  • Excellent location! It's near the tram, good coffee shops and right where you want to be in Dublin. I would definitely stay there again. Tip: Try the Italian place nearby. They have excellent Tiramasu.

  • Kevin was accommodating with the pickup time for us which was appreciated. The apartment is centrally located and conveniently across the street from a grocery store. However, the lack of cooking utensils (pots, pans, flatware, cutting knives, etc.) makes it particularly difficult to cook in the apartment. We were there for over 2 weeks and this was a major downside of the apartment as we ended up eating out a lot more than we planned to. The unit itself is in decent shape, albeit a bit dirty and damp. The back terrace had broke glass on it, and trash from past guests and was a bit unsightly. The bed is rather thin and not comfortable. The TV did not work for most of the stay. Kevin had someone out to fix the cable TV feed, but it went out soon after he left again--we ended up not using the TV and purchased a DVD player (which we left in the apartment). I wouldn't recommend the place for a long stay, but might be suited for a short-term stay and those looking for only a place to crash. This place is clearly used on a full-time basis for Airbnb rentals as it is obvious no one actually lives in the place. Therefore you should expect only minimal accommodation and the extras of having stayed in someones home.

  • This was a very nice, clean and quiet ground floor apartment - from the airport, you can catch the 747 bus to the convention centre, and from there it's just a short walk. The apartment is situated in a good location with many convenience stores and places to eat nearby. Met Kevin outside the block and then he gave me a quick tour of the place and how to operate various things. Would stay here again!

  • Lovely spacious apartment in the financial quarter of the city - walking distance (10mins) from the 3 Arena and Bus station/town centre. We called Kevin and he met us at the gate into the apartment block and showed us around and how everything worked etc. Unfortunately there was a problem with the hot water and it was not working during our 1 night stay though Kevin arranged for a plumber to call out and fix it the following morning. The location was great and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay and local shops and restaurants on the street. We would stay here again in the future especially if attending future concerts.

Take the tram (Luas) into city centre in 10 minutes, the tram stop is right outside our door. We are just a few steps from coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. If you are coming to Dublin for a show, you can practically fall into your room from the 3Arena. Easy access to Dublin Airport and the train station as well.
    In addition to the guest room and bath, guests have access to our kitchen, living/ dining room and storage if needed.
    Just outside our door are multiple restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores and a cinema. Our apartment is a 15 minute walk to the city centre and we are a 100m walk to the Luas (tram) stop. You can be at Connolly Train Station in just a few minutes walk or Luas ride. We are soooo conveniently located!

  • Elizabeth’s place was really clean and nice, they was everything we needed, she also provided us the coffee machine, tea, snacks and cereals. She was really easy to communicate if we needed something she would provide it immediately and help us as much as she can. The room was clean and nice as well as with the bathroom, it is really easy to get into town as the Luas stop is just 30 secs away which gets to town in 10 minutes

We stayed only for one night, but the room, bathroom and kitchen were tidy and clean and contained everything we needed. I would definitively choose her B'n'B if travelling to Dublin again!

Photos looked like we had a bit more privacy and a place to comfortably make some breakfast. 3 out of the 4 days Luis was accompanied with his daughter, very cute, but would've been a reason for us not to book it. Check-in however was smooth and Luis was welcoming. The third and last day there was also another woman who we did not get to meet, aside from the noises coming from the bedroom, not comfortable for us. If you're going to stay here, I'd suggest to stay for one night, unless ofcourse you don't mind popping into said above. As a couple for a romantic week to Ireland/Dublin, this wasn't the place for us. Location is good, 20 minute walk alongside River Liffey to the Temple Bar area and nice cafe just around the corner. "The Natural Bakery".

  • Myself and 2 friends stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend when we came over to Dublin to attend a gig at Croke Park. It was easy to find the place, however a little difficult to know how to actually get in as the full address (which number apartment and block) had not been given, and the host was inside the apartment. This wasn't a problem as when I texted the host, she came out to meet us at the gate. The apartment was really nice, modern and clean, and we were really impressed with the amenities left for us. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel all provided in the bathroom, along with various food items in the kitchen. Lots of kitchen equipment too. It was very easy to get around from the apartment, we'd bought 72 hour travelcards and a Hop-on Hop-off bus stop was very close by. Overall we had a really good stay at this apartment, we'd recommend it!

  • Just had four nights at Collettes place. It was lovely, very clean and collette gave us a very warm welcome even provided us with milk tea coffee and a sandwich. It was a really good base for everything. Plenty of small supermarkets, bakers cafe's etc. and the tram was just across the street. The train station was only 5 mins walk. We got the dart train to the small pretty seaside town Howth for 6 euro return. It was only about a 20 min ride. Lovely restaurants and especially the House Restaurant on main street. We loved Dublin, We would definatley recommend Collette ' s place, we hope to be returning next year.

  • This apartment has a perfect location for people attending meeting in the convention center or close-by companies but is not suited for family stay ! The apartment has everything you need, is clean but simple (white walls, white concrete cellar). You'll find everything needed around to shop, grab a coffee/croissant, have diner or a good beer (famous urban brewery 200m). Unfortunately, this place is not really suitable for families as the quarter just behind the building became a squat for rebel kids who like to burn tires and throw eggs/stones at the apartment window. Although entertaining for us, not everyone would find it funny!

  • Nice location, great place to stay if you’re traveling with a big group. The bathrooms are a little old, but everything works fine. There were also cracks in the windows from someone throwing rocks. This was a little alarming, but we had a quiet and peaceful stay. The rest of the place is modern and clean. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Basilio and his team were great hosts and they responded quickly to messages. They were also very accommodating with the check in. When we were checking out on our last day, my mom accidentally locked her backpack inside. Basilio sent someone to let her back in within 20 minutes. I truly appreciated that.

  • As a group of friends in town for a wedding we didn't need much and were happy to just find a place to accommodate us. Overall, the apt was just fine. It was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful balcony and massive windows overlooking the city and river. Having said that we started our stay with a very sour taste in our mouth due to the host being 35 minutes late to our check in. Normally I would not gripe about someone getting stuck in some traffic, however, this management company sent repeated messages in advance of our stay insisting that we be timely to the check in ourselves. For the host to then be so late is highly frustrating. Off to a bad start we couldn't help but notice the broken window shades, the stained carpets and be annoyed by the broken key fob we were given. Further frustration was experienced when we went more than 24 hours without hot water. The issue didn't persist and was likely a one-off thing, but just added to the entirely mediocre stay. All of these are remedial issues so hopefully others won't experience the same.

Best thing is that it's only a short stroll from the city centre so you can be here from O'Connell Street in just a few minutes. Right on the Red Line tram, and convenient to shops, walking distance to Temple Bar, Trinity, Dublin Castle, etc. Kitchen is adequate, though lacks some basic items. Note - unit has a washer, but no dryer. Amazingly, the walls are thick, and despite the number of units, the only problematic noise comes from the outside. If you have the windows closed (we didn't), it's quite quiet. Excellent value for downtown Dublin!

The Luas stop (Irish tram) is only a few seconds walk from the apartment and can take you to the city centre in just a few minutes. The Dart station is less than 10 minutes walk away.
    The apartment has 3 bedrooms which includes 2 double beds and 3 single beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. There is another bathroom that can be shared between guests from the 2 other bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own closet with plenty of storage room. The living room/dining area includes a dining table, a large sofa, a big TV with a quality sound system and high speed WiFi. There is also a balcony that you can access through the living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Feel free to use anything in the kitchen, including having a tea or coffee on us.

O'Connell Street, Grafton Street, Temple Bar, Trinity College, The Convention Centre, Aviva Stadium, Bord Gais Theatre and the 3 Arena are all in easy walking distance.
    The apartment has stunning views out over the suburbs of Dublin, including a magnificent view of our national stadium, Croke Park. From the balcony, you have a river view and you look down onto one of Dublin's newest squares, Mayor Square. There are 2 generous bedrooms, one being ensuite. The sitting room invites a social atmosphere as well as being cosy in the evening. The apartment is large enough that it can host families or a set of business people who enjoy their own space. There is a large dining table that can be used as a desk and the balcony offers a unique outdoor workspace.
    The apartment is in Dublin's IFSC which is known for its bustling, professional environment. During the weekend it is quiet so guests can have a relaxing stay. During the week thousands of people are going to and from work so there is a hugely energetic vibe to the surrounding area. Thanks to all of the professionals in the area, there are an abundance of cafes, restaurants and public transport links so our guests will never be left stuck!

  • This apartment is amazing. It's so close to the convention center and the Luas (Dublin tram system), and there are so many options for places to eat directly downstairs. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking meals if we didn't want to go out. We were in Dublin for a convention, but my cousin ended up exploring the city quite a bit and found that the Luas stop directly outside the apartment was so convenient. We were able to get practically anywhere in the city with ease. We really loved staying here, and I would unreservedly recommend this apartment to anyone else looking for a place to stay in Dublin.

There is a multitude of eateries and attractions right outside the front door like the Jeanie Johnston Tall Ship and The 3 Arena. Just a short distance over the Samuel Beckett Bridge you will find the find the Bord Gais Energy Theatre as well as even more international companies, and further restaurants and bars.   • Andy’s place was fantastic. We’re so glad we chose to stay there. It was clean and felt safe. The location is quiet but still very close to restaurants, groceries, and coffee. It’s a quick taxi ride to Trinity College, the Arlington hotel or tour bus stops. The Luas stops right outside and Connolly station, which goes the Hueston train station is right around the corner. We walked back from the Temple Bar area and it was a nice walk along the river.

There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and we went to the Spencer. Taxi rank outside the door and the tram line is 2 stops from the 3 Arena. Would definitely go back.

The location is perfect if you want to go in any place of Dublin, as the Luas is just behind the building, less than 5 mnt. The airport shuttle is very close! less than 10 mnt by walk. To go in the center you will need 15/20 mnt by the Luas.
  • Helped us out in a situation where a hostel cancelled and Kayla was very nice but essentials were missing - towels, no sheet on the bed. Didn’t have WiFi and we couldn’t figure out the heat - no instructions were left. Address was unclear until she messaged us and we had to wait for her to check in and check out. Kayla is very nice and seems new to Air BnB so I’m sure she’ll provide a better experience next time.
