, while the kitchen and bathroom are installed with complementary tiles.
The bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, soft pillows, enough wardrobe storage with bronze full-length mirrors, bedside tables, and a lamp.
The kitchen is fully fitted with stove cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, water heater, glass splashback and stone benchtop, along with dining and cooking essentials such as plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, and ladles. Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper are already provided too.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area. A dining table that could comfortably sit 3 people is available.
In the living area, there is a plush 3-seater sofa that can be converted into a bed if needed. There is also a 32" HD TV for entertainment.
The elegant bathroom has the toilet and a spacious, semi-frameless shower area. There is a space underneath the vanity where the hair dryer is stored. The washer and dryer are neatly hidden in the laundry area along the entrance hall. Laundry liquid is also supplied.
Even though the apartment is located in a busy neighbourhood, the double-glazed windows effectively block out city noise, which will allow for peaceful, uninterrupted sleep at night.
Guests are given access to use the appliances and the conveniences provided within the apartment unit.

Southbank houses the Melbourne Arts Precinct which include the National Gallery of Victoria, Malthouse Theatre, Australian Centre for Contemporary Art, and Hamer Hall, among all other venues where regular art shows and exhibitions are staged. They are all within just 10-20 minutes away by walking.
Clarendon St is only a few minutes away where some of the local restaurants are situated.
Crown Complex is right next door where various entertainment hotspots, bars, fine dining restaurants, fastfood shops, and clothing and fashion retail stores are found.
For nature lovers, the stunning Royal Botanic Gardens is only 25 minutes away by walking. Being in there surrounded by various flora will definitely provide a quick and serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The tram route 12, which goes directly to Melbourne CBD, is only 2 minutes away by walking. However, even just walking straight to the CBD will only take 15 minutes. The same tram line passes by Southern Cross Station where the Skybus to the airport is available. It is only five stops away. Moreover, the tram that goes to MCG or Rod Laver Arena is only three stops away.
The Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex is right next to the building. While the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre is only 10 minutes away by walking.
Trams within the Melbourne CBD are free. But, to take advantage of the experiences the most livable city has to offer, walking is the most advisable form of transportation.

There is no available car space within the building itself, but there are a lot of paid, secure parking within the area. The nearest one, the Crown Multilevel Parking, is just right next to the building.
The bathroom essentials provided (toilet tissue, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) will only be enough to cover at least the first five nights for three guests.
