Time and time again, guests of the "12th and Story Hostel" tell us it is the best value in Bozeman and yes, indeed... it really is the most comfortable bed! Private room with Queen Tempurpedic mattress. The bathroom, living room, and kitchen are shared with other travelers. Microwave, Fridge, and Keurig available. As one recent guest said, "A little like a private room in a hostel in terms of vibes, positive interactions with other guests."
Your bedroom and one other AirBnB guest room is downstairs, along with a living room exclusively for the use of AirBnB guests. Book one or both rooms! There is a separate entrance for AirBnB Guests - come and go as you please! We have a self check in process, so late check-ins and early departures are no problem. We look forward to meeting you!
We are very close to MSU and downtown in Bozeman. Very short drive to the campus or downtown.
  • Wasn't happy with my stay. 95 degree summer's day, no AC, no fan and no window to open at night... I was very uncomfortable to say the least. The toilet was made for children... seriously! Bed frame was backwards causing me to fall & injure my hamstring. Host begins walking around upstairs at 6:30am, so don't expect to sleep in. I've stayed in AirBnBs at half the cost & twice the comfort... I won't return!

  • This place is fantastic! We booked last-minute to stay in Bozeman before flying out early the next morning. Our hosts were wonderful and hospitable, the room and bed was comfortable and clean, and the dogs were very sweet. I would definitely stay again!

    Elsa2019-06-15T00:00:00Z
  • Had a nice comfortable room and the shared spaces were only for use by us and one other guest room. Appreciated having access to a fridge and microwave. Would recommend staying here! Thanks for having us.

This small cozy room has a queen bed, next to a shared guest bath with a custom stone tiled shower & kitchenette. A daylight lower level with afternoon light and a view of the window rock garden. A shared den, with couch and chairs for spreading out.
Our Downtown Bungalow has the feel of a country cottage in a quiet historic downtown neighborhood, two blocks from restaurants, pubs, shops, boutiques, groceries, historic theater, our beautiful library, parks, creeks, and walking trails. It is an ideal location for guests who are traveling through, college bound visitors, professors, students, skiers, bicyclers, families, etc. Guests without transportation are able to get around with ease to downtown or Montana State University.
Our street is a quiet family neighborhood with an adjoining walking/biking trail system and nearby parks to relax by the creek or walk up the hill for a view of the valley and sunset. Sledding in the winter is a common site and adventure.
  • My boyfriend, dog and I rolled into Bozeman late in the day. Loretta and Jack responded very quickly to make accommodations for all of us, that was super sweet! Location, location, location, and clean as a whistle. The beds are very soft and fluffy. The rooms are in the basement, the rooms are small and the kitchenette is very basic. If your a coffee and go person or have a microwave burrito, the kitchenette will be perfect for you. We were very thankful to have a home to stay in, yet we felt like the price was high for what we got. Bozeman is a booming town though and it's great to be right in the downtown.

    Molly2018-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • Quiet clean basement room with shared bathroom. Location is excellent and Loretta gave us some very good ideas about where to cycle and eat in Bozeman.

    Stephan2018-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • Jack and Loretta’s room was perfect after a long motorcycle road trip. I got to meet the hosts after checking in and we had a nice conversation. Great location to downtown bars and restaurants. One oddity I found was the street lighting is almost non-existent. Seems like a safe neighborhood still. Just don’t bump into things walking back after a few pints.

    Christine2018-07-15T00:00:00Z
  • Loretta and Jack were very nice and welcoming. They communicated promptly about how we could get into the house (even though we arrived late at night). We weren't around the house too much, but we chatted with them briefly. I really liked how close the Main Street the house was - made it easy to go out to breakfast or bars even though we didn't have a car for this quick weekend trip!

    Jillian2016-08-15T00:00:00Z
  • Loretta and Jack were a delightful couple of hosts. They obviously put a lot of thought into making their downstairs area a warm and hospitable place for guests. Despite my late arrival, they were there to welcome me and tell me a bit about themselves and Bozeman. Definitely planning a return visit.

Hello! We are renting a great space close to Museum of the Rockies, MSU Campus, SOLA complex, Kagy Korner, Valley View Golf Course and the trail system through town. You’ll love this home because of the tree-house/ski chalet feel, the views from the balcony and the great location in town. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers and is a large third-floor loft bedroom with private bath and balcony.
You can see Mt. Blackmore from the south facing third floor balcony - a hammock with a view!
I love our Bozeman Creek neighborhood! We have a nice little spring creek that runs right next to our place. We have great neighbors, plenty of parking, a nice view of Pete's hill, a park nearby - all in a very quiet pocket of town in a sweet location.
  • While visiting family in Bozeman, we found E-T’s place comfortable and conveniently located. E-T has thoughtfully provided niceties to help your stay. The accommodation on the 3rd floor, which includes a private bath feels cozy. It was fun getting to know E-T and her well behaved dog, Stormy.

    Rich2019-05-10T00:00:00Z
  • Great space with a great view of Blackmore Mountain from outside 3rd floor balcony. Loved having a private bathroom!

    Audrey2017-08-19T00:00:00Z
  • This was my second stay at E-T’s place. I love staying there. I feel so welcome and at home. I will definitely try to stay at E-T’s place again next time I am in Bozeman.

    Nadine2019-02-03T00:00:00Z
  • A great room in a great location. About five minutes drive to the major commercial Street in Bozeman and close to other attractions. Super cute cat and dog as well who are very friendly.

Cozy and quiet two bedroom apartment in great Bozeman location one mile from MSU, Bobcat Stadium, Museum of the Rockies, East Main Street and the hospital. In close proximity to eateries at Kagy Corner, Pete's Hill, and Gallaghator trails. One designated bedroom plus a bedroom/living room with a very comfortable memory foam pull out bed. Each room has private access to bathroom and kitchen. The private deck offers great views of the Bridgers and Spanish Peaks.
  • Really nice space between campus and downtown. Karoline thinks of all the little things that enhance an Airbnb experience.

    Connor2019-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • Karoline’s place is so lovely and efficiently designed. Her place is the perfect location in Bozeman too, right between downtown and the college. Karoline also went above and beyond to help me out when I misplaced something of mine at their bnb. I highly recommend you stay with them if you are planning on staying in the area!

    Haverley2019-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Karolina was very helpful when we had any questions. The location is great, just minutes to downtown and the university. Nice quiet neighborhood. We would stay there again!

  • Great apartment close to Bozeman downtown and MSU. Easy to get in and out with great amenities.

    Anthony2018-06-18T00:00:00Z
  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is well appointed and had everything we needed. The kitchen is stocked with the basics, making it easy to cook there, which we did a few times and ate out on the small deck! We loved being close to downtown but far enough away that it was quiet.

    Katie2019-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, delightful retreat for a few days while we were visiting our daughter at MSU. Will definitely stay again!

    Julie2019-03-19T00:00:00Z
  • This place is great, you will love it. Quiet, upstairs apartment with a private deck under a huge cedar or pine tree. Wonderful neighborhood close to everything in Bozeman. The best part is how you can close off the living room so that the bedroom people can get up early and go start the coffee without traipsing through. There is a park across the street. It snows on June 7 in Bozeman, bring your parka!

    Lorann2019-06-09T00:00:00Z
  • Karoline’s place was fantastic! Just as described it was in a great central location, clean, easy check in/out process and she even left some great breakfast items in the kitchen for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoy this 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath cozy house to yourself in historic Bozeman. A short walking distance to Cooper Park, Main St., the Food Co-op, MSU, bus stop and more. The house has a great feel with lots of charm and natural sunlight. Quiet and historical neighborhood. A great night's sleep in a beautifully remodeled and quiet basement bedroom with a large egress window. Enjoy coffee/tea on the relaxing back deck and front porch. Only environmentally friendly cleaning and toiletry products used.
This 1930 bungalow has lots of charm and a peaceful feeling with wood floor, open living room and kitchen, and plenty of sunlight. The basement bedroom and main bathroom have been fully remodeled with a 1/2 bath added to the basement for nighttime needs. Organic fair trade coffee, tea, cream, honey, and sugar are provided for you. Along with condiments, spices, cooking oil, and butter for making meals. You have a private driveway to park in. The house is in a great location and walking distance to downtown and MSU. The historic house is decorated with tapestry from travels to India, Nepal, and South America. If you are attracted to eastern traditions (especially Tibetan), you'll love it here. Please note before booking: It has a fairly steep wood staircase to the basement bedroom (not child or senior friendly), no dishwasher and no television. There’s no smoking of any substance permitted in the house or on the property. Great access to: Cooper Park (off-leash dog park), Community Food Co-op, MSU, bus stop, Main St., 2 ice cream shops and numerous coffee shops.
The historic district of Bozeman has lots of charm with restored, colorful houses, parks nearby, and mature trees. People love to garden around here, so the flowers are wonderful to look at on an after dinner walk!
  • This is a lovely space filled with energy and positivity. An escape unto itself. Conveniently located too.

  • Angela's place is a rare charm if you value serenity, location, and charm. I stay here when I am in town for business. A true gem.

    David2017-07-14T00:00:00Z
  • Angela communicated well, the space was clean and cozy, and it was close to the Co-op, bagels, ice cream, and other things. While it's not directly near the main drag, it's close enough to walk, and the neighborhood is quiet. Everything we needed was there and ready for us, and we were impressed by the very comfortable basement bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

    Millie2017-05-15T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay in Angela's home was absolutely wonderful! Everything was exactly as described and the location was perfect for our trip to Bozeman.

    Amanda2016-06-28T00:00:00Z
  • We spent 5 nights at Angela's and just loved every minute of our time in and around Bozeman. Angela is a fantastic host with a beautiful little sanctuary in a well established central neigborhood. The house is a very special place and Angela has kept it refreshingly uncluttered yet providing all the little things to give guests a great experience. Felt restful and uncomplicated. We would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again.

    Peter2019-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • Angela is an excellent host. She clearly and graciously responded to all of our travel questions. She has a quaint cozy place in a nice location. I particularly enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the deck. What a nice, unexpected treat

    Julia2019-06-02T00:00:00Z
  • This location was great to downtown and the college. The house was clean and perfect for a little getaway!

    Heidi2017-05-21T00:00:00Z
  • Angela is a wonderful host. She kept in touch during our stay in her awesome little house. The place was gorgeous, the pictures don't do it justice. It's so close to the center of Bozeman. We didn't even bother using our car to get to Main Street. Angela's home has everything you could possibly want: full kitchen, large living room, large bathroom, huge master bedroom, a very comfortable bed, and some very nice decorations. I would highly recommend staying at Angela's for your next trip to Bozeman.

Vintage, cozy, and artsy 1950's home basement apartment. Centrally located, this cute and tidy little space has a separate entry from the upstairs unit and is 1 block away from the MSU campus, walking distance from downtown Bozeman, and near multiple great restaurants and breweries! The owners live upstairs (and that includes a child!) so you will likely hear footsteps. Whether you're in Bozeman to work, ski, bike, hike, rodeo, or raft, this charming space is in a great location!
The carpets have been newly replaced (September 2017), yet the apartment still retains it cute, retro vibe. We love the orange kitchen and the reading nook! For a basement it's surprisingly bright and welcoming.
We live in a adorable older neighborhood with homes primarily built in the 1950's and 1960's. Our home is centrally located in Bozeman (as described in the summary) and is adjacent to the MSU campus. We are located 30 minutes away from Bridger Bowl and ~60 minutes away from Big Sky. Most of the day-hikes in Bozeman are within 30 minutes of our front door!
  • Cute place, comfortable bed and futon, clean, and centrally located. You can't get much better then that!

    Kimberly2019-06-16T00:00:00Z
  • Very convenient to MSU. The description is accurate. The place is comfortable and Morgan is very responsive. There’s a laundry unit that I was able to use which was very convenient. I would note that the entrance looks a little sketchy (not as nice as the photo). I also felt like it was a little dark in the living room / kitchen. There are several lamps but because it’s a basement there’s only one small window in that room and it in particular feels like a basement room. The bedroom is much better lit. However, it’s perfectly comfortable; very reasonable; private; the WiFi works great; and Morgan is a great host.

    Deborah2019-08-23T00:00:00Z
  • Warm and comfy place, in a good location. Morgan's place was also perfectly clean and welcoming, just what we needed!

    Romain2018-12-26T00:00:00Z
  • Great place! Good location. Very comfortable and clean. Would recommend!

    Christine2018-10-22T00:00:00Z
  • Spacious, clean, cozy spot close to downtown and campus. Perfect for our weekend trip. Morgan was very communicative and everything went smoothly.

  • Clean, well-kept basement apartment just on the edge of MSU campus. Easy walk to campus and quick food.

    Carl2019-06-26T00:00:00Z

Built in 1947 and newly reinvented, our house is central to just about everything in Bozeman-- a 5 minute walk from MSU, a 5 minute drive from Downtown, and a cool half hour from Bridger Bowl and the hub of Bozeman's unbeatable ski scene. Whether you're coming to Bozeman for Cat-Griz or to check out the University, to soak up the city or to get out into the wilderness, our house is a perfect, private hub for any Bozeman adventure.
Our space is newly renovated with care and artistic investment-- enjoy the refinished original 1947 oak floors, locally made custom bars and countertops, American-made furniture, Bozeman artwork, and best of all, rich natural light at all times of day. While the space is cozy (~800 square feet), it boasts nine windows, 2 queen bedrooms, a complete bathroom, a comfortable living room, and a fully loaded kitchen with bar. There's also USB charging in every outlet (yay!), an audio system you can access by bluetooth or aux cord, and fast, easy-access WiFi internet, and a projector with NETFLIX and the HBO GO access for a swanky home theater experience! You're welcome to everything in the fridge, and to cook up a storm in our fully stocked kitchen if the mood strikes. Furthermore, there may even be red wine awaiting the weary traveler... You'll just have to come by and find out!
We're in a quintessential MSU neighborhood-- just a few blocks from campus, our street is a healthy mix of students and long-term residents (many of whom work at the university). It's a lovely tree lined street, the neighbor's cat is very friendly, and everyone's generally pretty cheery!
  • Great location, clean, accommodating host.

  • We loved staying in this clean home, very conveniently located to central Bozeman. We walked to a world class Indian restaurant on Babcock Street. Check in was a breeze and this property is exactly as portrayed! The hosts were very prompt in responding to our few questions and we would look forward to staying here again on a future visit!

  • Very cute house close to MSU campus. All the amenities you need, including a cellist who lives below! Clean and stylish space for a good price. Check-in and check-out procedures were a little fuzzy, but I used to be a Girl Scout so I left it cleaner than I found it.

This is a spacious 1500 square foot apartment that is quiet and comfortable with excellent art and furniture. The kitchen is well stocked to handle large groups of people with everything you need. It is super clean and well situated to walking to downtown. There are many bars, restaurants, and a grocery store just two blocks away. There is a front door, back door, plenty of parking, washer and dryer, and everything that makes a house home. I am Edward your host and I live right up stairs!
This is a quiet neighborhood even though it is only a couple blocks off of Main Street. You are most of the buildings surrounding us are single family houses. The streets are lined with older ash trees, which makes for a nice peaceful walks around the neighborhood. If you walk the other direction you'll find the Community Food Co-op grocery store on Main Street which is just two blocks away. It offers a broad variety of yummy Natural Foods and a second floor cafeteria and Cafe. They make a whole ton of food fresh everyday that lots of people love. Head East down Main Street for historic walk through old downtown.
  • Great Location in the heart of downtown Bozeman. We were in town for a concert at the University. It was a short Lyft ride away. The space is very roomy and is well appointed. Comfortable beds and a nice hot shower. The washer and dryer were a big plus. I recommend to anyone looking for an affordable night in Bozeman

  • Nice place - we had 16 people there and it was fun. Good size kitchen. Heat was a little cool and took some time to warm up. Host responded immediately and got us some space heaters to warm it up. Roku didn’t work - I think previous guest took it by mistake. Not much to watch on regular tv. We would definitely stay here again. Location location location. This is a diamond in the rough!!!

  • We had a wonderful time at Elin's place. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and tidy. The location was very convenient for downtown Bozeman as well. Highly recommended!

    Saijie2018-10-17T00:00:00Z
  • This stay was just as wonderful as the other!! As I mentioned, the best overall Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Thank you Elin- we will definitely be back again and again!

    Monica2018-11-01T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent stay! Elin was very kind and also helpful with giving suggestions for places to eat, shop and visit. The check in process was straightforward. The room has its own entrance and in the entryway, there was a fridge, plates, apples and utensils as well as other amenities. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night’s sleep. I would highly recommend staying here.

  • This is a great room!! It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Worked perfect for our one night stay!

    Ann2019-08-28T00:00:00Z
  • Our travel plans had us getting in late and leavig early, but we wish we could’ve stayed longer! Elin was very hospitable and added wonderful personal touches to make us feel at home. Very clean and comfortable space with everything we could’ve asked for and more.

    Brian2018-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • Elin was very friendly and quick to stay keep in touch while we were en route to her place, even despite our short-notice booking. The bedroom and bathroom were super clean and bright, and honestly the towels she left us were unbelievable. Her place is also very close to downtown Bozeman, maybe a 10 minute walk, but still very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

    Meg2018-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • Elin’s place was wonderful, clean, and a great proximity to both the campus and downtown restaurants. We were a little nervous about renting a room instead of a whole house, but it turned out to be a great experience. We felt like we had our own space, but also had the opportunity to meet Elin which made us feel much more comfortable. We also very much appreciated the little touches like snacks, water and our welcome sign. Elin made our stay so enjoyable we will definitely be staying in her home again.

It is at heart of Historic BonTon district, one of the original houses of Bozeman. It is registered with historic society. We offer one room with queen and shared bathroom which is Jill and Jack style. However, I respect my guests' privacy and I use shower around their schedule. It is only 4 blocks to the Main Street and few blocks to Montana State University. Yellowstone National Park is only 80 miles away. Bridger ski resort is 20 miles ride .Big Sky and Lone Mountain is 40 miles away with alot of skiing. Beautiful hiking and biking trails are all over the area. No smoking and shoes inside the house please. We are pet friendly however we will host dogs under 40lbs and well behave, house broke ones.
My house is located on the most elegant neighborhood and center part of the historic BonTon district. It is registered with historic society. You don't need to drive to have a dinner, drink or attend any concert. Very pleasant within 3 minutes walk you will find all you need. Jam is very delicious place to have breakfast and it is only 3 minutes to walk. Nova coffee is another restaurant for delicious breakfast. If you like to experience western old atmosphere then visit the Western coffee . Food coop is another nice store/ restaurant for quick bite. Ted Grill is also 4 block walking offers lunch and dinner for reasonable price with nice setting. Friday and Saturday they have musics (summer time is on the back patio). Dave's sushi, sweet-chili and alley works are also my favorite restaurants. There are plenty of bars on the main street if you like to bar-hopping.
  • Niki is the sweetest woman!! We felt very welcome and wish we could have spent more time with her! She made my husband a fresh cup of Turkish coffee each morning, and had homemade cookies for me too! We will definitely come by again to say hi to Niki when we visit our son in the summer, Merry Christmas Niki thanks again❣️

    Patricia2016-12-19T00:00:00Z
  • Niki was such a gracious host and her home was very comfortable. The neighborhood is really nice, great for walking and easy to get to downtown or to campus. We were able to walk to a nice restaurant for dinner. Niki was very sweet and we enjoyed visiting with her over Turkish tea. The shared bathroom was fine, with a nice shower. There was a fan in the bedroom and we were comfortable with the window open, even though it was very hot weather while we were there. We would definitely stay with Niki again.

    Deborah2017-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • Niki is a super host. She is so kind and sweet and very accommodating. She made us feel right at home and her dog was very sweet too. Highly recommend her place if ever in Bozeman and want to be near main st.

    Cam2017-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • Niki's place was warm, clean and very close to everything downtown. It is a fantastic location for walking around that part of Bozeman, and she really makes you feel at home.

  • We decided to extend our stay in Bozeman by one day. We contacted Necla in the morning and were confirmed almost immediately after! She has a beautiful historic home on Willson, we were excited to get to check out one of the homes in this neighborhood. The room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and we loved keeping the windows open for be light summer breeze. The bathroom is gorgeous and spacious, and the water pressure in the shower is excellent! In the morning we were invited to stay for Turkish coffee and Turkish delights, which were divine. We enjoyed a visit in the bay window overlooking the neighborhood and had a lovely visit with Necla. It’s not as common to visit with the Airbnb hosts, seems more people are using coded locks, but we really enjoy getting to know our hosts. Necla is very welcoming, we loved Bozeman and will definitely be in touch with her when we return. Thank you!

    Janet2019-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • Niki's place has an excellent location near shops and restaurants. Appreciated being able to my laundry. Pretty house outside and character inside. Only problem is that room is hot when outside hot. No fan or ac. Bed is abit soft too. Cheerful host.

Our bright and open Mother-in-Law unit is newly remodeled and in a great location in Bozeman. You can walk or bike to downtown, MSU, neighborhood parks, trails, coffee shops and restaurants. Easy drive to Yellowstone Park and much more to explore.
This is a great place to stay if you are visiting MSU for events or visiting your college student. The two full size beds can accommodate up to 2 couples. We are only 2 blocks from campus. Grab a cup of coffee at one of the 2 local coffee shops on the way. I have plenty of kiddie gear if you are a young family including pack-n-play, toddler cot, booster chairs, high chair and kiddie plates/bowls/utensils and toys. Just ask and I will be happy to stock it for you before you arrive. For international guests, I have outlet converters in the unit.
At the cottage you are a few blocks from MSU campus, Joe's Parkway Grocery, Pickle Barrel sandwiches AND Ice Cream shop, 2 coffee shops, and the AWESOME Columbo Pizza place. Neighborhood parks - Cooper Park and Southside Park- are also a few blocks away.
  • Frances was a fantastic host. She was incredibly accommodating leaving food for breakfast, cookies on departure and departure time. The location is ideal for visits to MSU as it is only 2 blocks from the edge of campus. She was very responsive with all communication. I would definitely stay again when we go back!

  • I had a really great stay in the cottage. What a wonderful space. It's close to perfect. I could live in there, for sure.

    Don2015-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Our second stay at the cottage was great. Frances and her family are very thoughtful, conscientious and helpful hosts; it's evident why they are Superhosts. The cottage, back yard (lovely, large, and stocked with kids' play equipment), neighborhood, location, and amenities were perfect for us (mom, toddler and grandmother). We highly recommend the cottage to anyone, and especially to families with young kids!

  • Wonderful place to stay with a welcoming hostess. Perfect for my brief stay in Bozeman.

    Claire2016-05-21T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a wonderful stay at Frances' sunny Bozeman cottage. Frances was a lovely host and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Frances left some snacks and baking for us which was a lovely surprise, it made us feel very much at home! The cottage is very central and only a few blocks from downtown. The cottage itself has everything you need, was very clean and spacious. The coffee machine was a great bonus and the bed was super comfy! We would've loved to have stayed longer as it was just so comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

    Amy2015-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • This was the perfect place for us to stay while we visited our son at MSU. I even got to cook a meal for his friends. It was nice to have a little home away from home.

  • Jean (T.W.) was great; she went out of her way to make sure she met me at her house. The house was neat, clean, and recently remodeled and in a great part of town. She was very flexible on checkout time. I had an early evening flight, and hadn't made plans for the day - so she let me hang out at her place for the day, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend staying here. - Jerry

  • Mary's place is as described, but better! Loved how it was decorated and painted a buttery yellow, so comforting when traveling for business. The bedroom is amazing with lots of natural light. The upstairs deck was great for coffee/cocktails. We were close to everything- a park, MSU, grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Mary was quick to respond when communicating. We will definitely be back!

    Cari2017-04-24T00:00:00Z
  • One of our best Airbnb experience! The apartment is really large and clean. The fireplace makes it warm and cozy. The balcony is also really appreciated for a beer/glass of wine after outdoor activities. There is pretty much everything you need to cook. Our dog really appreciated the fenced yard and the park a few blocks away. You will also have your own parking wich is nice even if the street is quiet. We LOVED Bozeman; it's a city large enough to have everything you want and small enough the be calm and talk to you neighboors. For a couple (or even with a dog or with a child) that apartment is the best place the be confortable while enjoying all the outdoor activities and the breweries in the area. Make sure to try ''Lockhorn Cider House'' which is not to far away.

  • This place is adorable and everything you need is there. It was cozy and comfortable and it was just right for my son (who stayed in the pullout couch which was comfortable!) and me. There had just been a snow storm and it was so nice to arrive to a private parking spot that was shoveled (Barry even shoveled the walk for us while we were there). A great spot for MSU families!

Stylish and uniquely charming cottage close to town, skiing at Bridger Bowl & Big Sky, MSU, fishing, hiking, and so much more. Nestled in a lush, historic South-side neighborhood this cottage is thoughtfully and lovingly renovated and decorated.
We think that you will truly enjoy the unique style of Yellow Dog Cottage, nestled in a lush historic South-side neighborhood, lovingly renovated and decorated with contemporary Knoll furniture pieces paired with antiques and rustic accents. Quality linens & bathrobes. Our 110-year-old farmhouse-style home is on the other side of this property providing privacy, but making it convenient to get anything extra you might need. Why not pay less than you might for most standard hotel rooms and enjoy loads of space, high standard furnishings, and extras like fresh coffee beans and tea. A Danish wood-burning stove makes the cottage even cozier, and the vaulted ceilings provide a wonderful feeling of openness. One space flows into the next, making this a relaxing get-away spot. The cottage sleeps three comfortably, but a 4th person could be comfortable on a cot; please request one in advance if needed ($20/night). The cottage is in walking distance to historic downtown Bozeman, Montana State University, and the Museum of the Rockies (each 10 mins.). There are stunning walking trails nearby, along with parks, restaurants of all sorts, and ice cream and sandwich shops. • Our stay at Yellow Dogs Cottage was delightful. We were greeted upon our arrival by two beautiful yellow Labrador retrievers, and our hosts' son. The cottage -- an adorable, eclectic sanctuary-- was immaculate. The only thing we lacked was washcloths. The cottage is located behind the owners' historic home in a leafy, welcoming, established neighborhood. Access to the cottage admittedly is tricky, primarily because It is located on an unmarked alley. The cottage isn't marked by a name or house number, but a neighbor helped us identify it. The yard featured giant fir trees, an outdoor seating area, and the owners' lush vegetable garden (we were there in July). Our host made certain we had the coffee supplies and preferences we requested, and provided helpful directions to terrific restaurants in Bozeman. Main Street is only about a mile away down Willson St. The beds are so comfortable, with big, fluffy comforters. The bathroom is cozy. The shower is small but adequate. Don't plan to wash your hair, however, as the rainfall shower head is very close to the wall. I'd certainly love to return to Yellow Dogs Cottage, and strongly recommend it to travelers who like to experience local flavor and quirky, comfy, cute accommodations. We felt very welcomed by the owners and their neighbors. We were especially delighted that neighbor dog, Hank, a young Australian Shepherd, popped his head into our open front door to greet us on our first morning! Thanks so much for a lovely time!

Our fun & sun-filled loft has a private entrance & a newly remodeled kitchen, a bathroom with shower/tub, a queen, a twin & a small sofa bed, a BBQ & an outdoor dining table + an indoor swing. Just blocks from the university & historic downtown. And, if you ever need a bigger space, we rent out our main home (5 beds: sleeps 9+) when we travel. Look for the Montana Mtn Villa on AirBnB for details. We have a Bozeman city short term rental license (BCA-11644) so we are all set there too!
We like to think of our home as very comfortable and fun. There is a red wooden swing in the middle of the loft, lots of Montana guide books, bikes to borrow plus cozy "Lawson's Loft" terry cloth robes to relax in while visiting. The loft is stocked with spices and kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plus you have access to an outdoor grill. We have bikes you may use too - just ask. We have been hosting guests in the Loft for several summer's now, and have had nothing but wonderful visitors and good experiences. Everyone has been thoughtful, clean and easy to communicate with, so we have never had a reason to keep a penny of a deposit, or give any guest less than a 5 star review. When you depart, we welcome suggestions for how to make your next stay with us even better!
The Southside of Bozeman is the main historic district. It is composed of safe, and friendly neighborhoods lined with mature trees, and an eclectic array of architecture. From our home, it is only a few minute walk to MSU, a short bike ride or walk to the historic downtown. And just two blocks from our home is Bozeman's Southside Park, with a play ground for kids, plus tennis/pickle ball courts, and in the winter, an ice skating rink.
  • You can’t beat the location for a visit to campus! Lori thought of everything to make a comfortable stay. This is such a charming loft, you will love it!

    Kristen2019-05-05T00:00:00Z
  • The Loft is beautiful, convenient, quiet, and cozy! We had a wonderful time exploring the area from this perfect spot. Lori and Scott were great hosts. We can't wait to come back.

    Aimee2017-06-28T00:00:00Z
  • AMAZING!!! What a fun quaint place to stay! Lori was an incredible host. We drove up and she and Buji, her dog were waiting outside to welcome us with a huge smile and a wagging tail. The loft was so cute. Perfect for a couple although there is room for another person. The loft was brightly decorated and the bed was very very comfortable. Lori made sure we were comfortable. The back porch is a great place to sit and just be. The landscape is calming and the birds are chirping. My husband got the opportunity to visit with Lori and Scott after a great run on a trail that was in walking distance. They reminded us of southern charm. Will definitely be back!

    Karla2017-05-09T00:00:00Z
  • This loft is the perfect place to stay on a trip to Bozeman. Beautiful place and great hosts. Would definitely recommend this loft to others.

    Amanda2018-07-08T00:00:00Z
  • Such a sweet spot. Perfect in every way. Lori went above and beyond to make this place comfortable, cozy and charming. Fabulous location - near town and University.

    Lelia2018-11-20T00:00:00Z
  • The space is as advertised. What you don’t know is the whole family is welcoming right down to the dog, Buge. My daughter and I were comfortable the entire stay and I even found myself wishing for a similar space once my husband and I retire. Keep in mind this is a home so noise travels. I didn’t mind happy family noises because we added our own. Lori and Scott are happy to answer questions and offer ingredients/pans for all your cooking needs. The space does have a lovely kitchen to begin with though. We will be staying here again. There’s no doubt.

  • Such a great place! The loft was a great space for kids (though my son suckered me into taking it!). Walkable to MSU campus and has a ton of personality! Will stay there again!

  • Vicki did a great job of making me feel welcome from the minute we started communicating about my upcoming stay. She is a friendly, helpful, and responsive host. I am in love with this little orange cottage! It has so much personality and it stole my heart. I would happily stay here again; it was very clean and organized. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need for an extended stay, even spices! All of the products were natural or environmentally friendly which I appreciated. And the bed is comfy. Location is mostly very quiet and residential. It is in close proximity to the University and about a 5 minute drive from the Main St.

    Erin2015-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • My two night stay at the Orange Cottage A GO-GO was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet, close to campus and full of charming homes. The exterior of the orange cottage is adorable but the interior is magnificent! The kitchen was stocked with dishes, cutlery and pans. Hostess, Vicki, met me at the cottage, waiting on the front steps! To be honest, i could have moved right in and stayed for the rest of my life :) Thanks Vicki!! i will be back!

    Sue Ann2016-04-25T00:00:00Z
  • Loved the house, location and host. Next time we travel to Bozeman we will return to Vicki’s place. It is a nurturing, warm, quiet environment with great neighborhood walking. Blocks from the University, centrally located with great beer and pizza at Bridger Brewing just blocks away. Coffee shops and fine dining dot Main Street for those looking for other options. We had a wonderful stay that left us looking for a return trip.

    Vince2017-04-24T00:00:00Z
  • Vicki was awesome and very welcoming! We were wrapping up our ski trip and wanted a place close to all the restaurants and bars until we flew back home. The neighborhood felt extremely safe and we walked almost everywhere from the house. We would definitely stay at the Orange Cottage again!

Playroom with toys. Perfect for families or small groups. King bed in the master, queen bed in the downstairs bedroom and a trundle bed in other bedroom. Office/studio off master. 4 blocks from MSU and close to downtown.
Our home was built in 1916 and has original wood work in the main living area. Hardwood floors on the main level with carpeted bedrooms. The office has a great view to the street. There is a playroom with toys. The south facing window seat is a warm place on a sunny day. The backyard is fenced so kids can run. There is a trampoline and a sandbox as well. We even have a bunny the kids can play with. There is a church next door which is a VERY quiet neighbor.

  • This home was delightful! Wonderful location conveniently located near MSU and downtown. We were greeted with pastries and snacks and shown around. Parking was wonderfully convenient on the street, the home was clean, and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet!

    Nadine2015-11-15T00:00:00Z
  • We have used Airbnb a number of times and this, by far, has been the best experience! The photo does not do this house justice. It is roomy, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. It truly is a home away from home and with plenty of room to be comfortable. It was cold and snowy when we visited and the house is warm, the bed was comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is bright and pleasant to work in and the view from the front window is lovely. The location is perfectly located just blocks from both MSU (so we can easily visit our son) and the wonderful downtown. Andrew's mother-in-law, Judy, made sure that we were welcomed (even with a late arrival) with lights on and a smile. She had treats, tea, coffee, bathroom necessities, even a hair dryer. Judy was happy to be as available as we needed and able to provide us with whatever information helped make our stay pleasant. We will definitely be staying here again. I highly recommend it.

    Holly2015-11-23T00:00:00Z
  • This property was centrally located to downtown and the university. It is a charming property, and Judy our hostess was absolutely amazing and friendly. Our family trip was greatly enhanced with love and joy because of the awesome accommodations and kindness we were given!!

  • Perfect place! Close to everything. Sparkling clean nice kitchen plenty a room beds were comfortable and there was even a bunny for the kids to play with! I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to the Area.

  • We had a great stay. The house was larger than I expected. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our host Judy was amazing! She even came to one of our hockey games! This home is great for kids. Ours enjoyed playing w "bun bun" the bunny. And kept busy drawing, playing the keyboard and puzzling. There is also a park just a stones throw away. highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

  • Stayed here with my wife and two young kids. We all had a great time and enjoyed the place.

    Tyler2019-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • This house feels like home and is within walking distance to restaurants and other little shopping areas. From fresh condiments in the cupboards, to the lop-eared bunny that lives in the backyard, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And it is so roomy. The beds were comfortable, water hot, wifi worked perfectly, and there was plenty of books to read on those cold snowy evenings we wanted to stay in. We skied at Bridger and Big Sky but having family in Bozeman, wanted to remain close. I love this town and love this home! Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

This spacious apartment is in an ideal Bozeman location. It is about a mile walk north to downtown, a mile walk west to MSU, a mile walk to the south lies the Museum of the Rockies, and a mile to the east on top of Peet's Hill in Burke Park. If we are full during your trip, check out our other listings: -More room needed? Check out Park View Place. -Exact floor plan and location? Madison Guest house may be open as well.
This is a 1200 sq ft 3 bedroom 1 bath. It has a stackable laundry center, full kitchen with cooking utensils, a full bath, which includes towels, and the bedrooms have hangars and bedding. It is furnished, and has a computer station, with laptop space, and a small library which you can use as a resource to plan your trip in the area. Please return the books. The living room has a TV, DVD player, and internet/wifi. The yard is roughly 12,000 sq ft, and fully fenced, although we expect you to pick up after your pet, and make sure that the landscaping is not dug up.
This is a quintessential college town neighborhood, but boasts great access to the city trail system and nearby parks. Christie fields, Bogert Park, Lindley Park, Burke Park/Peet's Hill, and the Gallagator Linear Trail system are all very close. There are MANY small independent coffee shops/breweries/eateries within walking distance, and of course, the campus of MSU and downtown are about a mile away. If you are a student, or family of a student, looking to check out the campus for MSU Fridays, or just whenever, let Mike know, as he is a graduate of the Microbiology program, and can fill you in. This may be the best neighborhood for college kids in town, as it is quieter, has amazing access to the town and its amenities, and sits in the middle of much of the downtown parklands.

  • Very convenient location in downtown Bozeman. There is a little competition, with customers of nearby businesses, for a limited number parking spaces during the day - but not a problem at night. The management company was unobtrusive - access, check-in/out was simple. Very easy and private place to stay - especially for being right in the center of town.

    Nate2016-12-26T00:00:00Z
  • Great place, great location, highly recommend

    Josh2019-09-19T00:00:00Z
  • This apartment is in a great location if you are trying to see the local shops and food. It is right on the main street so can get a bit loud. Also, parking is a little difficult. There are lots of 2 hour parking spots and parking spots that only ticket from 2am-7am, but you got to drive a few blocks to get to a residential parking area. This place is great for a quick in and out into Bozeman and there was no confusion in finding the place after finding parking. The owner seems to be more of a business than a homey Airbnb, but thats not a huge deal for a night or two. Overall, this place served its function as a last night on a trip before flying out and a quick way to see the sites around the town.

Our apartment is a 10 minute walk to Downtown Bozeman, nightlife, family-friendly activities and the city center. You’ll love the safe and neighborly Cooper Park District particularly because of the location and the ambiance. This apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Cooper Park is only 3 block away, a nice place to walk or read a book.
This is a basement apartment which is accessed with its own entrance and has stairs. It has its own bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Full disclosure, in two areas the ceiling is especially low but well marked for caution. The owner lives on the main level of the house with two friendly dogs. We are respectful of guests space by creating as little noise as possible, but sometimes you may hear walking above or some noise.
  • Perfect place and location for a 4 night stay to take a class in Bozeman . A pack and play fit perfectly in the room with the bed. My daughter slept comfortably Saturday night. Lived Kerri's stylr, was very comfortable.

    Tessa2017-02-28T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great skication at Kerry's! It was easy to get to off route 90 from the airport, and a quick drive to downtown to checkout the restaurants and bars. Our main purpose was skiing and we enjoyed the quick drive to Bridger Bowl (about 15 mins) and the drive to Big Sky (45 mins), which followed a scenic route alongside the Gallatin River. Overall the apartment was perfect for the two of us - plenty of kitchen supplies to cook our own food and a very comfortable bed. Kerry was great and very accommodating.

  • This is a great spot! 'Cozy' is the perfect descriptor--it's in a great neighborhood and downtown Bozeman is very walkable. My wife and I stopped in for one night as we were passing through and this spot had everything we needed. Kerry is a great host--great communication throughout!

  • Great apartment, easy to get into. Comfy bed and great linens. Only thing is my husband is 5'11" and the ceilings are low and would be hard for somebody any taller. The whole space was updated and great.

    Tiffany2017-05-21T00:00:00Z

  • Kerry's basement apartment was in a great location in Bozeman. She lives in a beautiful neighborhood of historic craftsman homes which was within walking distance of a beautiful park and wonderful co-op grocery store (similar to Whole Foods/Trader Joes). She was very quick to respond to any requests we had - even providing a blender when I asked for one - you won't get that at a Holiday Inn!

This is a BASEMENT apartment. Sound proofed ceiling, own entrance. Large egress windows in each bedroom. Simple and low key space. This is for the NO FUSS guest. Great family neighborhood & location, close to MSU, downtown. Clean and comfy beds. There is a queen bed and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. AGAIN: this is a BUDGET friendly space and is a basement. You won't get all the extras or a TV, please read the details before booking. If you want more please look into our upstairs unit.
The Basement has some normal wear and tear from previous tenant. But, it's clean, simple and cozy. This is created to be a budget stay. NOTE: upstairs unit is also used as an airbnb. and though we request them to be respectful (and we have sound proofed the floors), they may produce some noise.
Cooper Park is a few blocks away as well as the free bus transit. The local Coop, MSU collage campus as well as many coffee shops, bars, places to eat all within a mile... downtown easily accessible from the home on foot or bike (parking can be cumbersome at times downtown). Plenty of street parking. Please respect our neighbors by keeping a low profile.
  • We stayed here for three nights with our 3 and 4 year old. Like other reviews and description, it’s pretty bare bones. It has just enough of each thing you’ll need (like silverware, seating, kitchen stuff). There’s no TV, which ended up being fine for our quick stay. It as unique floors. Rubber, I think? All in all, once we settled in, it was fine. The beds are comfortable-which was nice. It has close proximity to downtown Bozeman.

  • The basement unit is a barebones experience. There are beds, linens, furniture, and dishes, perfect if you plan to spend your time out and about. While there was natural light from the windows, being in a basement made us feel a little claustrophobic. There is nowhere to step outside, so if that is something you need, it might not be the right fit for you. We had an issue with upstairs guests coming in loudly at 2am our first night (and fighting with f-bombs flying around for 45 minutes) and Amy was responsive to our concerns when we contacted her the next day. The fire alarm went off at about the same time on our second night -- according to Amy, this was probably caused by a previous guest who smoked in the unit. Amy was fair in her response to our experience in her place.

This room is great for early risers; with morning light and view of the front rock garden, below the kitchen in a daylight basement. A beautiful shared guest bathroom and den, with couch & chairs for spreading out. It has a full size and single bed.
Our street is a quiet family neighborhood with an adjoining walking/biking trail system and nearby parks to relax by the creek or walk up Peets Hill for a view of the valley and sunset. Sledding in the winter is a common site for the adventurous ones.

This space is designed for 1-2 people that want to sleep in the same bed. More details are below in the space section.
These rooms are half of the first floor of my 100 year old home and were completely renovated with your every comfort in mind. This space designed for 1-2 people that want to sleep in the same bed and has its own locked door. There is the wonderful, original slipper tub to take long, hot soaks in and I have been told that the bed is amazingly comfortable. If you need anything, all you need to do is text or call me and I will see about getting what you need. There is a sitting room, bathroom, and bedroom, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, small frig, toaster upon request, television, cable, and DVD player. There is not a kitchen sink or stove. Relax on the couch while you search the web or watch a movie (wifi, high speed internet, several movies to choose from, and 120 channels included). The south facing front porch is a perfect place to put your feet up and watch the world go by. There are many amenities in the bathroom that you will hopefully make use of - a heat lamp that warms you after you get out of the shower/tub, and several quality shampoos, conditioners, and lotions. Also, it is just a few blocks from a large variety of wonderful restaurants.
I love that it is 2 blocks from the heart of downtown Bozeman where you will find a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, the city library, walking trails, and a park. A walking trail start just 1 block south that will take you by fields, wooded areas, creeks, and a duck pond. It is four blocks to the city library and one block to Bogert Park and the outdoor city pool. Being a native of this area, I will be able to help you match your preferences regarding restaurants, activities, etc. to the huge array of options. Bozeman and the surrounding area has so much to offer: 1.5 hours to Yellowstone Park, unending hiking and cross country ski trails, two top notch downhill ski areas with a total of 24 lifts and 222 named runs, world class fishing, golfing, everything from amazing sushi to one of the best steaks you will ever eat, great little shops with unique items, amazing chocolates and caramels made locally, the best shoe store ever, majestic mountains all around and a scenic valley to drive through with many types of agriculture on display. Whether you prefer to be sedentary or active, we have what you are looking for. If you would like to have certain foods or drinks items available to you when you arrive, please let me know what those are and I will purchase those for you. If you have any questions or would like additional information, please call me at (phone number hidden). I would love to answer any questions you have.

  • Amy’s place was nice and a good resting place after our days exploring Montana. We got the sink stopper stuck and really appreciated the help we got to get it out. The couch has definitely seen better days, but the beds were very comfortable! Just be prepared to do a little bit of cleaning (take sheets off bed, sweep the house, consolidate all trash, put everything into a laundry hamper) when you check out. It definitely wasn’t bad with three people, but a little bit surprising on how much there was to do upon arrival. I can definitely understand why the checklist exists since not everyone is self-aware of picking up after themselves!

    Adrianna2019-06-11T00:00:00Z
  • Amy's communications were timely. Our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed it.

    Lakshmi2016-08-11T00:00:00Z

  • Amy's place was so convenient to MSU and downtown. Everything was within walking distance. The house was comfortable, safe, super cute, and spacious. Check-in was so easy. There were tons of amenities including an iron, laundry machines, plenty of dishes, desk space, and a cute backyard. A great space for visiting Bozeman.

    Beverly2018-06-08T00:00:00Z
  • We could not have been more comfortable in Amy's gorgeous modern home. The home was well equipped and very clean. We appreciated the coffee in the fridge and easy to use coffee pot along with oatmeal every morning. The back deck was a great space to relax! Amy was great to communicate with through out our stay! We would definitely stay again.

Cozy basement guest suite. Quiet neighborhood. 3 blocks to downtown and 2 blocks to trail system. Very comfortable space. Sleeps 2 comfortably. Can add a child or young adult on a futon if necessary. We are a legal Air BnB in the town of Bozeman.
We built a cozy and warm 2 room guest suite in our daylight basement. It has a private entrance down a set of stairs. Currently, the main room has a full-size futon, small table with tea and coffee, hot kettle, mini refrigerator and microwave. The bedroom has a full bathroom with a Queen size bed with attached bathroom with a standing shower. The suite is quiet and cozy, although you may hear us above you from time to time as this is a family home. **Please note that we are a family living above the suite. Depending on the time of year, this could mean you may hear us. Most guests say they hardly hear a sound. As of May 2018, the suite is undergoing a bit of an update with new carpeting, paint, bedding, etc. Repeat guests will be excited! We are a family of three, and enjoy hosting travelers and providing a nice space to call home for however long they are here. Our home is new, built by us in 2011. We work at home, grow veggies and fruits in our yard, and bike as much as we can while leaving the car at home. The sun heats our water and runs our electricity and wood warms our home (except for in floor radiant heat when needed). Feel free to relax on our porch or patio, enjoy the gardens, or chill out with a good book. We are located right in downtown Bozeman on the south side. A 5 minute walk to town, trails and parks. A 15 minute walk to MSU. We are about 5 minutes to a few bus stops as well as the local library. Wifi is available for free. Come and stay with us for 2 nights or more. We will provide you with a safe, and comfortable place. If you are looking to rent for more than a week, please message me because I am willing to work out a deal. Thank you and we hope to see you soon!
This neighborhood is great. Quiet, yet blocks from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The trail system is just steps away as well as a local park.
  • Karen was an excellent host and the suite fit our needs perfectly, while visiting Bozeman for our son's wedding. The neighborhood was inviting and quiet. Best of all, it was a short distance away from another son and his family and within walking distance to downtown, parks and trails. We were delighted when we found this airbnb listing and weren't disappointed as it was exactly as described. Thank you so much~ Cindy and Jim

    Cindy2015-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I really enjoyed staying in Karen's guest suite. She was very friendly and helpful. The accomodations were very cozy and comfortable and her gardens are beautiful. The location was perfect for us - being walking distance from town and restaurants. We would be very happy to stay here again when we return to Bozeman.

  • I stayed here with my mom while we visited Bozeman for the weekend. What I beautiful home! It felt like our own private apartment. The living room had a futon with a fridge and coffee supplies. The bathroom is nice with towels and lots of storage space. The bedroom was spacious and the windows let a lot of nice sunlight in! We also had the chance to talk with Karen and Stewart and they are both lovely people - so welcoming and friendly. If I come back to Bozeman, I know where I'm staying! :-)

    Stephanie2014-11-02T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great spot on one of the prettiest streets in Bozeman! Check in was easy, Karen was quick to respond to text and email. The home is lovely and all the materials used in the suite are environmentally sustainable. The gardens are beautiful as well. It's a perfect base for Bozeman adventures. A large park, a main trail and the popular Pete's Hill for a morning run or hike are right out the door. Plenty of room to spread out, make a cup of coffee or tea in the morning and a small fridge to keep some snacks in. We were there to visit our college student, fish and hike then walk to Main Street for a great dinner each night. Karen and Stewart had lots of great suggestions and they were a pleasure to meet.

    Linda2015-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • Our hosts were very welcoming by being there to greet me when I arrived. Before arrival, stayed in touch. And they were available if needed during my stay. Their home and yard were beautiful. Karen was happy to open their backyard to us when I had some friends over.
