  • Location, location, location - and clean! Emma was great in terms of quick responsiveness and her place was sparkling clean. The guidebook was accurately laid out and a nice touch. We came for 2 nights to attend a Tony Robbins conference at the BMO Centre, so the location was awesome as we basically just had to walk across the street. I'd definitely suggest booking here if you plan on attending Calgary Stampede as well since it's just a minute walk away. The AC was awesome to have on such a hot weekend and we were easily able to control temperature comfortably and the queen mattress was comfortable. This is a stylish place and the balcony outside would be wonderful to relax on after a long day. 5/5 - will definitely book again next time we're back in Calgary. As a Superhost myself, I'm certain Emma will reach Superhost in no time! Thanks again!

  • Emma is a super host. She created these videos to help guests find their way, such as the parking garage and the gym. Her check-in instruction was very detailed which made checking in a breeze. She gave so many local tips including restaurant recommendations. She gave me a recommendation when I asked her last minute when we decided to walk to Chinatown. The restaurant was authentic and food was delicious. We were so happy. The suite is spotless, modern, and tastefully decorated. Emma provided all the essentials guests would need, plus coffee and tea. The view was very open and the space was very relaxing. If we go back to Calgary, we definitely want to stay with Emma again.

The area is an upscale area with very modern high rise buildings and lots of lively events going on every night. Although you are high enough to get away from it all and be completely sound proof and secluded from everything if desired.

Located 100m/yd from the Stampede grounds, train station and the citywide bike path system, walking distance from Mission, Inglewood, the Beltline & the downtown core, all of them expansive shopping, dining and entertainment districts. Enjoy the contained master bedroom with full private bathroom and ample storage space; access to kitchen & living room. DURING STAMPEDE I WILL PAY FOR GUEST PARKING.
    Your host is a native Calgarian who can provide recommendations on sightseeing, booking trips to the mountains, renting a car, all sorts of things. I speak poor French and Chinese.

  • Connell accommodated my earliness and allowed me to leave my duffel bag in his place while go out for lunch and stroll. He also provided tips around the area. It was just an overnight stay, everything was fine. Just a couple of feedback about the bathroom. The light switch was broken - still functional but needs fixing though je was forthright about it. The toilet was not so clean - you can see the grime and the (under) toilet seat was also pretty dirty.

    If you're looking for a Beautiful place to stay in the heart of the downtown action, without all the noise, then this is the place for you. The street will remind you of peaceful neighborhood living but still only 2 blocks from the best dining and entertainment that Calgary has to offer. Only a short walk to the BMO center, telus convention centre, Stephen Avenue, 17th ave, repsol centre and government offices. Or enjoy a walk down the bow river. Complete modern renovation June 2019!
    This is a well kept space and very comfortable. I keep a fan for guests rooms if they get hot in the summer and I am always up for suggestion to what I can add to make the place better. ALL the necessities should be in the apartment but since I just moved in, it may need some little things. Feel free to let me know.
    Within a 10 minute walk in any direction you can get to THE SADDLEDOME, BMO CENTRE, COWBOYS CASINO, STAMPEDE GROUNDS, 17TH AVENUE ( Calgary's top street for dining, drinks and shopping), 4TH STREET DINING, STEPHEN AVENUE, THE CALGARY TOWER AND SOOOO MUCH MORE.

  • A stones throw from the Saddledome and Stampede Park, Sthefania’s place is a jewel. I needed a place to stay close to a conference I was attending and this was in the perfect location. The condo was immaculate and the views spectacular! All the conveniences of coffee, tea and even popcorn to snack on while watching a. Netflix movie were in the cupboard. Steps away is the Sunterra grocery store with a wide assortment of instantly ready meals - a la Whole Foods. I would highly recommend this condo and will stay there again if I get the chance.

  • We stayed at Sthefania’s place Sept 2019. The location of the condo is great! Close to restaurants , shops and much more. Check in was easy as Sthefania was very fast at replying back. Parking was so easy and convenient being right in the parking garage below the building. As soon as we walked into the condo we were so impressed with how clean and beautiful it was. We couldn’t get over the spectacular view. The place is stocked with all the basics and a bit more. We really felt welcomed and comfortable. There is a great market (grocery store / hot food) at the base of the building and also a Starbucks. The scooters and bikes around Calgary are a must. It made it very easy to get around in an affordable way. The only down side to such an awesome location in the heart of the city is there was a lot of noise and construction going on outside. It didn’t seem to bother us too much. We would definitely stay again !

Very quick to respond and went beyond my expectations. The place was extremely clean, bed was super comfortable, Breathtaking VIEW !! Everything was in brand new condition, she had all the little things any hotel would, towels were super soft and clean and endless amounts of Starbucks coffee inside the unit, lots of condiments and cookware, Internet was quick and location was incredible, you can literally walk anywhere you need to in ten min. With all that the place was inexpensive, I would highly recommend Sierra’s place to anyone and will likely book for any future Clients needing a place to stay. Thanks Sierra !!!!

  • The experience here was just okay. Pros: The host is great at communicating. Access to the building is easy and the location is also good. There is a large grocery store at the bottom of the building along with a sushi restaurant , Starbucks, and liquor store. It’s walking distance from bars, restaurants, and casinos. Cons: It was originally described as “luxury”. There was only one roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Most of the dishes were in the dishwasher when we arrived and they were dirty. The bedroom looks A LOT bigger in the pictures than it actually was. There is also a large construction project going on directly across the street which makes it tough to sleep in through 7 am. It would have been nice to know this before booking.

  • This place is amazing! You are only 2 blocks from the Stampede grounds and the entire place is amazing! The Sunterra market is downstairs and everything is within walking distance. Not to mention Matteo was a great host! There were every variety of charging cord provided, dishes and cleaning supplies.   • This location is perfect and more!!! the apartment itself is incredible! has an incredible view. really!!! we could have spent all our stay watching through the window and chilling in the balcony. room is very nice and bed very comfortable. kitchen is absolutely a place to enjoy. it has it all. we did not cook much but we really enjoyed having breakfast or dinner there. all the place design is so well done. then the building with its own security, access, parking, and lobby. again: it’s the right place for travelers who enjoy the good things.

  • I was super excited to stay here because of the location and price and how nice the suite looked. But honestly no matter how great all those things were it was overshadowed greatly by the lack of communication from the host. Upon check in we hadn't receive any information necessary despite asking for it 4 hours in advance, spent 2 hours trying to contact them; 50 phones calls and 20 messages and after contacting Airbnb support they finally got back to me. After the stressful couple of hours we finally got into the suite, which was very nice and comfortable. My biggest concern was in their message they asked that we contact them in case of emergency or any issue instead of the buildings security or concierge, considering their lack of response. The one redeeming quality to this whole situation was that when we forgot some items and asked to come back and get them (after a few hours) they got back to us and let us pick them up. So if your okay with wasting lots of time then this place is awesome!

  • This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with airbnb. Chris met me as promised and showed me up to the apartment. It was spotless! The view is incredible during the day and even more amazing at night. Not only was the place super clean and well stocked with all listed amenities, they also had food in the pantry. Getting off a long flight and having to go straight to work the next morning didn't give me a lot of time to buy food. I looked in the pantry and viola! Everything I needed to make simple pasta with sauce and cheese in the fridge! Beer & wine, cream & coffee, condiments and so much more. The bathroom had everything! I could have show up with only clothes and been just fine. Thank you for having a wonderful home that felt like HOME while I was away from my family for 10 days. I will for sure stay here again on my return to Calgary.

  • Great stylish apartment for Airbnb with two large bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms. Balcony with a bbq (that we didn’t use but wish we had) overlooks the Stampede grounds so that we could see how busy the entry was. Given how high up it is, most of the noise from the stampede is blocked but you can still hear a bit. I think if it hadn’t been Stampede it would have been totally silent. Would definitely stay again.

  • Very nice apartment in condominium building that is extremely convenient for both the Stampede Convention Centre (across the street--one block only) and downtown Calgary (10-15 minute walk). Clean, spacious accommodations. Very trendy neighborhood with shops (groceries, hotels, restaurants) conveniently located within blocks of the condominium. Only good things to say about the flat and its hosts.

  • Absolutely loved this place. I stayed here for two weeks and will most definitely stay there again if I’m back in Calgary. Definitely made my rather long stay very comfortable and felt very much at home. The location was easily accessible to coffee shops, grocery stores, trails, Calgary Stampede, downtown Core, highway to the airport, and many other places you’d think that’s important. Best part was watching the sun rise in the morning and starring at the mountain ranges far away ⛰

The Keynote building offers a prime location, with tons of amenities including fitness centre and hot tub. It sits on top of Sunterra Grocery store, offering ready-made food to go, a cafe serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a fully-licensed bar. Also in the building are Starbucks, Royal Bank, a Liquor Store, and other restaurants.
    You will love this bright space with floor to ceiling windows. Quality furniture, decor and mattresses make this a great place to stay in Calgary. You can BBQ your dinner with a great view from the 19th floor balcony! If you’re lucky enough to have this place at Stampede, you’ll have the best view of the action and fireworks in Calgary.
    Across from Stampede grounds/Saddledome, the BMO Convention Centre, Cowboys Nightclub and Casino. Five dollar taxi/Uber to 17th Ave bars and restaurants, and a 5 minute walk to Stephen Avenue. Trendy Inglewood is really close to the east, but it’s a long walk, so I would suggest an Uber.
  • This was a perfect location for a two day trip to Calgary. It was close to get to and from the airport, it had stunning views of the snowy scenes while we were there, the grocery and wine stores on the ground level were extremely helpful along with Phil's suggestion for breakfast at the Market Bar. Having a parking stall was also helpful, although be prepared for a long and windy access to the stall. The gym was great - a bonus along with the weight room; we didn't use the hot tub. The suite was very well appointed, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was excellent in the showers. Phil was easy to communicate with and we would consider returning on a future trip to Calgary.

I called right away, Phil picked up on 2-3 rings and walked me through check in. Place has air conditioning too which was nice as it’s hot in the summer.

  • The lock box didnt have a clear and distinct marking. When it was found, it didn't open. It was apparent it had not been checked since the last guests were there. The intercom didn't work and he couldn't buzz me in. I was highly irritated with the situation and Phil provoked stoked the fire that was already lit from unmet expectations. It might be a nice building in a redeveloping location, and 5 star service is easy when things go smooth; However, the real test is when things go bad and customers are upset. Phil lost my business that week.

  • Really nice place for like 4 persons, 6 persons is stretching it. They only have 2 stools and people have to eat standing up or go to the living room. Place is super clean. Perfectly placed. The grocery store on the ground floor was super convenient and there is a beer/wine/spirit shop on the ground floor outside which is perfect to get wine. During our stay there was construction outside so the mornings were early. At night there is quite a lot emergency activity like fire trucks/medical/police. I would suggest getting ear plugs. We had an accident happened during our stay and we were able to resolve the issue without any fuzz and super fast.

    The tallest residential building in Calgary across from the famous Calgary Stampede Grounds. This home features upgrades that will make your stay most pleasent. Close to the Calgary LRT makes your getting around more convenient.
    The home was built in 2016 and features European Cabientary, laminate floors and stone counter tops. You have a view of South Calgary and part of the downtown core. Warning! It tends to be of a bit noisy area during stampede time.
    You are on the edge of west Calgarys area revitilization. Access to transit and the LRT line are steps away. Walk easily to the DT core and the river district.
  • Daryl's place is an excellent location . We easily walked to all of the restaurants, venues and activities. It is very clean and easily accessible. Although we didn't take advantage, there appeared to be a well stocked kitchen and a bbq on the balcony. You may want to bring a hairdryer. We would highly recommend Daryl's place and would stay there again if we are ever back in Calgary. It's a great city!

  • We had some trouble checking in because of problems with the lobby intercom and the buzz-in. Daryl eventually had to drive twenty minutes to meet us, and he was apologetic, and I'm sure this will be fixed for future guests, but made for a frustrating first impression. Aside from that, the stay was great. Clean, comfortable and modern, good location right by the Stampede grounds, safe and secure inside parking. Daryl was friendly and quick to respond to messages.

  • Check-in and check-out are smooth due to the quick and clear directions Daryl provides. The apartment is very well organized, clean, and smartly decorated. The provided amenities (clean bedsheets, clean towels, bathroom essentials, etc.) give great comfort and a sense of being home. The kitchen contains all the essentials needed to cook whatever meal you desire. Street noise is not an issue, even during the weekend nights. The building has excellent parking and security; your vehicle will stay safe and warm during any weather. The parking stall location makes loading and unloading extremely fast and easy. Parking is free, which is a big selling point for me, as free parking is rare for listings in this area. I will book with Daryl again the next time I am in Calgary!

  • Stayed for 3 nights at Daryl's place. Everything was great! Clean modern place in a great up and coming area in Calgary. Walking distance to Stampede grounds, downtown (Calgary tower is about a 10 minute walk). Has everything you need and more! I made use of the parking which was easily accessible. Building is new and seems to be well run, all common areas are very well kept. Overall great value, won't hesitate to book again.
