  • This was our first time staying at an AirBnB. We were much more comfortable and spent less than staying at the downtown Hilton’s in this area and were still walking distance from Finlay Market and Washington Park. We stayed for two nights in between a trip to Kings Island which was only a 30 minute drive from here. We loved being walking distance from bars and restaurants and the place was very clean and comfortable!

  • This condo is amazing! We loved the location and were able to walk (about 15-20 minutes) to the Reds stadium on a beautiful day with no problem. It was a quiet room and perfect for our weekend getaway.

    Kaitlyn2018-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved staying at Ben’s place. It was adorable, had everything we needed, and he even dropped off extra towels to make sure we were set. The location was perhaps my favorite thing: close to all the downtown spots we needed to get to for a wedding and there were lots of places to eat and explore nearby. The only slight issue we had was with the bathroom door not closing, potentially because of an issue with the doorknob that we couldn’t figure out. Other than that, staying in the condo was an absolute delight and I’m hoping to book it again when I come back to Cinci for another wedding next year!

This is an eight-story, Italianate style, apartment building constructed in 1881. The building features high ceilings, charming brick accent walls, updated kitchens, bathrooms, central a/c and heat. The building features an interior courtyard, a rooftop deck that overlooks the Convention Center, City Hall, and the Museum Center, and a laundry facility. Short walk to Paul Brown Stadium, Great American Ballpark, Smale Riverfront Park, The Banks, Duke Energy Convention Center, & Fountain Square.
You will be located in a very safe and walk-able part of downtown. Many of Cincinnati's young professionals reside over here so its very common to see many runners, dog walkers, or people out just enjoying the scenery.

Our house is in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from OTR & a 10 minute walk to downtown. It's close to all major highways & a 15 minute drive to CVG airport. We have extra space on our lower level that will be completely private. We have a fenced in yard with a fire pit, PLENTY of street parking, and a rec room with a 9' pool table. The 2 bedrooms open for stay are carpet and include a bed, dresser and closet space. They share a full bath when rented separately.
We live in the upper portion, guests have access to the entire lower level.
  • Great location for downtown and very friendly hosts.

    Amy2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • This was our first air bnb experience and it was a great one! Nikki and Vinod are great hosts! The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. They provided toiletries in case we forgot any and fresh towels. There is a coffee bar and mini fridge with breakfast items. They offered use of their washer and dryer. They have a pool table and darts if you want to just chill for a little bit to recoup from touring Cincinnati like we did. Everything was very clean accessible. The location is perfect as well! Free parking and we were able to walk everywhere within 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very quiet and urban. We did get to meet Nikki and Vinod. They are the nicest couple! They were very accommodating and even invited us to hang out but we were tired and had to be up early; but we wish we would have taken them up on that offer! We highly recommend them to anyone visiting Cincinnati. Next time we come back we'll definitely try to stay with them again! Thanks again Nikki and Vinod!!

  • I highly recommend this place! Vinod and Nikki were great hosts. The room was comfortable and clean, and they had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. They were very flexible on check in and check out times, and we really appreciated how easy they were to communicate with.

    Amy2017-11-12T00:00:00Z
  • Most thoughtful hosts I have experienced to date. Detailed and helpful instructions and tips before arriving and departing. Vinod and Nikki were incredibly kind, and the place was great to hang out before going out in the city.

    Ian2016-12-05T00:00:00Z
  • Great! Highly recommend!

    Jade2017-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • This little hidden treasure is my new favorite place to stay! Vinod and Nikki are a true credit to AirBnB! The rooms are located in the basement of an old Church Building which has been cleverly converted to a family residence. The entire area surrounding the home has become a dynamic and Uber-trendy hotbed of diverse restaurants, shops and a classic brewhouse at just about every corner! Nikki and Vinod hit a home run when they grabbed this totally awesome city home. Thankfully they are a hardworking and enterprising young couple and have decided to share this perfect location with AirBnB travelers! The accommodations are an updated and clean two bedroom apartment in the basement of the large home. Even though they are semi- subterranean there is plenty of sunlight coming in and there is absolutely no hint of the dank musty smell that can sometimes accompany basement dwellings. Everything is freshly painted and there is new carpet throughout the bedroom areas. The furnishings are minimalist with just a simple dresser, wooden chair and bed or futon. The sheets and comforters are designer quality and the electric blankets added a much needed coziness in the chilly week I spent there in February. The mattresses are basic -not overly cushy and offered great support. Again -nothing too fancy but just right to provide sensible comfort and functionality. Pillows are great quality fiberfill and nice and fluffy. The bathroom is shared between the two rooms and the hosts have provided basic shampoo and soap in case you forget yours. The fixtures are in excellent working order and the water gets nice and hot on demand. Towels and shower curtain are all designer style and very nice. The little breakfast nook accommodates two unless you bring the chairs out from your rooms and there is a dorm style refrigera to store milk, water and the occasional carry out doggy bag. As an added bonus, there is a nice rec room attached to the living area with a full size pool table and a dart board that guests are encouraged to use. I enjoyed a dart match and a game if pool with Vinod! (Don't let him "shark" you - he's better than he will humbly admit! -lol) For the price the space is far above what you might expect but what makes this place a super bargain is the high quality of hosts. Having a cheap place to call "home base" while exploring all the exciting and diverse offerings downtown Cincy and the chic OTR (formerly known as "Over the Rhine") has to offer, is really great - but having the peace of mind that the people who's home you are sharing are good, kind and clean living is such a comfort and makes this place a stand-out offering for the Cincinnati visitor!

    Adam2017-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • Vinod and Nikki were so great, they had detailed communication and were very hospitable. I needed a hairdryer one morning and they stopped everything to bring one to me—that is only one example of their thoughtfulness! The Airbnb is the basement which was chilly at times but they have many different sources to heat the area up. My personal favorite was the heated blanket, I slept so well with that!

    Lauren2016-12-19T00:00:00Z
  • Nikki and Vinod were great hosts. The accommodations were exactly as described. The location in the OTR area was perfect for us, as we like to walk. We walked to Smale Park, (about 1 mile), Washington Park, and Fountain Square. Everything was very neat and clean and they are very well organized. Plus, Vinod gives good directions. Highly recommend Nikki and Vinod's place.

Updated downtown condo just steps from Over-the-Rhine and downtown amenities. Three blocks to Washington Park in one direction, three blocks to the Duke Energy Convention Center in the other. Both sports stadiums are walkable, as are streetcar stops and Red Bike stations. Perfect for business travelers or a night out in the city.
Recently renovated kitchen with butcher block bar-top overlooking the living room space. The large separate bedroom has a queen-sized bed and closet/dresser space, and there's a couch and air mattress available. Easy walk to all downtown and Over-the-Rhine bars and restaurants. The space is perfect for business trips or Reds and Bengals games and festivals — you can see Paul Brown Stadium from the front porch.

  • The only thing that prevented me from giving this 5 stars was there was an odor in the place when we first arrived. It was in a great location, felt safe, and all my messages were answered quickly. It was exactly what we needed for weekend running around Cincy, would stay here again!

Emily added thoughtful touches everywhere including some complimentary snacks and toiletries for our use. She even left some great tips for local sightseeing and things to do/eat! • I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s but this one has been one of my favorites. A perfect place to stay that is literally close to everything in Cincy. OTR, downtown, interstate it’s just perfect! Plus the best part about it, is that you feel like you are secluded! Perfect place!

Entire first floor of a private home in the heart of Over-the-Rhine. Large living space, full private bath with large shower, private bedroom with queen bed. Roku Smart TV, toaster oven, coffee maker, ice maker, refrigerator.
Your hosts, Annie and Bill (AirBnB super hosts FYI) live on the top two floors with three cats. You have the entire first floor, but there is no door closing off the space from the upper floors. Two of the cats are pretty shy and won't come down to the first floor. Sebastian, however might.
Home is in the heart of one of the hottest, hippest neighborhoods in the US. Easy walking to plenty of bars, restaurants, stores and concert venues, including Music Hall, Memorial Hall, Ensemble Theater, Shakespeare Theater.
  • Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Great hosts. Excellent location. Reliable strong WiFi. Highly recommend staying there.

    Sue2019-08-01T00:00:00Z
  • Had three wonderful nights in this gem of an Airbnb. Bill and Ann clearly want to make their guests welcome and to share their enthusiasm for their fantastic neighborhood. Truly convenient, steps from every kind of food and drink, the streetcar and a charming park. This was our first visit to Cincinnati, and hopefully first of many. Just as described, there is not a full kitchen, not a problem as food at many price points is abundant. The beds are quite comfortable, the shower is next level and all the decorative touches and pro tips on offer are thoughtful. Definitely recommend and would book again.

    Diana2019-06-02T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay with Bill and Annie! The space is lovely and very comfortable. Location could not be beat. Bill and Annie were very helpful during check-in and responsive to our questions.

  • Can't recommend this place highly enough. Location is great, the unit itself is in great condition, and the hosts provided helpful information about the neighborhood. Hosts were also responsive and easy to work with. I'd stay here again.

    Nick2019-06-17T00:00:00Z
  • Great place, You absolutely cannot beat the location. Host are great. We got in extremely late due to delays and plane issues, and Bill worked with us on that.

    Jessica2019-06-29T00:00:00Z
  • Great location and in walking distance to tons of restaurants, breweries, etc. The place was beautiful, clean, and cozy. Would definitely stay again! Bill was a great host and resource for things to do while in cincy!

    Abby2018-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • Wow! What a stunner in OTR! We stayed over July 4th weekend and this place could not have been better! It was a great place to unwind after a day at the Rhinegeist brewery, wonderful to walk to Washington Park and so easy to catch the Cincinnati Connector! We loved our stay at Bill and Annie's lovely home. We had our 1 year old with us, and while we naturally had to corale him, we never felt like he was unsafe at the home. The bedroom had more than enough space for a Pack and Play. We loved our stay and would definitely be back!

    Dawn2019-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • Bill and Annie were exceptional hosts. Such a beautiful home and so close to everything. They were so helpful and went above and beyond. I highly recommend!

Open, airy and amazing! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom downtown flat has all the comforts of home. Walking distance to Paul Brown, Great American and US Bank arena, across the street from the Duke Energy Convention Center and you are only blocks away from all the great downtown restaurants and bars. This flat has a parking spot as well in a underground secured garage. Perfect location for all the downtown fun. Please note there will be a 7% tax added to your stay per the City of Cincinnati.
  • This is truly what you see in the photos. This location is prime for conventions, business, or recreation. You'll love it!!

  • If you want a city feel then this is the spot! Clean and modern loft in downtown, close to anything you need. Unfortunately, someone in our group got sick the night of our stay and left the sheets with vomit without telling me. Amy had to find this on her own, which I feel awful about. She was very professional and understanding given the circumstance. She handled it much better than I would’ve! I again apologize Amy and I hope our stay didn’t cause future hesitation to rent the loft. The loft is wonderful and I 100% recommended it to anyone looking to stay in Cincy!

    Grant2019-07-18T00:00:00Z
  • Spectacular location. Easy checkin and checkout. This was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve every stayed in. Absolutely wonderful experience.

    Nikki2019-07-12T00:00:00Z

If you’re looking to stay near the action in OTR, this is the place. Completely renovated Historic Condo. 1,300 square feet. 2 Bedrooms. 2 Full Bathrooms. Huge Windows. Exposed Brick. Right in the Heart of the Over-the-Rhine Entertainment District. The condo is located on 12th street - a block and a half from Vine Street. Half a block from the streetcar stop on Main Street. Literally steps away from Cincinnati’s most sought-after restaurants and bars.
The condo is completely secure and private. Has a private entrance and a keypad entrance. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and separate, attached bathrooms. Full kitchen with all the appliances. (Full disclosure) As I mentioned above - this condo is on the second floor above a pretty popular bar. So it may not be the best for families with young children. But if you are in town and don’t mind some music and bar noise throughout the night, this is your spot.
Steps away from everything OTR – Cincinnati's restaurant and entertainment mecca. Grab a drink downstairs at Rhinehaus, a glass of wine next door at Revel. Walk in any direction for some of Cincinnati's best restaurants. And grab some late night eats at the Gomez walk-up window.
  • Awesome location!

  • Perfect location in OTR. Extremely clean, spacious condo with everything we needed for a getaway. I will definitely stay here again.

    Christopher2018-12-06T00:00:00Z
  • This place is perfect place to stay if you’re looking to explore the best Cincinnati has to offer. It’s perfectly situated between 2 of the main drags which are both full of awesome bars and restaurants. The place it self is a really good size, clean and very comfortable to stay in. As noted in the description it is directly above a bar but as long as you know that it will be loud going into it, it wasn’t a problem at all. Melisa was also a great host, she was very responsive and accommodating. We had a awesome time staying here and will definitely be staying here again next time we come to town!

    Julian2018-11-04T00:00:00Z
  • Nice relaxing time:)

  • We were in town for a wedding, and my son and girlfriend drove up from Atlanta. This unit is very spacious and comfortable. You will not find a better location if you are looking for something in the OTR section of Cincinnati. We were able to walk everywhere. Plenty of restaurants, bars, parks, and tours. At the end of the day, the condo is very comfortable. The bar can be loud, more so on the weekends, but not so much that we could not sleep. The owners are very accessible, if you need them. Thank you, Melissa and Chris. We will be back!!!!

    Brian2018-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • Melissa’s place is beautiful, very stylish and in a great neighborhood. I loved all of the natural light in the living room and kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable, access was easy, and the value was superb! Thanks, Melissa!

    J.2018-08-22T00:00:00Z
  • This place is right where you want to be. Only a block from cinci’s best nightlife and restaurants are a very short walk away. Gomez is also available late on weekends next door for a late night snack. Melissa made it easy to get in touch and the place was very clean and the pictures do no justice for how nice this place really is. I highly recommend staying here .

  • Chris’s place worked out great for us as we went to see the Brewers play the Reds! It’s a short walk to the stadium and to many bars and restaurants. We ate at the Rock Bottom on Wednesday, heard some awesome reggae, and walked into the OTR and ate at MOTR on a Thursday. Go to the Sleepy Bee for an amazing breakfast or lunch! All restaurants had great choices for all dietary needs including vegans! Chris’s place is very comfortable and we loved it! If you are noise sensitive the sound of the AC kicking in may wake you at night (my husband and I were not bothered). We also highly recommend bringing your own pillows to supplement what is provided. Chris was very responsive and easy to contact. Thanks again!!

    Katy2019-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • This place had everything as advertised, but nothing more. It's very close to entertainment and restaurants on Vine St. and Main St.

    Meghan2019-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • I think this is a great place. It a studio apartment that was bigger than I expected. It's perfectly located near Over the Rhine and only a 15 minute walk to Rhinegiest Brewery! Downsides are no Wifi (as listed), a small TV (if you want to use to TV but we didnt as we enjoyed the City), and 1 ply Toilet paper. Other than those small things you got a great place for a good price!

    Ashley2019-05-12T00:00:00Z
  • Chris was very timely in his responses but this place was not a good fit for me. It was easy to check in and centrally located, however, difficult to get lyfts/cabs because the address takes you to the allyway. Fine for if you are walking everywhere or not on a time limit for getting lyfts/cabs. I think think this place would be fine if you were traveling for leisure and didn't have to be anywhere at a certain time. For me, I was traveling for business, so there were many annoyances to the place: - No hot water first morning of staying there (had to run the water for 10 min before it gets "hot", though I didn't know this beforehand). I tried to take a shower the first day but it never got hot. - Loft style place, so heater was on the ceiling, exposed, and very loud any time it turned on. - Hard mattress, and thin blanket, no extra blankets. - Loud street noise and construction (obviously not Chris's fault but just something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper, or bring ear plugs) - Toilet in bathroom is so close to the wall that you have to sit sideways (probably fine if you're shorter). I enjoyed that it was centrally located and a 10 min walk to work, but I don't think it was worth the price. If the place was $20-cheaper a night, and I wasn't traveling for work, I'd probably stay there again.

    Elizabeth2019-09-26T00:00:00Z
  • It was very convenient to stay at Chris’ place downtown! Thanks so much!

    Erin2019-06-23T00:00:00Z
  • Great place for a quick trip into Cincy. We used Chris’ place for our home base over the weekend. Great middle ground between OTR and the business district. We were able to walk and rent scooters to just about anywhere you would want to explore. The space was clean and Chris was quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely book this space again next time we’re in town.

Nestled in the heart of Cincinnati for 140+ years, this home away from home guarantees an authentic & private Cincinnati experience. Perfect location for daytime strolls to the best of Cincinnati. Local treats, Skyline Chili, fabulous night life, and more. On street parking. Kitchen amenities great for eating, meal prep, and socializing. A queen size bed in the main area of the apartment/flat. In a tiny, back bedroom a twin-size trundle beds offer sleeping for 2 additional guests!
This beautiful brick building has waged the cold winters of the late 1800's, the long summers of the 1900's, and the beauty of the 2000's. Nestled near iconic West End and Over-The-Rhine, the aged beauty of this home's historic neighborhood is at and around each corner. You will love it! Staying this close to the heart of downtown allows walking, scooter-ing, and plenty of public transit (street car, bus, etc.)
These old streets were built in a time when people walked everywhere. Cars line the small 1-way streets in the neighborhood. It's quiet and exciting to experience the historic beauty. Tall brick homes tower over renovated flats. We call this space a Flat because it is very European in it's layout and construction.

  • The location was absolutely perfect!! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of restaurants nearby and the view was awesome! Our host was extremely responsive when we had questions. Ran out of paper towels and toilet paper and there weren’t any coffee filters but there was a little market on the block next to the entry of the parking garage, so we just picked up those items there. Super convenient! I would definitely stay there again and definitely plan to!

This is a one-of-a-kind experience designed for couples, romantic experiences and weekend getaways. Stay in your own apartment where you will be surrounded by the city's best restaurants, bars, spas, and art - the West Fourth Street Historic District in the Central Business District. Enjoy our private courtyard garden and opt for convenient door-to-door parking. This unique pied-a-terre has been featured by Cincinnati Magazine, CincyChic, Cincinnati CityBeat.
The building was originally constructed in 1852 and still bears some of its original molding, plasterwork, and features. Your apartment has been completely renovated to include a number of premium creature comforts without losing its historic charm. The apartment has an open floor plan that includes a living space, kitchen and dining area, and a spa bath. LIVING SPACE The livingspace is anchored by a contemporary white leather sectional sofa and accented by several vintage and antique tribal rugs that I have personally collected for their style, color, theme, age, and quality. The living space is comfortable and well-appointed. Plush accent chairs provide many seating options, and the rolling drink cart supplies a modular surface from which you can work, prep, or serve wine. The open, light-filled floorplan is easy to live in and much cooler and cozier than any hotel room. ART is EVERYWHERE - you'll find plenty of it in your apartment and throughout the common areas of the house. In fact, you'll cohabitate with a collection of plants scattered throughout the apartment, along with musical instruments, art & history books, board games, and even my husband's collection of early WIRED magazines (Fun fact: he was one of the earliest members of the team at WIRED and is even featured on a cover from the early 90s) Lots of personality in this apartment... SPA BATH Shower in the light of the morning sun in your own spa bathroom, a classical contemporary wet bath covered floor-to-ceiling in white porcelain and carrera marble. The oversized skylight allows you quite literally "shower in sunshine" and to look up at the historic architecture across the street. Relax in total zen with a deep soak in our oversized jacuzzi tub with massage jets and plenty of room for two. Connect your mobile device to the bluetooth bathroom speaker and DJ your own bubble bath. Listen to a podcast or a symphony recording after a long day. Aromatherapy is part of the experience and we have the bathroom stocked with craft botanical body wash, shampoo, and massage oil. Basic toiletries are included and most of them are organic. Plush bathrobes and slippers keep you comfy throughout your stay. Spa services can be arranged at any of the many spas and salons in Downtown Cincinnati. KITCHEN & DINING The small kitchen is equipped with the basics and any other necessities can be made available to you on request. It's equipped with two convection burners, a new super-quiet dishwasher, a small fridge, microwave, toaster, and hot water kettle for tea, etc. Pantry has some basic snacks. The kitchen can be stocked for an additional fee if we know in advance of your stay. PARKING You have the option of purchasing a dedicated parking space behind our back courtyard entrance, and any visitors can easily find metered parking on 4th street. The dedicated spot is $20 a night, which gives you in-and-out privileges and it's located right behind our building so you don't have to walk far (note: few downtowners have this parking convenience. It's a big deal in the city!) The Duke Energy Center lot across the street is $15 a day, and it’s not nearly as convenient. Let us know in advance of your trip if you will need to utilize the dedicated parking space and we can reserve it for you. NOTE: Parking during a Bengals game does require an extra parking fee - because we are so close to the stadium. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you intend to remain parked during a Bengals game. If you are coming to tailgate there is no more convenient airbnb you will find for football game days, and if you stay and park with us you'll be walking about 25 feet from your apartment to a tailgating spot that's already been claimed for you. It’s pretty cool for football fans!
This property is in the center of downtown and still very peaceful and quiet. You'll be staying right on 4th Street in one of Cincinnati's oldest mercantile neighborhoods known for its architectural beauty and variety: the West Fourth Historic District. A perfect location for business travel, we are just down the street from GE, P&G, Western & Southern Financial, Great American Insurance. KAO is right behind our building. Duke Energy Convention Center is a one-block walk. Paul Brown Stadium is a one block walk. This apartment is in the center of a major urban area with easy access to everything, yet isolated from much of the noise, panhandlers, etc that you will find at your door in other spots downtown like OTR and around Fountain Square. Check out our GUIDEBOOK: some of our favorite neighbors are locally-owned businesses who bring flavor to our block.
  • This place was our first airbnb experience and it could not have been better. The space itself was awesome!! The court yard is a beautiful space to have your morning coffee. The personal touches in the space were awesome! We loved the gold dinosaurs! Eddie was an awesome host and was able to show us around him and his wife's building and how everything in the space and in the bathroom worked (the jacuzzi tub is wonderful after a day walking and playing in the city). We were unfamiliar with the city and got a little turned around but both hosts were responsive within minutes about any questions we had. It was definitely better than any hotel I've ever stayed at. If you at all appreciate art or just a beautiful space this airbnb is for you. <3

  • We had a great couple nights here. My wife is pregnant and we wanted a relaxing weekend away. The jacuzzi tub was perfect and the space was very comfortable. Short walk to restaurants downtown was a great bonus. Overall, great experience!

  • Morgan & Eddie were great hosts! They greeted us when we arrived and showed us around their beautiful place! The place was super chic and fun to stay in. They had everything we could have needed and it was so clean and comfortable. We loved the shower and jacuzzi and beautiful sun windows. They had great tips on places to eat and see around the city! We will definitely be coming back!

    Emily2018-06-01T00:00:00Z
  • Everything about Morgan's apartment is as you'd expect - from the the pictures and the reviews! It was an absolutely beautiful staycation spot! Can't wait to return!

  • Talk about perfect!!! Morgan's apartment is the perfect place to stay to while you're in Cincinnati. It's the total package -- cozy, so chic, perfectly convenient, high-end amenities and an attentive host -- what more do you need?? Thanks for everything!!

  • This was our 1st time staying in an Airbnb & it was definitely a great experience! We truly enjoyed every second of our stay! Morgan & Eddie greeted us upon arrival & helped with our luggage (huge help!) When we arrived in the room- they had romantic music playing for us (Our 1st couples getaway since our baby was born. Bonus that a song came on from our wedding!) Morgan had been planning w/my husband a special surprise of flowers, a plant for our new house, chocolates, & drinks from a local brewery. She went out of her way & made us feel welcome. The apartment was beautifully designed along with the great shower/bath that was very zen & spa-like. It's perfectly located within walking distance of the ballpark (we saw a Reds/Cubs game while in town), the football stadium (we plan to come back in the fall!) & many great restaurants (try the Taste of Belgium- absolutely delicious!) Morgan checked in with us each day to ensure we had everything we needed & gave us great recommendations on what to do & where to eat while in town. She was a delightful host & we had an amazing experience & will be back!

Beautiful 47ft Gipson Houseboat, slipped at Manhattan Marina in Dayton, Kentucky, just across the river from Cincinnati. It’s located 5 min from “Newport on the Levee”, and 10 min from exciting downtown Cincinnati. The beautiful inside features the Capitan’s quarters, a small fore stateroom, a fully functional galley (kitchen), a lounge area and two bathrooms. The fore and aft outside decks have beautiful furniture, and a top deck sports a canopy, six chairs and a large patio table.
The address listed is wrong. Navigate to 1301 4th Ave Dayton Ky. Our guests have said to GPS to Manhattan Harbor Marina and then follow photos to get to the boat itself!
  • Patti's boat is a very nice and comfortable spot to stay at! Communication was excellent and the place is clean and well taken care of. It is only about 15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, easy to get to and park at. We enjoyed the stay!

Branderyhaus is an apartment building rented by The Brandery, a startup accelerator in the heart of Cincinnati's vibrant Over-The-Rhine neighborhood. Renovated just a year ago, you'll love the mix of modern amenities and historic charm.
Unit 1 is a 690 sq. ft. 2 bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment. The space was just renovated a year ago, so everything is new and shiny! Each bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa and a 50" TV (bring your chromecast or roku along and stream from your own Netflix or Hulu accounts!). Free wi-fi is provided, of course! The kitchen has a stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and is stocked with plates, dishes, silverware & utensils if you feel like cooking - but with so many great restaurants within walking distance, you might not want to! The bathroom has a shower (no bathub) and will be stocked with fresh towels. Laundry machines are in unit for your convenience! Detergent and fabric softener are provided.
Over-The-Rhine is the largest intact historic district in the country! Just steps outside of downtown Cincinnati, it is a vibrant scene with tons of shopping, restaurants, breweries and nightlife. It is a true cultural gem, with plenty of things to do whether you're into art & culture (Know Theatre and lots of galleries), spending time outside (Washington Park), or just looking to eat some amazing food and taste some great local beer. Branderyhaus is in the heart of OTR, walking distance to countless cool places to grab food or a drink. Just a 1/2 mile walk to Fountain Square or 1 mile to the Ohio River, Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium. A quick drive or stroll over the bridge into Northern Kentucky, or up a hill to The University of Cincinnati or Mt. Adams.
  • Great place to stay. The kitchen is not extensively equipped but we didn't plan on doing much cooking. (no microwave) The wifi was good. No local broadcast TV channels or CATV channels (ESPN, etc...) but there was Amazon video and Netflix. The bed was memory foam and the Apt was furnished exclusively by IKEA. I would definitely stay here again.

    Rich2017-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • I would definitely stay here again! There is a brand new parking garage literally a block from the place with very reasonable weekend rates! The home is beautiful with very fun architectural features!

    Theresa2019-05-26T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect spot to enjoy OTR!

    Kaycee2019-08-23T00:00:00Z
  • Jeff was a great communicator. The place was as advertised and really close to everything downtown.

    Keith2019-04-29T00:00:00Z
  • Overall stay was good. Good and quick communication with host. It’s fine if you’re outside most of the day but not really convenient to hang out at with 4 people. Kitchen wasn’t fully equipped and parts of the apartment weren’t cleaned up properly (like corners, windows).

    Sophia2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • Jeff’s place was good! Location was perfect. There were two beds as listed and as futon. Futon was not comfortable especially when staying there for a trip. The apartment was clean with a spacious living area, but not much space to sit and hang out with people. Overall it was nice, just a few minor things. Great place to stay when you’re out and about in the city. Would come back again!

    Alexandria2018-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment was great! Plenty of room for everyone and a nice looking place. The surrounding neighborhood is in pretty rough shape during the week days. On the weekends it turns into a nice area with people out and about going to the many bars in OTR.

    Robert2016-10-02T00:00:00Z
  • Check in and check out we're easy. Central to great food and nightlife.

  • The Guild is the best airbnb I’ve ever experienced. Not only a great location and a building full of amenities but every time I needed anything (even unreasonable things like not seeing where the can opener was), they texted back right away. I was with my 4 year old and they made sure we were happy all the time. Not intrusive, just really good at answering texts. There are nice grounds out back with a pool and the building is right by the beautiful bridge and waking distance to everything. The apartment was well stocked and super nice. We are traveling the country with a Broadway show so we know an unusually good airbnb when we see it. This is it!

    Karen2019-04-22T00:00:00Z
  • This is the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The apartment is super nice. My favorite parts were there bathtub and the bed. I totally took a long bath and slept like a baby on that bed!! The fancy coffee machine in the lobby was also really great. There are thoughtful touches all over the place. I felt really safe in the building and other residents I bumped into were very nice. This place was a really great value. I can't wait to come back. The Guild was very responsive, too. Highly, highly recommend this place!

    Amanda2019-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Clean & centrally located.. parking was a pain & they weren’t very accommodating in regards to that. But everything else was great

    Katie2019-06-02T00:00:00Z
  • Nice apartment in a great location! It was a bit hard to figure out how to get into the building - instructions provided were great, it’s just a bit of work to get in Bed was super comfortable, overall space was nice. We were only in town for one night and didn’t spend much time in the apartment, but it was perfect for what we were looking for!

    Katie2019-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent place. It was so clean and cute! The bed was super comfy and the amenities were crazy good. Great coffee, pool downstairs, great restaurants within walking distance, overall a fantastic experience!

    Flor De Maria2019-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • Stylish, clean, spacious, and well decorated space. Overall the place met our needs but there were a couple of issues. Although they were ultimately resolved, we had to wait til the next morning since the on-site team for Guild isn’t on the premises.

    Jeanny2019-05-05T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice stay. Easy process for check-in/out. Clean apartment in a great location.

    Chris2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • Modern, quiet, sparkling space with a comfortable bed, huge kitchen, great amenities and close to everything! The parking space is worth the $20 daily fee as you can safely leave your car and walk easily to nearby attractions. The communication from reservation to checkout was stellar! I highly recommend this professionally-managed listing.

Jeffrey was a host who redefined going above and beyond. He left extensive information that helped us enjoy both the space and the city, and was extremely communicative. If I return to Cincinnati, this will be the first place I look for lodgings.

  • This place is very hip & artsy. It’s close to restaurants, bars & other attractions. The garden is so nice as well. The hosts were great & very accommodating. I would stay here again!

    Lauren2018-11-12T00:00:00Z
  • You are going to LOVE your stay in this eclectic-chic and cozy studio. There's so much attention to detail throughout the space, and you have total access to a gorgeous plant-filled courtyard that feels like an oasis in the middle of the city! Morgan and Eddie are amazing hosts that you will want to stay in touch with--they made sure we had everything we needed and then some. The bathroom is spa-quality with everything you could possibly need to feel at home (forgot a toothbrush or deodorant? not a problem) including cozy robes and salon-grade products. There's art everywhere, and Morgan is a wealth of knowledge on everything both inside and outside the Urban Abode! This is truly the best Airbnb experience we've had anywhere--Cincinnati is lucky!!

    Betsy2018-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Urban Abode - it is WONDERFUL! It's a little oasis in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. The space is beautiful and has a beautiful private courtyard that's full of life and serenity. The hosts (Morgan & Eddie) are very accommodating, social, and full of energy. They know the city and offered great recommendations - it's worth getting to know them a bit. I highly recommend this place for a staycation or visit to Cincinnati. It's great for couples too! The private space much more of a studio apartment than a private room- it has everything you need: kitchen, living space, work space, bed. I really loved the bathroom with the sound system, mood lighting and open shower. The space is much more spacious than it seems in the photos. I'd choose this over a hotel anyday. The building is also dog-friendly, so say "Hi" to Lucy. All in All, this is one of the best airbnb experiences I've had. 5 Stars!!!!!

    Bk2018-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • This place was as lovely as described, with hosts that were genuinely caring. The space is very light and relaxing, with lots of delightful shapes and colors to engage the eye. Though in the downtown area, very quiet, with a lovely garden that, due to time and weather, I didn't get to make much use of. There was no serious issues, but regarding some minor questions, the Morgan and Eddie were very responsive and "on it." If you need to stay in that part of town, or even if you don't, I recommend this venue.

    Peter2019-04-04T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful location and fantastic hosts! My husband and I chose Morgan and Eddie's place due to its proximity to Paul Brown Stadium and the Duke Energy Convention Center, both of which are just a short walk away. Morgan was very responsive to our messages leading up to our stay, and she and Eddie greeted us upon our arrival and showed us around the property. Our apartment was stocked with snacks and toiletries, and there is a communal coffee and tea station just outside the door that our hosts kept fully stocked during our stay. There are several separate apartments in the building, but you could not hear any noise from the other rooms from our apartment. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept better than I ever have while staying in a hotel. Morgan and Eddie went above and beyond during our stay to provide us with suggestions for local restaurants as well as thoughtful touches to make our stay truly special. I would definitely stay here again, and I will highly recommend these hosts to any friends that are visiting Cincinnati in the future!

    Melissa2019-05-06T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely gorgeous space that walks right out into a garden patio you won't believe is in the middle of downtown Cincinnati! The room has everything two people need to comfortably relax, full kitchen, and the whole house is wildly hip! Morgan's hospitality was an A+, and we can't wait to return.

    Joey2018-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • Morgan and Eddie were fantastic hosts! They were incredibly responsive to us throughout our stay. The apartment is gorgeous and is thoughtfully decorated! It’s in a prime location close to shops, great restaurants, and a 5 minute walk to the river. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

    Hannah2018-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • For starters, once again, AirBnB did not disappoint. As I privately shared with the host that I almost gave them a rating of 4 for accuracy of description, I hesitated and went ahead with a 5. Why almost a 4? Their own words are hard to describe such a cool oasis right in the heart of downtown Cincinnati - like seriously urban core. Of course, the host will be biased and somewhat a marketer, but I believe they exercised a bit too little brevity in their description. If you like a mix of clean eclectic styling mixed with a building possessing old, yet solid bones and an absolutely fantastic courtyard - this is the place. Easy access to everything. Walkability is incredible and the safety of the area is equally a high rating. As for being a host, it's hard to find any better, more authentic, or more accommodating than Morgan and her husband. Just all around fantastic and interesting people.

  • We were 2 colleagues in Cincinnati for a conference and tradeshow at the Duke Energy Conference Centre. This was just 15 mins walk or $6 by Uber so worked well. Having breakfast things provided was great - and fast, reliable wifi plus a place to work in each room suited us very well. It is a very interesting building - I enjoyed meeting Vinod and Nikki and they kindly showed me the layout of the whole building and the outside land. It is on a corner of two streets and is well lit outside. Also good to have your own entrance. They were very quick at replying to queries etc and that was a big help too - both in advance of the trip and during the stay.

  • Vinod and Nikki are amazing! They were very accommodating. We were able to bring our dogs. And the place has a fenced in yard, which is a great amenity if you plan on traveling with your fur baby. The check in and check out times were very flexible. There is a nice smart TV in the blue room, even if it isn’t pictured or in the description. It can get cold in the basement, but the room comes with a heater, heated blankets, and the bathroom has a heater fan... which is great because I’m a freeze baby! There are complimentary snacks and some breakfast items. There’s an induction cooking plate, wash sink, and dishware. They even provide bath supplies and drinks for a small fee. We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine during our stay. It’s an easy 20 minute walk to downtown or OTR. This is a great place for the location and value! I highly recommend this Air BnB!

  • Vinod and Nikki were great hosts and provided a ton of local info.

  • This is a beautiful shared space. I rented the blue room which is beside the bathroom and directly across from the mini kitchen set-up. The kitchen had great basics such as breads, cereals, and breakfast bars. The mini fridge had water and milk. They have coffee, creamer, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a microwave as well. Everything a visitor to Cincinnati could ask for. The room was a comfortable temperature and there were fans available for guests who like air movement. Towels were supplied, the bed was comfortable, and I could secure my space with a lock. The smart tv has netflix (and a hilarious array of previously watched to reflect their past guests). The free wifi was greatly appreciated and parking could not have been easier. The pool table is a wonderful accent and it was a lot of fun to unwind with after a long day. Definitely be kind to it when you use it. It's old but very well loved. This is amazingly convenient location. I walked to the Duke energy convention center, the Washington platform saloon, and to the Zundo Ramen and Donburi. Both delicious restaurants. The hosts are very gracious and responsive. When you stay here they will make sure you are welcome to contact them over any detail. I was given pertinent information prior to my visit and any additional information was offered in a timely manner. Should I ever revisit Cincinnatti I will look to rent this space again before looking anywhere else.

  • Amazing. Spectacular. Charming. UNIQUE! We could go on and on about Vinod and Nikki's place, but we will try and keep it simple. We arrived later than expected, but they were great about communicating check-in procedures as well as good places in OTR to eat a late dinner (Quan Hapa). Their place was just as described in the listing, AND super clean! My husband and I fell in love with their game room, playing darts and pool until our eyes were dry. This is rare for an Airbnb listing, so take advantage of it! Our dogs even loved it as they were able to stretch out their short legs in the open space. Also, there were plenty of breakfast items and snacks available; however, we tried another one of their OTR restaurant recommendations for breakfast (Taste of Belgium - delicious!). Check-out was a breeze and very accommodating. We highly recommend Vinod and Nikki's place to anyone traveling to the Cincinnati area. One last thing, I left my phone charger apparently plugged in the wall and Nikki texted me almost immediately to let me know she would be putting it in the mail. Thank you for making us feel at home in your place! We loved it and had a relaxing stay!!

  • Vinod and Nikki were tremendous hosts! From the beginning they were very communicative and helpful. The area was quiet and I had no issues getting to where I needed to be the two days/one night I was there. The room was cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable. Vinod and Nikki were thoughtful enough to provide extra toiletries in case I forgot my own. The breakfast items and coffee were a perfect touch to help get my morning started. They were very flexible with check-in and check-out times which was helpful for me because of the event I was attending the weekend I stayed. On-top of being flexible, the check-in and check-out processes were hassle-free. I would definitely book their place again without any hesitation!

  • Great location and very convenient. Small kitchenette area was great.

    Rebecca2018-12-09T00:00:00Z
  • Staying with Vinod and Nikki was perhaps the easiest and most flexible AirBnB stay I have ever had. Check-in and check out was so incredibly easy I think all AirBnBs should adopt their style. Vinod and Nikki’s setup takes into account everything a guest would need—including snacks, a fridge and a mini-breakfast if you wanted one. Very thoughtful. Add to their excellent and quiet location that seems central to all you might need in Cincinnati, and this is a great, simple place to stay. When I return to the city, I will look to see in Vinod and Nikki’s place is available first!

  • Bill's place is what you want in a great Airbnb: - Super clean - Well stocked with necessities and perks! - Had soft bedding and blankets that make cold nights cozy - Is in a charming old home that's been very nicely remodeled - Is within easy walking distance of all of the cool restaurants in OTR We made a last minute decision to get away for an overnight in Cincinnati, and Bill was able to accommodate. The place is spacious, full of light, on a quiet street, had a really nice new bathroom with laundry, and couldn't have been more convenient. My only word to the wise is that the bed's mattress is very firm; not the best rest for a side sleeper like me, but that's all personal taste. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay at Bill's homey apartment!

  • Bill’s place was incredible! Pictures don’t do it justice - it’s so stylish and comfortable. Perfect location to walk to Vine Street and explore all parts of the city. Bill was a wonderful host - timely, communicative and gracious. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in Cincinnati :)

  • This is a beautiful apartment that is perfect for an extended stay. Bill goes out of his way to ensure that your experience is perfect and answers messages with lightening speed. The neighborhood is quiet with ample parking and I was a short mile walk to downtown for work every morning. Bill’s listings will definitely be the first that I check every time I’m in Cincinnati going forward.

  • Wonderful apartment that is very stylish. Close to just about everything. We loved our stay.

  • Great place to stay for the short weekend. Hosts made everything so very easy from booking, to the self check-in and out. Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area!

  • Our stay at Bill’s place was exceptional. The pictures don’t do it justice; the space was large and brimming with character. The bedroom was one of the best we’ve come across for an Airbnb. There was ample space outdoors to relax and the location was pretty close (5 min Lyft) to the main drag in OTR. We met Bill briefly and he’s a great guy. Highly recommend!

Branderyhaus is an apartment building rented by The Brandery, a startup accelerator in the heart of Cincinnati's vibrant Over-The-Rhine neighborhood. Renovated just a year ago, you'll love the mix of modern amenities and historic charm.
Adams.
  • Walking distance to everything! Comfy bed. Stylish place.

    Caitlin2018-11-04T00:00:00Z
  • Very trendy space. Thoroughly appreciated the comfy mattress and linens! As noted in the listing, amenities are bare minimum (no shampoo/body wash, hair dryer, or ice cubes). There was a six-pack in the fridge though :) The neighborhood, Over-The-Rhine, is walkable with lots of restaurants and breweries close by. Host doesn’t live on-site but was prompt in returning messages. Would recommend!

  • Great location! Jeff was fantastic communicator. Space was as advertised.

  • Two incredibly comfy beds and a futon, and best of all an incredible location right in the thick of OTR. Tons of bars and restaurants a quick walk away.

  • Perfect place to stay a couple of nights--great location, easy check-in and out. Beds are super comfortable. Plan to either eat out most meals or bring some extra kitchen supplies--sparsely furnished compared to many other air b'n'bs weve been in...but was okay for the two night, mostly exploring, eating and drinking, we had planned with friends. Felt very safe in apartment.

    Ashley2017-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • Expert host. Jeff seems to have this to a science. Instructions and tips were very clear. Place was very clean.

  • Loved our stay, close to great bars, parks, stadiums. Bring a hairdryer!! There is no toaster, pot holders or cookie sheet but the kitchen has nice new dishes, etc. and most of the basic necessities. You must go to Sundry & Vice- at least twice!!! Enjoy!!!

  • We used the loft to get ready for my wedding. It was beyond PERFECT! So much space. Great location for our venue and rehearsal dinner. So much thought was obviously given for the decor as well. Normally places like that look cheap in person but this didn't. Everyone (and I mean everyone including the videographer, photographer, and hair and makeup people) complimented it. Would highly recommend for a wedding or friends weekend in town.

  • What a great place and fantastic hosts. Wendy was very responsive and accommodating. The Loft is conveniently located and offers a lot of space to have fun before exploring the city. Everything was perfect and hope we will have a chance to come back for another trip to Cincinnati next year.
