A simple single bedroom in the heart of city. Shared shower/toilet. Perfect for exploring city on a budget.
Location is great, but beware of noise as we are above restaurants and pub. It's not a very big room as you can see in the photo. It has a single bed, table, wardrobe, etc.
Very lively neighbourhood, within walking distance of major attractions.
  • If you're traveling on a budget and want to be near all the action (not far from Covent Garden, West End), this is the perfect place. Jenny and Ms. Yang were very helpful. I had ordered tickets to a play and they ended up shipping to this flat address a week before I arrived and Jenny was wonderful and picked them up for me. As far as noise from the pub below, I only had one night where it was loud and it was a Saturday, otherwise, I had no issues with noise. I hope to stay here again!

  • Great location, can't get more central than this. Place was clean and the noise from the bars wasn't that bad, it usually calmed down at around midnight. On non-weekends you shouldn't hear any noise at all.

  • Exactly as expected and described, location is amazing

  • Nice place in a great location with great hosts!

  • This flat is in a fantastic location right off Leicester Square! Also the security is excellent because the bedroom door has its own lock on it which the guest keeps the key for.

  • If you are a solo traveller who wants to explore London on a budget, this is the place to stay. The flat is in a central location and the area is very vibrant at night. The room was basic but secure. If you are expecting something comfortable, I would look elsewhere. Otherwise, this is a fine place to sleep for a few nights.

AMAZING !! most main tourist destinations can be walked to. What we love about being located in Soho is the fact that you are exactly between 6 fantastic 'must see' areas of central London - Westminster, The West End, Covent Garden, Mayfair, and St James's The majority of London's most popular tourist attractions and all the major theatres are within an easy few minute walk – Our place is super central and you shouldn't need to take a tube or bus once you have checked in. Don't just take our word for it, here is what Airbnb has to say about the surrounding area: SOHO Like Britain's famous agent, James Bond, this neighborhood leads a double life: Soho's streets are home to clean-cut record shops and fashionable galleries. Crowds flock to this edgy epicenter to experience its sultry past and trendy present. Soho's red-light roots and beatnik bastions have steadily transformed into hip public houses, all-night coffee shops, and vintage boutiques that welcome the 24-hour clamor of this cobblestoned neighborhood. https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/soho WESTMINSTER Boasting more than a few London landmarks, Westminster is a distinct political and cultural epicenter. Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace (God Save the Queen), and the United Kingdom's House of Parliament all share the cobblestoned lanes under Big Ben's timely shadow. Perched along the north bank of the River Thames, Westminster hosts a constant influx of briefcase-carrying policymakers and camera-wielding pedestrians along its endlessly busy-by-day corridors https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/westminster WEST END From its commercial plazas (think Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, and Piccadilly Circus) to its side streets and back alleys, the West End whirs with unyielding energy. Theatres, shops, pubs, clubs, landmarks, and lounges—no matter how many times you visit, you'll never see the same neighborhood twice. Constantly evolving, crowds gather in London's West End by morning, afternoon, and night to absorb a bit of the vibrant lifestyle in a neighborhood that never looks back https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/the-west-end COVENT GARDEN Covent Garden's central square remains this neighborhood's primary attraction, but its fetching streetscape doesn't end with its bustling marketplace. Street performers and food stalls share Covent Gardens' iconic plaza and winding side streets with cheese shops, casual taverns, art museums, and opera houses that cater to those looking for less trafficked locales. You'll watch, you'll applaud, and you'll pay your pocket change to the countless entertainers and diversions in this unyieldingly charming neighborhood
  • Amazing place to stay! You are so central and within walking distance to everything you could need! Easy to find with the help of biancas instructions! Felt homely and Corey in this lovely little studio flat!

    Danielle2018-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • My booking went as planned. Key collection was easy and the apartment is in a very central location. I did have a very short one night stay but the apartment did meet my expectations.

    Augustine2016-05-28T00:00:00Z
  • Bianca’s place is in an awesome location but with that does come noise. I think the host makes this clear on the listing, but I just want to reiterate to guests how loud it is- the bar outside almost feels like it’s in the room! That said, it does go quiet by about 11pm, and this includes week days. The flat is small but super clean and has everything you’d need. I would reccommend it due to location, but probably wouldn’t do more than 1 night because of noise.

    Charlotte2018-01-24T00:00:00Z
  • Centrally located and just what we needed. A real gem thank you Bianca

  • Really enjoyed our stay in Soho. The apartment acted as a perfect little place to use as a base to then go out and explore London. Brilliant location, within walking distance of everything you'd hope to see in London.

    Kirby2016-06-15T00:00:00Z
  • AVOID AT ANY COST STAYING HERE - IT'S A RIPOFF SUPER MISLEADING PHOTOS. I spent a total of 25 minutes in the apartment out of my expected 3 night stay, checked in tried to shower (wasn't working properly, the water was cold and would warm up for a few seconds then get cold again and the pressure was non existent). Linens were of terrible quality and almost yellow of colour. The apartment looks very different than the photos (it got super old from the looks of it). I left straight away and went to a hotel without getting a refund because I refused to stay in this S hole. I tried to get a partial refund for the cancellation but was declined quite aggressively. Funnily enough I've seen Bianca respond to other guests about complaints regarding the shower and I assumed it would have been resolved. I'm expected a harsh response from her based on what she commented to other people but long story short apparently I am supposed to get in touch with them for issues. NO, I AM NOT FLYIGN IN TO COME AND HELP YOU FIX STUFF IN YOUR APARTMENT. INSTEAD OF BEING DEFENSIVE, READ THE COMMENTS AND GET YOUR S UNDER CONTROL. I'd avoid staying at any of her properties if I were you.

    Karl2018-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • Great communication about how to get the keys for checking in. Flat was exactly as pictured and described. Must say that it really was very noisy on the street (I had trouble sleeping, my partner did not), but this was mentioned on the listing. All in all, was perfect for what we needed.

  • Couldn't be more central, a much bigger room than I was expecting (4th Floor room 2) and resepectful co-residents. Expect some noise as it's off Piccaddilly Circus but I was surprised at how quiet it actually was. There is double glazing so make sure you close the windows and you will be fine. Very easy and clear check in process and Peter was on hand during office ehours. I'll be back!

  • Wow! What a beautiful unit! So comfy and stylish. Lots of great natural light with windows looking out on to Calle de Atocha. The location turned out to be perfect, next to Plaza Santa Ana and only a few more blocks to Plaza del Sol. Highly recommend this place to the choosiest of travelers. I will definitely be back

This is a compact and cosy room, with shared bathrooms and it's own fully equipped kitchen. There is a small double bed, which folds into a sofa, perfect for friends sharing and an additional mezzanine floor with another bed. It's a great place to stay in Central London, very lively, next to all the trendy bars and restaurants. You will not get bored staying here!
This a cosy and clean room, with a big window. There are blackout curtains to get a good nights rest, a full kitchen (appliances and utensils) a single bunk bed and another double bed (please see the pictures). The building is in one of Soho's quirkiest streets and home to one of the most loved food markets in the area - great food literally on your doorstep!
Soho is a fun and busy area and is unlike any other place in London. World class restaurants, unrivalled shopping, cool bars, excellent for theatre and is easy to access by transport. Other things to note: NOISE -The area is a true centre of entertainment and its most probably going to be busy and noisy outside at least until 1:30-2:00am. Please bring ear plugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. The bar next door closes at 11pm on weekdays and 12pm on weekends. It can be noisy before that but will be quiet when they close.

  • The apartment is in an awesome location on Rupert St, right in the thick of bars and eateries. It is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube stop at Piccadilly Circus and many of the main theatres to see some shows. Rob was the perfect host and very quick with replies, check in process, etc. To be honest, I wouldn't even look anywhere else to stay in Soho.

  • Great place, hip neighborhood and super modern and tidy.

    Albert2019-04-02T00:00:00Z
  • Clean place but not for light sleepers—lots of noise from the street and building at all hours of the night and from the portable fan and air-conditioner.

  • Lovely apartment in Central London near to all the usual attractions. Immaculate and comfortable. Thanks for having us!

    Jake2019-04-04T00:00:00Z
  • Rob's place is very clean, spacious, and nestled in a great location in London. We had no surprises during our stay and communication with Rob was very easy. Check in was super easy and we were able to pick up a bottle of wine at the store with the keys. Rob responded quickly and continually reached out to make sure our stay was meeting our expectations. We found ourselves walking to most of the attractions we wanted to go to since the flat was centrally located near all of the action (we also like to walk :)). The noise at night was noticeable at times (I'm not sure London sleeps haha), but it did not prevent us from sleeping. The new portable Air Conditioner unit that Rob recently purchased has a "fan" setting that helped keep the place cool at night and covered the noise from the street. There are multiple tube lines that are close by as well as a few grocery stores and a "boots" (general store). We would definitely stay at Rob's place again if we find our way back to London.

    Jason2019-08-01T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, very stylish apartment with everything needed inside. Washing machine and dishwasher and full kitchen was a nice bonus and really great if you plan to stay for a few days. Check in was super easy, the bed is comfortable. The only issue we had and of course the host has no control over this but the location is pretty loud at night, the small street that the apartment is on is a popular location to hang out late night. It's very lively in this neighborhood so if you are looking for a quiet peaceful place this would not be for you. But overall this is a great deal and the location is very central to all the popular spots in London and only 5 min walk to the tube (subway system in London).

Although the apartment is small it has everything you need including a washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, kitchen amenities and great WiFi. You won’t be disappointed staying here! Angela was a great host - we were very impressed!

  • Angela’s place was spectacular. Better than we could’ve hoped. The location is right next to all of London’s major attractions including ample shopping, markets and restaurants for all tastes and price-points. We had a little hiccup on check-in with a door code, but Angela was quick to address the issue and we were inside in no-time. It was the only hiccup we experienced. The housekeeping was also an added bonus we appreciated very much. Would definitely make a return visit as we had such a wonderful time in the area and in the flat. Couldn’t be more thankful and hope to book a return trip soon!

Also for any little accidents we have provided a first aid kit. NOTE - this apartment is usually booked for 3 months or more by people who work in the many production companies in and around Soho. We have no big productions for the next 6 weeks which is why we are able to offer short lets on Airbnb.
What we love about being located bang in the centre of Soho is the fact that you are sandwiched between 5 other fantastic 'must see' areas of central London - Westminster, The West End, Covent Garden, Mayfaire, and St James's The majority of Londons most popular tourist attractions and all the major theatres are within an easy 10 minute walk – Our place is super central and you shouldn't need to take a tube or bus once you have checked in. Don't just take our word for it, here is what Airbnb has to say about the surrounding area. SOHO Like Britain’s famous agent, James Bond, this neighborhood leads a double life: Soho’s streets are home to clean-cut record shops and fashionable galleries. Crowds flock to this edgy epicenter to experience its sultry past and trendy present. Soho’s red-light roots and beatnik bastions have steadily transformed into hip public houses, all-night coffee shops, and vintage boutiques that welcome the 24-hour clamor of this cobblestoned neighborhood. https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/soho WESTMINSTER Boasting more than a few London landmarks, Westminster is a distinct political and cultural epicenter. Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace (God Save the Queen), and the United Kingdom’s House of Parliament all share the cobblestoned lanes under Big Ben’s timely shadow. Theatres, shops, pubs, clubs, landmarks, and lounges—no matter how many times you visit, you’ll never see the same neighborhood twice. Constantly evolving, crowds gather in London’s West End by morning, afternoon, and night to absorb a bit of the vibrant lifestyle in a neighborhood that never looks back https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/the-west-end COVENT GARDEN Covent Garden’s central square remains this neighborhood’s primary attraction, but its fetching streetscape doesn’t end with its bustling marketplace. Street performers and food stalls share Covent Gardens’ iconic plaza and winding side streets with cheese shops, casual taverns, art museums, and opera houses that cater to those looking for less trafficked locales. You’ll watch, you’ll applaud, and you’ll pay your pocket change to the countless entertainers and diversions in this unyieldingly charming neighborhood https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/covent-garden MAYFAIR As a neighborhood steeped in sophistication, Mayfair doesn’t have beer pubs and dance clubs—it has wine bars and scotch lounges. Its restaurants are decadent, its buildings impressive, and its streets clean, making Mayfair a sought-after destination for evening strolls. Bounded by iconic Hyde Park to the west and ultra-trendy West End to the east, Mayfair’s noble neighbors increase the appeal of its already enchanting endowments. https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/mayfair St JAMES'S As a members-only kind of neighborhood, St. James’s esteemed reputation is upheld by its penchant for finely tailored suits and thick cigar smoke. This neighborhood’s central London location, high-end antique markets, and boundary-pushing galleries solidify its untouchably exclusive mystique. Combine its posh clothiers and grand terraces with its proximity to the oldest Royal Park of London, and the reasoning behind St. James’s prestige, and its exceptional price tags, becomes crystal clear https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/st-james-s

  • Excellent location and cute apartment! Really nice to have a washer after traveling for a few weeks. Would definitely recommend!

  • Wonderful, modern unit located in excellent Soho London. It was close to all the underground's and incredible nightlife. Our host, Lee, greeted us and showed us all the amenities as well as offering some advice on what to do. The area is thriving all day and night but the unit is incredibly quiet at night and you can sleep easily. The bathroom is a bit tight, but nothing out of the ordinary for European travel. Definitely would recommend this place to any and all.

  • All in all it was a good atay at this appartment! Location is just unbelivaible good! Good for solo/couple stay. Just a tip : i was coming not from the UK and i forgot that power sockets in the UK are different, so would suggest taking some plugs ahead of time, otherwise its about 10 pounds on the street near.

  • Spent one night here and found it very comfortbale and clean. The location is ecxellent as it is as central as can be and you are well connected to transport, shops and nightlife. The flat is clean, quiet, and well equipped. Great for a night or more when in London.

  • Fab location, comfortable bed in really clean spacious room, little kitchen was a bonus. Slightly disappointed that the en-suite was so teeny tiny but all was functioning! Would still be happy to stay again however.

A simple double bedroom with private ensuite shower/toilet in heart of London's Soho/China Town.
This is a double room with its own shower and toilet, so no need to share with anyone else. We have two rooms like this and you may be put in either one of them. The location is great, West End of London. You can't be any more central than this. Hundreds of restaurants, bars, theatres and museums nearby, all with in less than 5min walk. Do expect some noise as it's backed onto restaurants/pub. Our rooms are simply decorated and are clean and comfortable. We don't really have a kitchen in the flat, because with so many restaurants are around, our guests are out all the time enjoying their London experience and food. There is a toaster ,microwave and kitchen sink and mini fridge. Wifi is included. We can do some basic washings for you (1 load a week), or laundry services can be ordered easily from local supplier. Bedding and a bath towel for each guest is provided. However if you are fussy about towels, then please bring your own towels, we wash our own towels and they are not going to be fluffy and sparkling white. There is no TV as I couldn't get TV aerial installed. I am a very honest and down to earth person, I want you to be aware of any potential issues before hand and be happy with any bookings you make with me. If there's anything you need, just ask and we shall try our best to help you. We live and work next door with our family. One thing I do ask our guests is that please be considerate to all others who are living in this block and absolutely no smoking anywhere inside the block. Also I'd like to draw your attention to the fact that this is Airbnb, not a hotel and you are in people's private homes. We do our best to make sure everyone has a great time, but we don't run like a hotel and we are working families, so we are not around 24/7. Another thing just to be clear -- the flat backs onto restaurants and pubs, there're some noise especially on Fridays and Saturdays upto midnight, it can be too loud for some people.
Great location, theatres, cinemas and lots of restaurants, cafes within minutes of walking.
  • Phenomenal location in the very heart of London steps aways from many of the major attractions. Comfortable room. Good service.

  • My host responded in a very quick fashion. The neighborhood was incredibly centrally located. I had a fantastic time. The room was very comfortable the shower was great and the kitchen was everything that I needed.

  • I enjoyed my stay at the flat. The room was as described and the tv had some good channels. Nice place and great location!

    Mike2016-07-14T00:00:00Z
  • Great room in a lovely central location, has everything you need. Like it says in the description it can get a little noisy on fri/sat night, but if u bring earplugs there shouldn’t be any problems at all.

    Adam2017-12-17T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome deal for a great location and new amenities! The room is located right in Chinatown, tons of restaurants, parks, and shopping around. Also a few blocks away from 2 tube stations! Although it didn't bother me, I would warn any light sleepers that the bar downstairs can be a bit loud on the weekends. The hosts don't respond quickly over this site's messaging, so I'd reccomend calling if you have questions or issues. They're more business-like than friendly, just a heads up!

    Dani2018-03-26T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing location! I will definitely be back if I’m visiting London. Great value for where you are and everyone we dealt with was lovely and accommodating. Clean apartment with everything you need.

  • Bianca’s room is in the heart of London. Soho and Chinatown only 1-2 min walking distance. We thought it would be extremely loud. However, it was surprisingly not so loud so that we could sleep like a baby. The room was pretty small. Considering the low price it was fair. Bianca stored some free tea and coffee for us which we found quite friendly and hospitable. Thank you for that! Room and bathroom were clean and tidy. We enjoyed the stay and we will come back!

  • Good cozy place to stay

    Brian2018-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of soho. It‘s nice and clean and a perfect starting point to explore London. Several bars and clubs around so be aware it might get a bit louder. Bianca provided us with earplugs so that was no problem for us at all. We really enjoyed our stay there!

    Hedwig2019-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • Met promptly by the delightful host Bianca. Check in took 5 mins. Small but comfortable room. Bed, hot shower in very clean bathroom and only 5 mins from my office so perfect. Lovely part of soho with plenty of local amenities. Quieter than expected but my room was on top floor with good insulated windows. Clean, tidy and well equipped kitchen but I never used it. Only small grumble was being unable to get the tv to work but I think this was simply due to lack of batteries in the remote.

    Jason2018-03-22T00:00:00Z
  • Honestly I got shocked with the room situation, it was smaller than it looks in the pictures and it is in the 3rd floor so I had to carry my heavy bags to the room because there is no lift on the building. Perhaps, the building is quite old located in SOHO where the neighborhood is very noisy where alot of adult shops and bars located in the site. So I had to cancel my 2 days reservation early morning because I could sleep as if you are a soft sleeping person avoid this place. To be fear there is only one good point which is the location is was very close to Piccadilly square.

This listing is for BEDROOM 2 - An affordable place to stay right in the HEART of London. Don't waste time and money on public transport, be in the middle of all happenings. PERFECT for adventurous travellers! Feel free to have a look at the pictures provided and read the captions to get an idea of what's around. For food and drinks + points of interests, check-out my Airbnb Guidebook. I'd always advise guests to read the whole description and some reviews to make sure the place is suitable. :-)
Having holidays in Central London for money far below the Hotel prices is now possible. I have a medium spacious bedroom to offer in a 2 bed flat located right in the centre of the centre of this great city. Have your own space to relax and rest after a hard day of sightseeing and be back in the middle of the action the next day. The room is a good size for 1 person and has a single bed, hair dryer, iron + board, shampoo, and universal adapters. The layout of the flat can be a bit weird because when you open the door, you are facing the communal staircase. Access to the rest of the flat is just next door, one step away. Some people prefer it because it separates them from the next door guests. The kitchen is basic equipped with kettle, fridge and microwave only. Works just fine for heating some food and making a tea/coffee. The kitchen and WC is shared with another Airbnb guest who will be briefed to respect your space and privacy. There will be max 2 neighbours as next door is a double bedroom.
Staying here will affect you in terms of having no public transport cost at all. You are located right in the middle of the most vibrant and liveliest area in London, the West End. Almost everything is within minutes walking distance. Mayfair and Soho for clubbing and going out, Covent Garden, Regent Street and Oxford Street for shopping, linked to the usual sights: Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the London Eye. For museum lovers: The British Museum, The National Gallery, Somerset house are all just nearby. There are also countless restaurants, musicals, and theatres surrounding us!

  • Awesome location. A bit loud but Angela the host makes note of that in the description so there were no surprises. The apartment is newly renovated, modern, very clean. Angela always was quick to respond. A very smooth and great experience. Thanks for a great stay.

    Peter2019-09-05T00:00:00Z
  • Communication with Angela regarding the check-in procedure was professional and straight-forward. The flat is at hotel standard and situated perfectly within soho. We had some concerns about the levels of noise at night, but the windows are very soundproof and we were also provided with an additional fan during our stay to help endure the hot summer days.

    Jennifer2019-07-28T00:00:00Z

  • Awesome location, super clean, a bit noisy in the evening/night, but thats expectable in the middle of a big city.

    Wesley2019-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • A newly renovated apartment closely situated to all the best spots in London. The lounge folds out into a double sofa bed which was great. The kitchen and washing machine were very helpful! However, the bathroom was quite small, so you wouldn’t want four adults sharing this space as it’s too small. Thanks for a great stay

  • Fantastic apartment with everything you could possibly need during a stay in London. Spotlessly clean and luxury hotel standard. Location is perfect, walking distance to Tube station and also to nice restaurant/bars. Eduart was very kind and professional.

  • Ed’s place was an excellent central jumping-off point for London sightseeing while offering a cozy refuge in the middle of the city. The room was impeccably clean and calming with a comfy bed and the private bathroom was a great plus. I’m a pretty light sleeper and I didn’t have any issues with noise overnight; there was some street noise but nothing out of the ordinary or overly loud or late. I enjoyed my time there and would definitely stay again.

  • Host didn't leave a keys as per initial communication, so I was not able to check in. I wasn't able to reach host via phone/text/airbnb and after more than hour of waiting I eventually gave up and ended up booking standard hotel room. Host also declined to refund. Strongly NOT recommended

  • I was in London for one night and this flat was perfect. I was able to be in a lively neighborhood, but still quiet enough to get rest. While not huge on space, the white designed theme helps to make the place feel larger. Perfect for singles or couples on a short stay in the city. The bed was comfortable, and the space was very clean!

  • This is a fantastic little flat, convenient, fully equipped and in great location. The hosts were very friendly and accomodating, and greeted us with a bottle of wine and chocolate which was a lovely addition. I would definitely recommend this place, especially because of its location (minutes from China town, the National Gallery, everything at the doorstep, great places to eat and go out). And despite being central it was not as noisy as I feared. My only problem which I realise will not affect everyone was the amount of perfumed laundry softener used. I have a chemical sensitivity and asked the hosts beforehand, and was told the use of laundry products is absolutely minimal. Unfortunately, not only the sheets but even the blanket and pillows and towels were strongly perfumed with a softener- a nightmare for anyone with a chemical allergy. Other than that the place is absolutly perfect

Newly refurbished studio apartment located in the heart of central London. Contemporary design, this large and spacious studio apartment is part of a traditional Soho townhouse that has new furniture, fixtures and fittings. It is located on the 1st floor of the building. There is no lift/elevator.
Soho is the beating heart of London's leisure and entertainment district. The property is based on Frith Street, a hugely popular and vibrant street. PLEASE NOTE - Due to the amazing central location, the area is very busy and therefore street noise is inevitable. Please consider this before you book. We provide earplugs in case anyone is a light sleeper. If you are very sensitive to noise then it may be best to stay outside of the city centre, although that doesn't sound like much fun to us :) Renovation was completed in 2018 Fantastic apartment available - this Georgian building is full of character with sloping walls, ceilings and floors - Staying here is affordable and a real treat, something that will be a warm part of your memory of visiting Soho, London. Private Studio - 2 x King size sofa beds that are top of the range and very comfortable. One is made up as a bed as standard, the other is made up as a bed when we have 3 or more guests or upon request for 2 guests. - High Speed Wifi connection - TV with Freeview channels - Breakfast Bar with 4 stools - Wardrobe with hangers - 4 sash windows overlooking Frith Street - Iron and ironing board - Hairdryer NOTE - If you are 2 guests staying and require the use of the sofa bed then you will need to let us know IN ADVANCE so we can supply the extra bedding for this. There is a one-off charge of £10 for this service. For 3 or more guests this is included in the price. Private Kitchen - New kitchen with all the modern conveniences you would require from a kitchen. - Complimentary cooking oil, salt & pepper. - Kettle with tea/coffee making facilities including complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener and milk. Private Bathroom - Shower - Sink - Toilet The health and safety of our guests is of the upmost importance to us. We have implemented several safety features to help guests feel safe in our listings; these include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguishers and fire blankets. Also for any little accidents we have provided a first aid kit. NOTE - this apartment is usually booked for 3 months or more by people who work in the many production companies in and around Soho. We have no big productions for the next 6 weeks which is why we are able to offer short lets on Airbnb. Frith Street is famous the world over due to its' legendary venues such as Bar Italia, Ronnie Scotts and the many celebrity chef restaurants and bars. Once the heart of the Italian migrant community, Frith street is now a cosmopolitan melting pot of people from all different walks of life. Having said that, it still has many Italian bars, shops and restaurants that are remnants of its multicultural past.

  • Great value and alot bigger than its looks in the pics. Would def stay again

  • The interior of the flat is great and has clearly been redone. Lee uses a company (third party) to manage the rental. There no problem meeting up for the key. The location is excellent for reaching places in Central London as you are in the middle of Central. Be aware the flat is in restaurant/bar district so the street below can sometimes be noisy pass midnight. I would stay again.

  • Incredibly central apartment which was very clean. It made a great base while I was in Soho for work. TV was a bit glitchy at times (but most people staying in this location won't be spending their time watching telly!) and the internet was very good. American visitors might find the shower a bit on the small side but it works very well. I found this a very comfortable place to stay - and incredibly convenient. Communication with Bianca was simple and fast.

    Louise2017-10-31T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed in this Airbnb for 4 days and we enjoyed every minute of it simply because it was right in the middle of London. We decided not to get a rental car which was the best decision. You can literally walk to every place you want to visit. Right downstairs from the Airbnb is a bar and a ice-cream shop. However, if you do not like the noise of bottles breaking every 10 minutes or people talking loud then I do not recommend this place for you.

    Adam2017-06-13T00:00:00Z
  • It's a great central place. Would really recommend and don't be put off by the hallway which a bit grim. Once your inside it's a lovely little home from home. I was on business and it was really well located and exactly what I needed.

    Michael2017-04-27T00:00:00Z
  • Our experience was great . The flat was just as pictured. The location was a bit loud when trying to sleep, but super fun. I would recommend especially if you're there to party! Bianca was helpful.

    Andrea2016-04-05T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It's in an amazing location in soho which was great for access to Oxford and Regent Street and for soho nightlife! The apartment is a great size and was well equipped with everything we needed. We would highly recommend staying here.

  • Great location. Bathroom is a bit ropey but otherwise nice.

    James2018-03-28T00:00:00Z
  • Bianca and Charlie have a great system for coordinating travelers needs when it comes to arriving and knowing what to expect. If you want a chance to get the most out of your trip without having to worry about where you are staying, check them and their properties out!

    Marcus2018-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • Bianca was great at communicating and the key collection was very straightforward. The flat is spacious and the furniture good. The bathroom is a bit ‘sad’ but fully functional. Kitchen is well stocked although I would have expected some olive oil/cooking oil as most short stay visitors who want to cook (like me!) wouldn’t think of buying that. The flat was noisy (as one would expect from the location) but as the bed is in the back it was not a problem. Bianca also provided ear plugs, which was a thoughtful touch. Location is amazing. Overall a very good flat with a lovely host.

Accomodation for one guest in this charming, quiet, single bedroom in 18th century property. Wonderfully located to experience the cultural diversity within walking distance of my front door in the vibrant central London area of Soho. • Christine is an adorable lady with great tastes. She’s living the life which I have always been long for. Her room is very cozy and well-designed, I believe everyone will be attracted by her decorations. Besides, her house is very ideal location, in the central soho but still quiet at night. Strongly recommend to book this room!

    Lei2017-12-15T00:00:00Z
  • Christine’s place is like staying with a family member (that you like). It’s in Soho so all the action is going on but not loud from bedroom.

  • This place is perfect for the solo traveler! The room was lovely with a lot of natural light and the bed was very comfortable! The flat was in a great location in a safe neighborhood with easy access to multiple tube stations. Christine was a wonderful host! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend Christine's place!

  • Great spot, close to a variety of different shops and restaurants. The bed is extremely comfortable and everything is very clean. Warning that there is a small doorway between the entrance and where the bedroom is that large luggage will be difficult to fit through.

  • This is my first airBnB in Europe and it's truly amazing. Christine brings experience which is at par with hotel with its super clean and tidy room, fresh flowery scents on the bedding and towels, generous breakfast, and her friendly gesture. The location is super central only few minutes away from the Piccadilly tube and shopping/restaurant areas. I really recommend this place for all solo traveler visiting London. Thanks Christine, you definitely set a high expectation for my next airBnB experience!

    Erline2017-09-13T00:00:00Z
  • Christine is an amazing person and that expresses through out her home. Such a lovely place with so many thoughtful touches. If you enjoy old houses from Georgian era - stay here, and feel like you are back in time with many original pieces and antique furnishings. The room is according the pictures and description. The bathroom is shared but feels like private since it’s next to the guests bedroom. The apartment is in the heart of everything, shopping, night life, food and drinks and all the entertainments you can think of- all the main London sights are walking distance away. Despite all the buzz it is quiet inside the room. I can not recommend more and would definitely stay again with Christine next time when in London.

Large room with shared bathrooms and own kitchen. One double mattress bunk and one double sofa bed in the room. Great place to stay in Central London, very lively area next to all the trendy bars and restaurants. Professionally cleaned and managed.
You'll be on the first floor and have a big window with lots of light and blackout curtains to match. You have a double mattress bunk bed, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and dinning table and chairs. The building is on one Soho's quirkiest street and home to one of the most loved markets in the area - great food literally on your doorstep 5 days a week (Tue-Sat)
Soho is a fun and happening area, and is unlike any other place in London. World class restaurants, unrivalled shopping, cool bars, excellent for theatre and is easy to access by all modes of transport.
  • Really great and simple place to go to and check in with. The process was dead simple and that is VERY useful when you’re just wanting to make the most of your time in central London. The place is clean spacious and the shared bathroom feels totally private as it is only shared with one other apartment and the whole place is spotless all the time so really not a bother at all. It was also good value I’d say.

    David2018-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • Place was exactly the same as on the pictures. Location was also fantastic - middle of everything. Pubs restaurants etc - all just outside the door to the building. Room 2 - the one I have stayed in was bit noisy but for person like me who is used to it was not a problem at all. I will definitely consider staying in this palce next time when i visit London if the renting price will be similar. Kind Regards Wojciech Gaura

  • Very good location, easy to reach a lot of good spots by tube (Piccadilly Circus Station is not even 5min away) or by feet (Carnaby Street, Oxford & Regent Street). A lot going on around with pubs and restaurants, a little louder because of that but it‘s alright (only the garbage collection is a little loud in the early morning hours, sensitive sleepers should consider earplugs as the host advices). The host is very friendly and always easy to reach via message, she’s also answering all questions in no time. All in all we‘re really happy with our stay here. We have enjoyed it a lot and wouldn‘t mind staying here again.

    Sophie2019-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • As central of a location as you could want for London. Ideal room if you’re only needing it for a place to sleep. Stayed on a Saturday and sunday evening, the street noise was an issue, with the pubs closing and the cleanup afterwards it was after 3am until it was quiet enough to sleep.

  • The main feature is the location, right next to Piccadilly Circus. If that is your main concern, yhis is the place for you. The noise was not a big concern as we shut down the doubled windows.. If it were hotter, we have had to use the provided ear-plugs. The room is generally in good shape. The downsides are the four story hike with no elevator and the shared bathroom which was not clear enough in the description.

  • Very central! Great room rate

    Laura2017-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • You cannot beat the location of this accommodation, with restaurants, bars and theatres all at your fingertips. If you love nightlife then you will love this place. If you like to go to bed early and get a good night sleep than this is probably not the place for you. Be warned there is quite a lot of stairs to negotiate if you are traveling with lots of luggage. It is also a shared bathroom. The room is very stylish and the kitchen has all you need for a comfortable stay. I did have a little trouble finding the black door with 33 on it but found it eventually. That could just have been me, I don't know. Communication was excellent with the host. I would definitely stay here again.

    Lisa2017-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • Obviously very noisy as has been said in other reviews. I don't mind a bit of urban noise but I would say this property is very noisy. Especially when windows are open as they typically are in summer. Bathroom left a bit to be desired. Room itself was nice.

  • This place is perfect and located in probably the best place for anything and everything you need within central London! Highly recommend!

  • The apartment for us was as described in terms of facilities and location. Peter was readily available to respond to any queries through Airbnb messenger. The apartment is in a great location and felt very central. We experienced an unfortunate incident where a family had taken our keys and occupied our room, which we had to ask to leave and wait until they had packed all their things back into cases - fortunately they hadn't left for the day. This made the apartment feel lived in before we arrived with the smell of what they were cooking still floating in the air (it did smell tasty though). The apartment could have been a little cleaner and some furnishings need renewed. The bed is not so comfortable - the mattress was solid. We experienced intense heat during warm weather in the room and in the upper floor in general, which was caused by poor ventilation with stairwell window permanently shut and no cooling in the room. We enjoyed our trip to London, but generally rushed to leave the apartment.

  • Are you wondering why there are just two photos? That's because what's shown in those photos is all there is at this AirBnB. The place is tiny. But sometimes wonderful things come in small packages. The place clean, stylish, and has everything you need. Bed is comfy and you cannot beat the location.

Architect designed apartment on the second floor of a listed Georgian building, central Soho.
  • We had a fantastic time here. Gillian was an absolutely fantastic host. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The area is very lively, especially in the evening, and it’s also incredibly close to everything. It was easy to get almost anywhere from here. We’d definitely stay here again.

    Mackenzie2018-04-20T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic location! Lots of great restaurants, pubs, bakeries, and shopping all within walking distance. Gillian is a great host, very helpful and made sure we were knowledgeable about the area. Great stay!

    Renee2018-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • In the lively heart of Soho there is plenty to explore right outside the door. The flat was very nice for the three of us and I would recommend it without hesitation!

    Andrew2018-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • This apartment is in a great location. Lots of activity. Near pubs, great shopping, the theatre district, restaurants, pubs, and the underground. John went out of his way to find answers to questions we had, such as where can we change money, get cash, metro tickets. He prepared a great list of options. Gillian was always responsive to our needs. BRING EARPLUGS! This is a vibrant neighborhood with a lot of activity going on until the early morning hours. But we had no problem sleeping with earplugs. We will be back.

    Kevin2018-05-31T00:00:00Z
  • Gillian's apartment was a great find. The location is second to none for enjoying London with little need for public transport. Although in the lively Soho district, it is fairly quiet in the apartment so even on weekend nights we weren't bothered by street noise. The apartment is comfortable (with modern facilities and a good shower for the UK) and holds an old London charm. All clean and well equipped too. Arrival and departure was well organised and flexible. We would certainly return for another stay. Thanks Gillian.

  • Gillian was a great host who provided a lot of very helpful information, especially on where to dine - we took up her recommendations and were not disappointed. The flat is in a brilliant central location, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We would thoroughly recommend staying there.

An affordable place to stay right in the HEART of London.
I have a nice studio flat to offer located right in the centre of the centre of this great city. Have your own space to relax and rest after a hard day of sightseeing and be back in the middle of the action the next day. The bedroom is a good size for 2 guests but a bit tight if you are 3. It has a double bed, a sofa-bed, hair dryer, iron + board, shampoo, cups, and universal adapters. You also have your own shower/WC, and a basic kitchen equipped with kettle, microwave and mini fridge only.
  • A great one night stay in London. It couldn't be more central which is perfect if you're out in the area. Allen made sure things worked smoothly, including dropping off later a towel I had forgotten to request. Thanks very much!

    Michelle2019-04-11T00:00:00Z
  • AMAZING location

    Hun2019-04-01T00:00:00Z
  • Tl;dr Worst experience I ever had in an Airbnb flat. The location is amazing, and that's probably the only good thing I can say about renting John's apartment. I arrived in London at 7am, so I was wandering around, waiting for checkin time (3pm). To my unpleasant surprise, my checkin happened FIVE HOURS AFTER the agreed time! I called John multiple times, and he only said something bad happened to the person responsible for the checkin, and that the person would soon arrive. And this finally happened, at 8pm. He was never rude, and even offered a small price cut (which now I regret no having accepted), but that didn't change how things in the end happened. I'm also ignoring the fact that I had to spend extra money with the luggage storage service (because I couldn't be caring it around with me). The person who arrived at 8pm just literally gave us the key and left. Zero instructions on how to connect to the wifi. And when we entered the apartment, we noticed that there was no wifi network. I started texting John, got no replies. I started calling him, he didn't answered. We checked the apartment, and it was quite the same as the pictures were showing. But it was as dirty as it could be. Seriously, it was not broomed, let alone mopped. And when my friends went to their bedroom, the had to clean the bed sheets, because it was fool of human hair. Simply disgusting. There was no proper toilet paper in the bathroom, just some tissues, like those people use to blow their noses. And the drain of the shower was clogged. We fixed. It got clogged again. We fixed again. And it happened a third time. When we were leaving - 5 minutes before we checked out -, John replied with the instructions on how to connect to the wifi! As I mentioned at the beginning, the location is incredibly good, right between Soho and Chinatown. And because of that, it can get really noisy - either because of drunken people, or by the noise of the nearby restaurants. All in all, it was a highly frustrating experience.

    Diego2019-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • The location was fantastic, John was really good at responding.

    Beth2019-05-02T00:00:00Z
  • Location of the flat is great, in walking distance to the city centre but the entire place was unpleasant dirty therefore I would not recommend

    Anna2019-03-27T00:00:00Z
  • We ordered the apartment months before we arrive. In the last month I saw a lot of reviews that was made me worry... I contacted the amazing support of Airbnb (they were very helpful) they contacted John a night before and since than he responded to our messages. We got the details of the check in and so far so good... we entered to the apartment that was stink from wet clothes we saw the washing machine is full... there was no towels, no clean sheets and NO toilet paper. Also no wifi... we contacted him but no answer again... we spend half day of shopping for the missing things. After we called again to the support he responded to my claim and told me all kind of stories about someone steal the router and that someone will come bring us the missing towels and toilet paper (after we already buy everything) when we came to sleep at night we found that the window in the room is stuck and at night was very cold that we needed to put the blanket to close the gap. Worse experience we ever had! Airbnbyou should remove him from your list!

    Nataly2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • Nice and clean space, perfect location ! The host was quick to respond ! I recommend !

    Yasmine2019-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • the living condition is totally a mess, it seems the landlord couldn't care less about the feedback and give us the worst service ever, there's old laundries in the washmachine, The tank in the bathroom is broken and there's no hot water for shower, also, it's terribly hard to find the house since the landlord left a wrong contact number, in all, the worst experience using Airbnb to book a house ever!!!!

Also for any little accidents we have provided a first aid kit. NOTE - this room is usually booked for 3 months or more by people who work in the many production companies in and around Soho. What we love about being located opposite Piccadilly Circus is the fact that you are sandwiched between 6 fantastic 'must see' areas of central London - Soho, Westminster, The West End, Covent Garden, Mayfair, and St James's The majority of London’s most popular tourist attractions and all the major theatres are within an easy 10-minute walk – Our place is super central and you shouldn't need to take a tube or bus once you have checked in. Don't just take our word for it, here is what Airbnb has to say about the surrounding area. SOHO Like Britain’s famous agent, James Bond, this neighbourhood leads a double life: Soho’s streets are home to clean-cut record shops and fashionable galleries. Crowds flock to this edgy epicentre to experience its sultry past and trendy present. Soho’s red-light roots and beatnik bastions have steadily transformed into hip public houses, all-night coffee shops, and vintage boutiques that welcome the 24-hour clamour of this cobblestoned neighbourhood. https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/soho WESTMINSTER Boasting more than a few London landmarks, Westminster is a distinct political and cultural epicentre. Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace (God Save the Queen), and the United Kingdom’s House of Parliament all share the cobblestoned lanes under Big Ben’s timely shadow. Theatres, shops, pubs, clubs, landmarks, and lounges—no matter how many times you visit, you’ll never see the same neighbourhood twice. Constantly evolving, crowds gather in London’s West End by morning, afternoon, and night to absorb a bit of the vibrant lifestyle in a neighbourhood that never looks back https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/the-west-end COVENT GARDEN Covent Garden’s central square remains this neighbourhood’s primary attraction, but its fetching streetscape doesn’t end with its bustling marketplace. Street performers and food stalls share Covent Gardens’ iconic plaza and winding side streets with cheese shops, casual taverns, art museums, and opera houses that cater to those looking for less trafficked locales. You’ll watch, you’ll applaud, and you’ll pay your pocket change to the countless entertainers and diversions in this unyieldingly charming neighbourhood https://www.airbnb.com/locations/london/covent-garden MAYFAIR As a neighbourhood steeped in sophistication, Mayfair doesn’t have beer pubs and dance clubs—it has wine bars and scotch lounges. • The room was great - the location is amazing and close to everything. Ahead of checking in I received a message with every detail needed including perfect directions from the underground - this made locating the apartment simple, stress free and quick. The room was also full of helpful bits and pieces - a little coffee station for tea and coffee, a basket on the bed with essentials, heater/air conditioner.

  • This room was very clean and the shared bathroom was super clean. The third floor street view is a great people watching spot when we needed a breather from walking through SoHo. We met Lee, one of the hosts, who met us at the door and showed us the room and gave us the keys. Lee also gave us a quick pointer in the direction of neighborhoods and we set off for the evening to explore. In the morning we took his recommendation for a true English breakfast at Bar Bruno. Having never had this before we were charmed by this experience. We also used citystasher to store our luggage the next day after we checked out. There is a site close by on Charing Cross in an Internet cafe.

  • Fantastic spot in Soho and we really appreciated the toiletries, and tea and coffee station. Keep a torch handy as the lights don’t work between the front door and the second floor and the floor is dangerously uneven - we tripped down the stairs a few times because of it and are really lucky we didn’t break anything. Noise is as-described in the listing with very heavy base on the other side of the wall going till 3am or 4am. If you’re anything less than a heavy or very heavy sleeper I wouldn’t recommend this place, but if you’re there to soak up everything Soho then you’ve found the right spot.

  • Amazing location, only 5 minutes from piccadilly Circus, able to walk to oxford street from the door. Only disadvantage is it’s very loud in the evenings til early hours of the morning, due to being in the middle of soho, so didn’t have an amazing sleep. But would recommend due to location.

  • Bianca's apartment is in a great location, close to the Piccadilly tube and for dinner in the evening. The house reflects the photo and is clean. • The location for this Airbnb is excellent! The bed was a little uncomfortable, I had difficulty unlocking the front door and difficultly working out the shower, but all ok once figured out. I don’t have trouble sleeping, but if you are a light sleeper, the noise outside is quite loud. We didn’t spend much time there, so valued the location above all.

  • Exceptionally well located in the heart of Soho where you will be spoilt for choice of food, drinking holes and entertainment. Situated between Piccadilly Circus and Tottenham Court Road underground stations, 8 minutes walk to each one, making it ideal as base camp to explore London. The room is on the second floor and has its own new roomy ensuite, which is such a treat! The room and bed were very comfortable with plenty of natural light and so peaceful despite being on the main street. Ed & Ana were so gracious to allow us use of their kitchen & lounge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again in future.

  • The apartment is in a great location and is recently remodeled. The bathrooms are quite spacious and clean. Don’t mind the initial entrance to the building, the apartment itself is very quiet and nice. Eduart was really helpful with Check-in and our additional requests. The place is a good value for such an excellent location and new/clean accommodations.

  • Great flat! Check-in was super simple and the location was just amazing. The flat was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Central London at a much lower price than nearby hotels! Thanks again, we’ll be back for sure!

  • We couldn’t have asked for a better location! A few minutes walk from either Oxford Circus or Tottenham Court Road stations. Right next to a great selection of restaurants and shops. The flat was clean and larger than any hotel room you would be paying for in the same area! Plus you get your own kitchen, wardrobe, washer, iron board microwave etc. The host was super responsive and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to stay in central London!

  • Max’s place is in the perfect location. We were able to walk to most landmarks. The space itself was very nice, the bed was comfy. Our flight arrived early and max was able to accommodate us to an earlier check in and after a long flight we really appreciated it. He was fast to respond and had good tips where we could store our bags while he got the flat ready. We only stayed one night but we really would like to come back for more days and stay in Max’s place, totally recommend.
