Hello and thank you for checking out my home! ***Please review the entire listing before booking (specifically location, neighborhood & amenities) in order to ensure my place will suit your accommodation requirements.*** I have a bright, quaint, 1 bd/1 ba house in the Globeville neighborhood of Denver. 1.5 miles from downtown, 5 minutes from the heart of the RiNo neighborhood, 2 blocks from the Platte River Trail that links up to metro-wide trails. Best suited for a solo traveler or couple.
I am very excited to offer you my space as I worked very hard to create a unique, comfortable, eclectic environment that reflects the unique and eclectic place that is Globeville. This 120 year-old house has everything you need to feel at home. Pine wood floors throughout, a full kitchen with vintage gas stove, Antique cast iron farmhouse sink, pots and pans, dishes, and silverware, but no dishwasher. Kitchen is stocked with coffee and Tea as well as a coffeemaker, french press & kettle. Enter the cozy bedroom through the French doors to the comfortable queen bed. A window AC unit is installed in the summer months, as well as ceiling fans in the house and standing fans for your use. Bathroom has a shower/tub and comes stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap & body wash. As well as other bathroom essentials. There is a hair dryer for use as well. The living room has a Flat screen TV with Hulu and Netflix & Amazon, and the house has WiFi. There is a small patio space in the back yard with a table and chairs where I ask people to smoke, if they smoke as there is no smoking allowed in the house. If there is anything you need, please do not hesitate to ask. There is private, off street parking for up to 2 cars. **Please Read Before Booking** I live on a street in a mixed residential-industrial neighborhood that is very busy in the daytime. With all the growth happening in Denver, the traffic on my street has increased significantly over the past few years. There are many cars and trucks traveling by during the day and has the potential to be a tad loud sometimes. HOWEVER, this is really only during the weekdays. The nights here are quiet and weekend traffic is relatively low. What this is: An edgy, funky, well loved, cozy little joint that is close to Denvers Rino district, downtown, the Platte river trail, and the National Western Stockshow complex. What this isn’t: A controlled environment. I live in a mixed-use neighborhood where small homes are tucked away amidst warehouses and railroad tracks and there is a lot of activity going on with people from all walks of life. This is just to say that if you are unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the scenery and vibe of a residential/industrial neighborhood, then PLEASE consider this before booking. I have worked very hard to provide a clear overview of my home and so if there are any questions, please just ask. That said, I hope you choose to stay here. I love this neighborhood, and it has a large part of my heart as does this City. I would love to share this space with you.
Globeville is a small, historic neighborhood near the Platte river and has long been neglected in the shadow of Downtown. That said, there is a great deal of pride for those who live here as the residents of Globeville have fought hard (with mixed results) against industry and developers who would just as soon knock it down and start over. This place is rich with history and character. You will find all walks of life in this classic urban residential-industrial neighborhood. Where some see grit and disorder, we see home and families living their lives. This is a place for people who want the full experience of Denver, not just a re-paved, redeveloped, sterilized version of it.
  • Brooke's place is very cute and was perfect for our trip. The house is within 15 mins to so much of the city, we just took short ubers everywhere.

  • Excellent place to stay. Beautifully decorated!

    Vivek2018-12-26T00:00:00Z
  • Brooke's place is a wonderful value for a stay in Denver. Nestled in a industrial neighborhood, Brooke's home is cozy, beautifully decorated and extremely charming. Check in was easy and you honestly can't beat the price. My girlfriend and I would definitely recommend!

    Ethan2019-05-11T00:00:00Z
  • Brooke’s place was absolutely charming and she was very helpful whenever I had questions throughout the stay! The proximity to 70 was an added bonus. Would definitely book again!

    Ludacristen2019-07-27T00:00:00Z
  • Brooke's place was top notch, while not overly large, it was the perfect amount of space for the two of us that were staying. The parking space also was a great advantage.

    Nafla2019-06-26T00:00:00Z
  • The pictures don’t do the inside of this house justice! Very cool and cozy! Just like the description says it is a tad louder than a normal neighborhood but the inside and location to downtown make up for it. Brooke was a great communicator and went out of her way to make us feel at home! Definitely would recommend this place to others.

    Oliver2018-11-21T00:00:00Z
  • The house was absolutely gorgeous and so inviting. Our stay was excellent. Brooke thought of everything and more that we could need. We will definitely be coming back.

    Abby2019-02-14T00:00:00Z

    Escape to a comfortable basement suite in a 1928 brick home. This urban oasis is centrally located in a residential neighborhood just northeast of downtown, near highway for traveling to the airport or mountains; and 5-10 minute driving distance from LoDo, RiNo, breweries, downtown, & other shopping, dining, & entertainment, City Park, Zoo, & Nature and Science museum. Private bathroom, free parking, extra amenities, large back yard and shared deck for relaxing and dining (weather permitting).
    Relax in your own private space or enjoy shared outdoor deck/patio. Your suite includes all the amenities you need, and provides a quiet escape to read, watch TV, or get ready for your day or night out. Indulge in a nice hot shower in your own luxury bathroom.
    The Cole neighborhood is a residential "up-and-coming" neighborhood next to the popular RiNo district, which is more industrial. You may notice construction in and around the neighborhoods as Denver is growing very rapidly and we have several big projects underway, including a highway expansion. We are easy driving/biking distance to other neighborhoods, a lot of new restaurants, shops, art galleries, breweries, dispensaries, and music venues--notably the Mission Ballroom, which opened August 2019. Easily accessible via main streets and highways. Many homes in our neighborhood were built in the early 1900s. The closest neighborhood bars you can walk to are NOLA and Jack Rabbit Slim's; the closest coffee shop is Rivers and Roads. Also nearby are the Whittier Cafe, Crema, and Prodigy. The RiNo neighborhood, next door to Cole, is a craft beer mecca, growing rapidly and you will find lots of new businesses and places to explore around Larimer, Market, and Blake Streets, and Brighton Boulevard. Check out the street art covering the buildings in RiNo. These are commissioned each year as part of CRUSH: http://crushwalls.org.
  • This is a perfect home to stay in if you're interested in adventuring in Colorado. It's a perfect location with a great room and all the necessary amenities. Amy and Eric are great hosts and I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

    Kellie2017-08-16T00:00:00Z
  • It seems that Amy and Eric really thought about the guest experience when designing and planning their Airbnb. The bathroom is stocked with just about everything one would need on a trip. They also provide plates and plastic-ware aside from the microwave and fridge-freezer combo. Snacks and craft beer? They've got those too! The room felt cool and comfortable though a tower fan was made available to us. The space itself is eclectic, cozy, and earthy -- squeaky clean, too (especially the bathroom, with its row of rubber duckies lining the shower). Major areas downtown are only a couple miles away making them walkable / bikeable (there is a BCycle station within a 10-minute walking distance). Mojo, their adorable kitty, popped in and out and was a welcome guest/friend throughout our stay. Thanks to Amy and Eric for their warm welcome and recommendations.

    Carmela2016-06-22T00:00:00Z
  • Great space and price! Was not far from many Denver attractions, lots of space for 2 people and beautiful done. Would recommend!

    Kelsey2019-04-15T00:00:00Z
  • This was a delightful place to stay, very cozy and very easy for us to get around Denver. Would definitely recommend.

    Jacob2019-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • Amy & Eric were great hosts. The space is cozy & very nice. The sit down shower was also a big plus. I'd definitely stay again!

    Ray2016-04-20T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed two days at their home. Our schedule didn't let us to interact with the host but she came at night to greet us. It was nice of them. They have a beautiful garden I wish I could enjoy more that garden but we were busy. The room was clean and very well organized. The host was experienced. They know what a guest may need. It was easy to find the place it was very well described. They sent several messages when I was on the way but I couldn't answer appropriately ( I was driving). Everything was good there. I love Denver it was the first time for us to visit Denver. They provided a great stay for us. Thank you very much for hosting us.

    Hamid &Melina2016-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • Amy's place is lovely. It is cozy and clean and has an artsy touch to it. The house is conveniently located

    Debbie2017-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • Amy's and Eric's place was a great place to stay while in Denver. It's just a short drive to downtown and centrally located around everywhere you will need to go. The space was small and clean, perfect for 2 people. The only thing I have to say is sometimes if there is a lot of noise upstairs, it can be heard through the ceiling/bathroom vent. Definitely a nice place to stay while visiting, I would stay here again.

    Enjoy a spacious, private guest room in the basement of our family home. With plenty of space for two, you'll have a warm welcome and two whole floors separating you from the bedroom of our 6 year-old twin boys. Woohoo! Please Note: Starting 4/1/18, Airbnb will collect Colorado sales tax (4%) AND the newish Denver Lodger's Tax (10.75%) when you book. We are therefore lowering our nightly base price to $42, also effective 4/1/18, to ease slightly the pain of this new tax.
    Our beautiful Victorian home was built in 1901, and we lovingly renovated it ourselves over the span of four years. Now, it is a warm and welcoming space, filled with books, art, the smells of cooking, and the laughter of our twin boys. We have two guest rooms in our basement that we rent out. Pied-a-terre features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a desk with chair, and armoire with hangers and drawers, and built in bookshelves filled with jigsaw puzzles. There are bamboo floors, comfortable bedding, and shared access to a renovated bathroom with laundry facilities inside. We are raising our twin boys to be country kids in an urban space: they spend most of their time barefoot, half-naked, and digging in the yard. We have an elaborate garden in the summer, and several of our neighbors raise chickens. Your hosts are avid readers and conversationalists, interested in cooking, energy efficiency, public policy, international development, politics, travel, home improvement, building vertical gardens, and Chinese calligraphy. Just, you know, not so much since the boys were born.
    Our neighborhood is a lively mixture of families, young couples, and the elderly. The area is quickly transitioning and gentrifying, and it comes with all the associated circumstances. Our family is very happy here, and we embrace our urban location. We take our boys to the park, let them play outside, and say hello to all our neighbors. We also live on a very friendly block, where everyone knows each other and gets along great. Our area is residential and doesn't offer many restaurants or bars, but it is just a short drive from all the best spots in the city. On foot, you can visit a 7-11, a liquor store, a couple of taquerias, a nice little New Orleans bar with pretty good food, and an asian grocery store. And soon, we hear, an Ace Hardware, woohoo. :)
  • Rebecca and Charlie are very friendly hosts. They drove us to different destinations in denver. Everything was very clean and their house is interesting and very nice. The neighborhood was nice and not far from a bus stop. We had a great stay in denver and would like to go there again.

    Steffen2016-07-13T00:00:00Z
  • Rebecca and her family are awesome. They definitely make you feel at home. If I come back to Denver I will look to book at their place again.

    Jimmena2017-10-02T00:00:00Z

    Right in the heart of RiNo, 100 steps from the hottest block on Larimer. Take a stroll to immersive mural art, savor delicious tapas, or grab craft beer at one of five breweries within a two-block radius. At a half mile, you’re in LoDo enjoying the nightlife. A mile out, you’re at Coors Field. At a mile and a half, enjoy stunningly remodeled Union Station or attend a convention. Walk, pick up a city bike or an electric scooter, or snag Lyft or Uber to anywhere. Welcome to Denver!
    ~~~~Indoor space~~~~ This is a brand new private hotel-style studio in the heart of the RiNo Art District! It has modern finishes, a brand new king-size bed with adjustable base, a 50” Smart TV, a fridge and microwave as well as a Keurig included for your use. You’ll love our place because of the easy access to breweries, wine bars, great restaurants, cafes, and many convenient transportation options. ~~~~Outdoor space~~~~ Enjoy our xeriscaped outdoor patio with built-in gas grill and ample seating. With comfy chairs for lounging and a picnic table for meals, you have options of how you want to enjoy the space. Have a barbecue, enjoy a drink with friends, or have lunch in the open air. If you smoke, this is a great place to relax and legally enjoy your favorite stuff. Please be considerate by taking care of any discarded items before you leave. The patio is a shared space with a second unit, but there’s room for everyone. ~~~~Check-in/Check-out time~~~~ Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 11am
    This location is very walkable, with great things to explore and do at any time of day. ~~~~Food and Drink~~~~ RiNo is the biggest brewery district in Colorado, with 15+ breweries, distilleries, and winemakers within walking distance. Some of the best, Ratio Beerworks and Epic Brewing, are within a block. Great Divide Brewing, The Block Distillery, and Infinite Monkey Theorem Urban Winery are nearby. If full service bars or craft cocktails are more your style, Finn’s Manor, Bar Fausto, or RiNo Yacht Club are great options. If you are interested in local, unique drinking experiences, you’re in the right place! In the morning, some of Denver’s best coffee shops are right nearby. Crema is one of the neighborhood’s most established options, offering craft coffee, cold brew, and a kitchen. The Rolling Pin Bakeshop offers handmade pastries. Denver Central Market has coffee, as well as a full indoor market with restaurants, produce, ice cream, and a bakery. For casual dining, Park Burger, Biju’s Little Curry Shop, and dozens of food trucks are our favorite places to grab a bite. For something more elegant, Barcelona Wine Bar, Cart-Driver, or The Populist are great. ~~~~Music, Venues, and Clubs~~~~ RiNo offers many different ways to see a show. The brand new Mission Ballroom is just 1.4 miles away, easily accessed on foot, scooter, or by Lyft/Uber. There are small venues throughout the neighborhood that host touring acts. The Walnut Room and Larimer Lounge are two intimate venues that have great acts. Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom is a larger venue just a few blocks away. Nocturne hosts jazz acts in a classy atmosphere with top notch food served while you listen. In the summer, events like Velorama, Jazz Fest, and Crush Walls close down a street and fill the area with stages and vendors. Major Denver venues like Red Rocks Amphitheater, the Pepsi Center, and the Ogden Theater are easily accessible by public transit, Lyft/Uber, or car. There are so many more that it would be impossible to list them all here! ~~~~Art Galleries and Murals~~~~ What would RiNo be without its artists? Dozens of artists and galleries reside in RiNo, and the neighborhood hosts a First Friday Art Walk to invite the public to tour galleries and meet the artists. The artistic and design influences in the neighborhood are also visible in the architectural styles and one of the defining characteristics of the area, the immersive, large-scale murals that decorate the brick, cinder, and concrete walls of the neighborhood’s old factory and warehouse buildings, making every trip through RiNo a chance to find art where you might not expect it. ~~~~Live Entertainment~~~~ The area is also home to some great intimate venues. Larimer Lounge, The Meadowlark, and The Walnut Room host local and touring acts. Nocturne is a jazz club with excellent food and cocktails in a more sophisticated ambiance. Events like Velorama, CRUSH Walls, and the Five Points Jazz Fest are just a few events that fill the neighborhood with music and art. ~~~~City Access~~~~ RiNo is the closest neighborhood to downtown, making it an easy to moderate walk to most downtown destinations or a very brief bike or Lyft ride. Downtown begins about a half mile from the door, and Coors Field is about a mile from the property, as well as all the surrounding bars, clubs and restaurants in the LoDo section of downtown. The Convention Center is only 2 miles away, with a convenient bus route stop just a block away.
  • Allison's listing was a great jumping off point to explore the RiNo neighborhood. We were walking distance from several breweries (nearby highlights were Great Divide and Our Mutual Friend), great food, and Coors Field. The listing is exactly as it appears- the bed was particularly comfortable, the toiletries provided for guests were a really nice touch not usually seen at Airbnbs, and while the TV hadn't been part of the listing when we booked, it was nice to use to chill at the end of exploring. While we didn't personally meet Allison, communication was super prompt and helpful. If you're driving to Denver, there is also ample street parking. If we stay in Denver again, we will be back!
    Rhiley2018-12-02T00:00:00Z
  • Allison & Ian's place is close to just about everything we wanted to see on our first trip to Denver. The small studio was perfect for our needs, and was large where it mattered (king sized bed & nice shower). The bed was extremely comfortable and we both slept so great. We asked for washcloths and a hair dryer ahead of time and they made sure those items were availale to us during our stay. Communication was prompt and all interactions were super friendly. Highly reccomend their place, as well as Denver and the Rhino Art District. Great hosts and great spot!
    Ellen2019-05-08T00:00:00Z
  • Everything you need in a great part of town.
    Robert2018-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • Allison's place is a fantastic home base for exploring RiNo and Denver as a whole. It's small but has everything you need - it's perfect for one or two travelers. The apartment feels new and is spotlessly clean; it's also in a super fun neighborhood full of excellent food, cool breweries, and some stunning street art. I can't wait to come back to Denver and stay here again!
    Erinn2019-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic location! Tons of neat restaurants, breweries, and bars within walking distance! Great proximity to LoDo and LoHi as well. Also, a very painless drive away from red rocks and more. Extra nice bonus is that the bed is a king and the outdoor patio is very comfortable and enjoyable!
    Conner2019-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • We booked this studio and also the house at the same time. It was perfect for a family get together! The studio and the courtyard were great places to relax. Definitely recommend it!!
    Laura2019-06-19T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect location for coffee, restaurants, breweries and easy access to downtown. The comfortable bed and Netflix helped us get over our jet lag! Would definitely recommend Allison's place as a great base for a stay in Denver.
    Caroline2019-09-14T00:00:00Z
  • Definitely recommend this place! Within walking distance to many breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, and street art. The space is cozy with a very comfortable bed and great amenities - big tv with Netflix, workspace, large closet, mini fridge, even toiletries and hair dryer in the bathroom. Very much like a hotel but way better! Allison and Ian are great hosts and very responsive. Thank you!
  • Great place. Great reno, turning the basement into habitable living quarters. It's bigger than all one bedroom apartments in LA for sure. I almost felt like stayin in most days cause it's a cool space. You do hear the noise from upstairs clearly, but bring earplugs to sleep and you're golden.
    Terence2019-08-07T00:00:00Z
  • This place was exactly what I needed for my trip. It was furnished well and had everything I could need. Renting the basement was like having my own apartment.
  • This private apartment is a gem. Scott was such a friendly and communicative host, the space was super clean and having a private washer & dryer was a major plus. I’d definitely recommend staying here on a Denver trip and would absolutely book again on a future visit to the city!
  • Such a great place to stay! This was our first time in Denver and staying in this AirBnB really made us feel like we were locals. Perfect distance from downtown while still having things to do near the place! 10/10 recommend.
    Jordan2019-04-03T00:00:00Z
  • Fun location. Thank goodness for the AC unit in the bedroom. I was excited for the breakfast I read about in other guests’ reviews, but there were no goodies for us.
  • Justine's place is in a great location if you plan to use the Lightrail or walk around the neighborhood for dinner, etc. We only stayed one night but appreciated the information about local restaurants found in the kitchen! The bed was comfy, the couch was definitely lounge-worthy, and we had no problems feeling right at home. The bathroom was SO clean and updated, with all the things you never think to pack (Band-aids and antibacterial ointment, for starters). I was super excited and grateful to find the stash of amenities after walking through Red Rocks in socks a little too big (blisters!!!). Overall, great place to stay. We'll definitely check it out again if we head to Denver!
  • Wonderful! I can't think of anything negative. The #1 option in Denver if you're on a budget. Even if you're not on a budget, I recommend it. Clean, cozy, generous with amenities, WiFi, Hulu, Netflix, good location, quiet, private, and affordable.
    Lenell2019-04-23T00:00:00Z
  • Justine’s place was great! We only stayed for one night, but the apartment is in a good location close to a lot of restaurants and breweries (and the light rail). Justine was very easy to communicate with, and she was very accommodating. We’d definitely stay in this apartment again when we’re back in Denver!
    Andrea2019-05-28T00:00:00Z
  • Quaint, clean, modern apartment in a walkable area. Justine was responsive and super helpful in allowing us to check in several hours early. Would stay here again.
    Cozy, inviting space with everything you need! Small loft above garage in back of my home. One Queen bed and sofa. Close to RiNo Arts district, about 15 minute walk to light rail line to DIA. Plenty of street parking. Large deck attached with French doors opening to deck space for your enjoyment and relaxation.
    About 310 square feet intimate space. Considering the size, it fits everything! Large TV and sound system to chill in, if you like. Close to all that RiNo area offers. Easy to get downtown, RiNo, Stapleton, Cherry Creek. North of Downtown Denver. Heat and A/C in unit to make it comfortable and inviting. Fantastic alternative to hotel living with ability to make meals, have own outdoor space, wifi and everything you'll need to enjoy Denver! It could be tight for 3, but sleeping space can accommodate up to 3. The bathroom is open to the bedroom, but the bedroom has a door separating it from the living/dining space.
    Cole neighborhood which is becoming an extension of RiNo as it grows and expands. Very convenient to any place you might be visiting or working near downtown Denver.
    This bright and cheery space has loads of natural light and is nestled near parks, coffee shops, and museums. Less then 10 min from City Park, downtown RiNo art district, LoDo. About $6-10 Uber rides to get anywhere in the downtown areas. Right off I-70 for easy trips to the mountains. Light Rail stations 5 min away. Guests will enjoy the privacy of their own bed and bathroom, a small fridge, a microwave, a coffee pot, a shared patio with a small table and chairs, and their own parking spot.
    Your space is the private main floor unit of a two-story carriage house.  It consists of a single bedroom with en suite bathroom and includes a mini fridge, microwave, small coffee pot, dishes, and a washer/dryer. Your unit shares an entry door into the house with ours, but your bedroom and bathroom are separated by their own locking door. Our space upstairs is off-limits to guests and is partitioned from the entryway with a curtain at the base of the stairs for extra privacy. We are happy to visit with guests in the shared outdoor patio area, which you have access to, but our default is to give you privacy during your stay.
    We are located 1 mile north of City Park and the adjacent Denver Zoo and Museum of Nature and Science. We are 3 miles northeast of Union Station (center of downtown Denver), and 1 mile east of Denver’s River North (RiNo) district. We are walking distance from several parks, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Our favorite spots nearby are: Rivers and Roads Coffee, Corner Ramen, Downing Supermarket, The Preservery, Ration Beerworks, The Denver Central Market, and City Park.
    Sunny, comfortable home with Mid-Century Modern accents in historic neighborhood located minutes from downtown Denver, LoHi & RiNo.
    This turn-of-the-century home is over 100 years old! It is one of the original row homes in Denver. The interior has been recently gutted and completely updated. Open layout with lots of light.
    My home is located in the historic Globeville neighborhood of downtown Denver, one of the original neighborhoods in the city. It is across the street from a school that has a large green space with a walking trail as well as a community garden. This is a very cool neighborhood that is centrally located to downtown Denver. Globeville is situated between the River North (RiNo) neighborhood and the Highlands neighborhood which are both popular areas. From the City of Denver's website: "The River North Art District "where art is made" goes by the nickname of "RiNo" and has even adopted a rhino design for its official logo, so look for creative rhinos in art and signage all around the neighborhood! The district's interesting blend of urban charm and unique industrial revival makes it a great destination for visitors. Historic warehouses and factories now house jazz bars, restaurants, brewpubs, art galleries and working studios. RiNo boasts a diverse mix of creative businesses ranging from visual artists, designers and furniture makers, to craft distillers and brewers, winemakers, creators of unique outdoor gear and small-batch coffee roasters. The art definitely extends beyond gallery walls in this neighborhood, with its colorful and innovative street art murals in alleys and on buildings around almost every corner!" "Victorian-era homes and buildings; lush gardens and parks; hip independently owned shops; art galleries; and restaurants, all make the Denver Highlands neighborhood a great destination for visitors. There are three diverse districts to discover here: Highlands Square, Tennyson Street and Lower Highland (LoHi). Boutiques, wine shops and bookstores, as well as popular restaurants and bars radiate out from Highland Square on West 32nd Avenue and Lowell Boulevard. And, in the Tennyson Street Cultural District, you can spend an afternoon browsing antique prints, photographs and paintings from Colorado artists, plus find live music venues and great ethnic foods. LoHi is characterized by a mix of old and ultra-modern architecture, some of the city's most innovative restaurants and bars, and incredible views of the Highland Bridge and downtown Denver. "
  • Wonderful host! Has great suggestions
    Guy2018-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • Nice, clean, beautiful home. Frank was very nice :) we enjoyed our stay!
    Angela2019-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • Frank was an amazing host. I could tell that his home is something he is very proud of. His newly renovated backyard is absolutely amazing. The room is very simple and comfortable. I’m grateful for the recommendations he gave me. They were all great! (make sure you visit Jelly Cafe!!!). Thanks again Frank.
    Jennifer2018-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • Frank is cool. made everything easy. Super cute place. Would definitely stay again if I ever came back to Denver.
    Kelly2018-12-13T00:00:00Z
  • Frank’s place is the most stylish Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Despite the room being a bit small, we made it work. The location is so perfect that we were barely in the house anyway. This was my first time staying in an Airbnb with the host there and it wasn’t as bad as I though. Frank is a great guy.
    Lina2019-06-09T00:00:00Z
  • The Globeville Charmer truly is a charmer. Frank is a great host. He made sure we had everything we needed. The house was stylish and clean. We would definitely stay at Frank’s place again. We had a great time.
    Mikaela2019-06-01T00:00:00Z
  • Frank was great! His place was in a convenient location everything was in order. Definitely would stay again.
    Corey2019-07-15T00:00:00Z
  • I could not be happier with my decision to stay at Frank's place while I was in Denver. Frank was a helpful, thoughtful host during my entire stay; when I first arrived, he took the time to show me around the city and gave me countless tips about things to do, places to visit, etc. His place was stylish, clean, and within close proximity to downtown and many of the popular neighborhoods around the city (LoHi, RiNo, etc.) There is a bus stop right next to the house that will take you directly downtown, and the light rail that operates between the airport and Union Station is only a mile away. Ubers and Lyfts are also pretty inexpensive. Although the house does not have A/C, I never felt uncomfortable, even on 90-100 degree days; the lack of humidity and the fact that Frank had fans in the bedroom made the temperature in the house very tolerable. I would not hesitate to stay at Frank's again in the future. You will be hard-pressed to find a better value for an Airbnb in the entire city.
  • Rondi is very attentive to your needs and quitely accomodating. Her place is is lovely, an updated 1900's brick home and your room is by the front door for easy access. A very comfortable place to stay.
  • Wonderful place! Very modern home with eco friendly features! Also, the hot tub was incredible. Highly recommend!
    Jacob2019-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • Rondi’s place was a peaceful haven for me while I attended an intensive workshop. I could not have asked for a better situation. I unfortunately did not get to meet Rondi this time around, but without her there, I was able to navigate the unfamiliar house and neighborhood with ease. Guest instructions and items were clearly marked and easy to understand. I felt safe in the neighborhood, and took walks to the nearby grocery store and park. The house is quiet and radiates with peaceful energy. Many moments (admittedly, moments of exhaustion) were spent simply sitting in quiet meditation or having tea. I found everything to be exceptionally clean. What I thought was going to simply be a place to rest my head turned out to be an incredible place of deep retreat. I feel honored that I got to stay here.
    Dre2018-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • My husband, kitty, and myself had such a great stay here! Had a cozy place to sleep in a great location and coffee made the next morning. Would definitely recommend staying here! Plus, the toilet seat has a warmer...extra win!
    Paige2019-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • Rondi was very accommodating and responsive with questions. She kept the space clean and inviting as well. Great stay!
  • The house was very clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. The neighborhood felt pretty safe, and it's a short drive to get downtown. There is also a bike share station just a few blocks from the house and you can easily bike to RiNo and downtown. Banks was friendly and a great communicator, but not overbearing. He made a point to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. We had a great stay and would definitely come again!
    Rachel2018-09-26T00:00:00Z
  • The house is located in a residential area pretty close to the city centre. There is free parking on the street and on the property. The house is super clean and nicely decorated. I can definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.
    Jan2019-06-19T00:00:00Z
  • Banks' home is excellent. The place was recently renovated and very clean. You are not too far from the train and can hear it every now and then from the distance. Banks was very welcoming and his communication was perfect before and during my stay. Also, he gave me a wonderful list of things to do and places to eat in Denver. I recommend his home to anyone looking for a place in Denver. The amenities and wifi was a major positive too!
    Aaron2018-10-05T00:00:00Z
  • Nicely decorated, spatially well thought out home in a quiet neighborhood within a 7$ Uber to downtown hot spots, restaurants/shops in the hipster area of Colfax - I’m talking about you Denver Biscuit Company- the zoo, Union station, all the tourist spots really. And a 20 minute drive to Red Rocks to see OAR! Host was not overly in your face, which I prefer- but did offer written suggestions about places to eat/see/things to do which was appreciated.
  • Jim was very quick, friendly and helpful in his responses. We had a very late arrival and his instructions made it easy to get in the unit. The space is small and simple but perfect as a base for two people who were mostly on the go while in town. The location was convenient to downtown and the highway by car or to neighborhood restaurants, shops and also the train. It was an enjoyable stay. Thanks, Jim.
    Mike2018-05-02T00:00:00Z
  • Jim’s place is perfect if you want to be close to everything! We loved the surrounding neighborhood and all it had to offer. From breweries, wineries, and amazing places to eat, my husband and I loved it all. Jim’s place was secure and we felt safe and right at home! We will definitely be back!
    Jess2018-02-28T00:00:00Z
  • The tiny house has everything you would need for a short stay. Street parking was easy, it is located in an area that has lots of stuff in close proximity; bars, restaurants, transit, etc. It is private with a dense all the way around. The alley to access the apartment is very dark; something to keep in mind if traveling alone.
    Daniel2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect “studio” for 2 people to stay. Close location to awesome local breweries and restaraunts. Sparkling clean upon arrival and Jim was great with timely responses to questions, comments, concerns. Recommend!
    Brooke2018-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Jim’s place was great for our quick trip to Denver! The space was the perfect size for what we wanted (similar to a hotel room) & had a nice little space out back for the dog. He was a very responsive host who also sent us a lot of great local recommendations. Convenient location to great bars & restaurants & also easy to access from the interstate. Would definitely stay again!
    Heather2018-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • Great location and space. We want this as our Airbnb in every city we visit! We had our dog with us and we could let her out in the small fenced in yard. The kitchen set up was great. The space is small but everything you need on vacation. We also loved that we could pull our car right up to the gate off the alley to unload the car. The host offered great tips for places to eat and drink. Those places were on a great street of the RiNo district that was very easy to walk to. We visited many breweries and coffee shops! We saw a show at red rocks and were able to pay to take a bus from Epic Brewery (walking distance from this Airbnb) and the bus also took us back when the show was over. We are very happy with our choice to stay here, it really made for a great visit to Denver.
    Corrine2018-06-30T00:00:00Z
  • I spent a week in Jim’s tiny house, and it was perfect for my stay, everything was very clean and comfortable, I loved that there was outside space with chairs to sit. Check in was super easy. The location is very good for the bars and eateries in the RiNo area of Denver, and Jim gave some great recommendations. I walked along Larimer street to Union station and the 16th Street Mall, it took about 40 minutes, but the 38th/Blake station is just a short walk from the house, and it is on the airport/downtown line. I would definitely stay if I visit Denver again. Sue, Plymouth, England.
Lonely Planet named River North one of the top 10 neighborhoods to visit in the U.S. “Even as The Mile High City expands, RiNo still clings to its punk-rock roots. You’ll find it in the street murals that seem to pop up overnight, in the experimental galleries that play open house on Friday nights, and in the innovative food halls and rockabilly microbrews that play host to the city’s young, bold and tattooed. [RiNo] is playing center stage for the resurgent arts and cultural scenes that have transformed D-Town into the cultural dynamo of the American West.”  – Greg Benchwick
  • Daniels' home is great: comfortable bed, shower with great water pressure, stylish, within a comfortable walking distance of RiNo and tons of great restaurants and bars. Daniel's hands-off approach was great for my sister and I as we both have a bit of social anxiety. We were able to check in by ourselves and move about autonomously. Daniel is very communicative about house rules which is helpful to have readily available and be understood because nobody wants to step on someone's toes while in their home. His description of the place is exactly how it was and we had zero questions when we got there because we were already prepped. Overall, would highly recommend staying at Daniel's place.
  • Price is unbeatable for this location. The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and had nice touches like the white noise machine and phone chargers in the bedroom.
  • A very nice stay, located conveniently near the EXDO Center where I was attending an event.
I loved the private yard, and easy parking. It was a perfect location for me while going to the Denver Gem and Mineral show!
  • Amazing experience in a beautiful vintage trailer. Perfect sized space for one person. Had all the amenities I needed; private bathroom and shower, outlets for charging, free parking space and fridge. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Internet is spotty, but still usable. Overall great experience.
    Guest room and bathroom in vibrant RiNo Art District. The room is privately located on the lower-level of a three story modern townhome. Home has open, modern yet cozy decor, two outdoor living spaces and friendly hosts. The rooftop has plenty of space to enjoy mountain and downtown views with your morning coffee or a glass of wine. All this with great restaurants and RiNo adventures just steps away. Walk to Mission Ballroom, Coors Field and Denver's best restaurants.
    The room is privately located on the lower-level of a three story modern townhome. The room has tons of natural light and includes a queen size bed, storage space for all your belonging, TV with AppleTV hook-up (with access to Netflix, AmazonPrime, Hulu, HBO and other streaming services). Space includes your own private bath as well. Note we list two rooms at our house on Airbnb. They are located on separate floors but you may interact with other guests staying with us.
    RiNo (known to some as River North) is Denver's hottest neighborhood. It's know for it's outdoor art scene, trendy and delicious dining and all around fun. Everything is walking distance or a short bike or scooter ride away. The neighborhood has countless restaurants, bars, breweries, music venues and galleries. Some of our favorites include Work and Class, Fish N Beer, Infinite Monkey Therm, Finn's Manor, and Super Mega Bien. Coors Field AND Mission Ballroom are within walking distance. and Exdo event center is one block away. Our house is three blocks from the train to/from DIA and has easy access to downtown and public transportation. Or hop on one of the rentable scooters or bikes that dot almost every corner of the neighborhood.
  • We stayed at Rebecca’s during a weekend trip to Denver. Rebecca was extremely welcoming and accommodating, and she had a lot of great neighborhood recommendations. The location is very convenient to the RiNo neighborhood - we walked most places or you can take a quick Lyft to other parts of Denver. Highly recommend!
    Liz2019-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • Me and my boyfriend traveled to Colorado for our first time. Rebecca's place made it all happen, not only was the place spotlessly clean it was private and cozy. Rebecca's place is a quick walk from sooooo many bars, restaurants, breweries and places to see throughout the RiNo area and Denver as a whole. RiNo was great and Rebecca even gave us local tips. We had no problems staying here and only great things to say. We would 100% stay here again if we come back to visit Colorado.
    Nikole2019-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • Rebecca and Conner are great hosts, very knowledgeable of the area and generous with their space. The rooftop deck is awesome, make sure to check it out! And their dog is very adorable and friendly, and not overwhelming in case you're not a dog person. But I am and I loved him!
    Toby2019-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • What a wonderful experience! We absolutely loved the condo. The room and bath was located down the stairs when you first walk in so it was perfectly private from the rest of the house. Not that we needed it... we loved meeting Rebecca and Connor!!! The sweet pups (and jag the kitty) were a wonderful addition to making our experience as comfortable as possible. Rebecca was very prompt in returning my messages, and made us feel very welcome to using any and all appliances that we needed. We were able to do laundry twice while there so that was a HUGE help. They have a beautiful kitchen /living room space that had a small connecting deck. We also got to join them for a drink on their rooftop patio that overlooks downtown Denver! So fantastic. The condo is located in such a trendy, walkable area called RiNo. Full of bars, restaurants, amazing art murals, and boutiques. My new favorite hangout area in Denver. All in all, wonderful experience and I will absolutely be staying with Rebecca and Connor next time I come to Denver!
    Jill2019-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome host, house, & location! We had a private room and bathroom on a separate level of their home, with roof patio access to a gorgeous view of the city! We were within walking distance to all of the restaurants & breweries we wanted to visit downtown. Rebecca was very responsive to messages & an amazing host! They also have an adorable dog! Would definitely recommend!
  • Excellent location in RiNo less than a 10 minute walk from the train. Room was very private and clean. Would definitely stay here again!
    John2019-08-16T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at Rebecca and Connor’s place for 5 nights during our vacation in Denver. The home was centrally located in the RiNo neighborhood and within walking distance to tons of breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, and the downtown area near the arenas. If you’re interested in the more outdoors stuff, it’s about an hour and a half to Colo Springs, and 30 minutes to Boulder. We rented a car from the Enterprise on Broadway and had a great time doing the Manitou Incline, Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and Flatirons! All amenities were provided, including access to the common areas, and the check in/check-out process was seamless. Rebecca also provided us with tons of recommendations, and made our stay super comfortable. Highly recommend this place for your next trip to Denver!!
    Unwind and enjoy the city in our Cozy and Clean Guest Suite! We're new hosts on Airbnb and super excited to begin having guests stay at our recently furnished guest space. We live in the main, separable part of the property and are excited for you to use our space as a home base for which to decompress or explore the city! We are a ten min drive from downtown Denver or a 15 min bus ride. Just a short walk to the Denver Zoo or the Botanic Garden.
    The guest suite is located in the bottom floor of our duplex house.
    There's a taco truck usually at the end of the block and convenience stores further down Bruce Randolph.
  • Great little place that isn't too far from Lodo or Colfax. The place fits 6 people pretty easily and was clean. It was a great place to visit.
    Luke2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful accommodations in an excellent part of the city. We had a great stay!
    Courtney2019-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay was mixed, but quite bad overall. Some of this was my fault for not looking into the description more thoroughly, so the owner's are certainly not to blame for amenities they do not list (such as a kitchen or A/C). I highly recommend scanning through the listing to see what they include, because nothing that is not listed is in the property. Pros: Great communication: I got quick responses within the hour from the hosts, and they immediately accommodated my day of request to check in two hours early. Noise: The noise they mention as a possibility from living upstairs was nearly non-existent. Although we could hear footsteps from time to time, there were no significant noises that bothered myself or any of the other guests. Cons Smell: There was a very distinct odor upon entering the suite. All six of us noticed it, and although you would get used to it after about ten minutes or so, it came back as pungent as the last time each time you returned to the suite. Dog crap: There is a narrow alleyway that leads to the backdoor which is the entrance to the suite. When we arrived there was a dog turd laying in the middle of this alley. When we left the third day there were three dog craps in this alley-way. Flies buzzed over them, they obviously smelt quite terrible, and at night we had to shine our phone lights to avoid stepping in them. When you connect to the Wi-Fi you notice an all caps network named 'PICKUPYOURDOGPOOP'. So clearly the message has been sent before this review but it doesn't seem to be registering. Bare bones: Again, read the listing, they aren't misleading, although they take very flattering pictures of what I would describe to be on par with a 1.5 star motel room (which I would have chosen over this if I could go back). The furniture is all very cheap, the water pressure from the one available (bathroom) sink is about 20% of max pressure (although the shower works very well), and some things just make absolutely no sense, such as thin see through curtains blocking each of the bedroom closets? I would love to know what was going on with that.
    Jonathan2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • Selena accommodates us at the last minute and was very easy to communicate with. Checking in was simple and I appreciated the small touches to make our stay more comfortable. The water in the fridge came in handy as we weren't used to the higher altitude.
    A modern, Smart studio tucked away in the heart of Denver's RiNo Art District. Downtown is a short walk away with plenty of micro brewery's and restaurants along the way.
    It's a studio, it's modern. There are coffee shops, breakfast joints, brewery's restaurants, bars and much more within blocks. In the studio there is a queen size bed and a pull out sofa. The sofa has extra sheets and blankets in the lift up section.
    Jennifer2019-03-24T00:00:00Z
  • Everything was very clean and comfortable! The room was bigger than we anticipated and although it's a studio, it felt like plenty of room for three people. It's in a great location for getting to and from the airport and to downtown attractions.
    My place is close to City Park, The Denver Zoo, Natural History Museum, and downtown. There are tons of great restaurants nearby! NOLA, Jackrabbit Slims, and Corner ramen to name a few! My home is covered in lots of great art and bathed in natural light! This listing is for one of my two upstairs bedrooms. Both rooms are available to rent. I will be living in the main floor bedroom with my dog, Rudy! Each room comes with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee pot. My place is good for anyone!
    Great art, natural light, and a fully stocked library make you feel right at home! I have two bedrooms that I host through Airbnb on the top floor of my house, they share a large bathroom between them.
    Great neighborhood with character close to downtown and city park! Tons of great restaurants within walking distance including NOLA, Jackrabbit Slim's, Corner Ramen, and an awesome taco truck that parks down the block!
  • Super cool place! Thanks John for being such a great host!
    Cole2018-06-04T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed in john's home for about three months. John is a very nice and sympathetic person and I enjoyed all time we shared. His dog, Rudy, is really sweet and easy to handle :) john's home is beautiful designed including the offered rooms. I definitely would choose the room next time in case I am in Denver.
    Rene2017-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • This was a great place to stay during a weekend trip to Denver!! John was so nice and great and checking in was super easy and if we ever needed anything he was easy to reach. He also always let us know if someone else was going to be in the house whether it was another guest or handyman so we were never caught off guard. Also his dog Rudy is so great and would always hang out with us when we were chilling in the back yard area (which is super cool and the perfect place to hang out during the day or at night). The location is pretty good, definitely need to take an Uber to town but it’s less than $10. We had a rental car for a few days and it was super easy to park right out front which was great. Over all a super great stay!
    Nicole2018-06-11T00:00:00Z
  • John’s place was a great place to stay for my stay in Denver. It is indeed a hidden gem of the neighborhood. The backyard patio alone is the reason I chose to stay at John’s, other than to meet his dog, Rudy. John was respectful and mindful of my presence in his own home. Great atmosphere definitely, ummm I’m running out of stuff. Yeah man, quality first time AirBnB experience.
    Aaron2018-07-13T00:00:00Z
  • I really enjoyed my stay at Johns while on vacation. It added to the great experiences I had on vacation. I will stay here again for sure next time I come to Denver. John and Rudy (dog) are awesome and house and patio as well.
    Will2018-07-22T00:00:00Z
  • John is pretty laid back and easy to get along with (especially if you like to chill on the patio with some wine). His dog is well behaved and full of love and cuddles and is a pleasure to be around. The whole house looks just like it does in the pictures, absolutely gorgeous filled with amazing artwork and bright, welcoming colors. The back patio and backyard is fantastic! This place is absolutely perfect if you have a dog. There are places to eat and drink within walking distance, the location is really convenient. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone staying in Denver.
  • Blair's house exceeded our expectations! The space is so charming and adorable, and we loved the cute Harry Potter touches. Don't worry - if you're not a HP fan you wouldn't even notice! The bed was super comfy, as well as the couch. I was especially happy to see an essential oil diffuser in the room with great quality oils! The peppermint oil truly saved my nose on the first night. This home is in a wonderful location - no more than 15 minutes away from everything! 10/10 would recommend.
  • Cute place! The location was very convenient, room was stylish, amenities appreciated, nice value and the host's communication was very quick.
    Meredith2019-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Great little space, perfect for just me for two days, but would have worked fine with a significant other or close friend, too. The studio space was just as described, with a comfy bed and sofa, spacious shower, and kitchen/dining area. The entry is not totally obvious from the street, but I found it with no trouble thanks to an accurate description from my hosts. Having Netflix already set up on the TV was a nice bonus. This was a great home base to explore Denver, and my hosts were very responsive when I had a bit of an issue first unlocking the door (was able to access no problem with their assistance). If you need a cozy space to call home for 1-2 people, this is a great choice!
    Private suite with private entry. 1 bed/1bath private unit on 1st floor of a 3 story townhome in the artistic RiNo neighborhood, just north of downtown. We live upstairs, so available if needed. Perfect for foodies, it is walking distance to the newest restaurants, almost 20 breweries, and urban wineries. Take the train from the airport - no rental car needed as we are a few blocks from the 38th & Blake Station and one train stop from Union Station downtown.
    We set this space up to be your private suite, with everything you would expect in a hotel suite (iron, hair-dryer, etc.). The bathroom is newly remodeled. It comfortably fits 2 people with a queen bed, lounge chair with foot rest, 32 inch tv, desk, mini-refrigerator, and microwave. We even included a Keurig (with coffee provided). FREE street parking available. Parking has not been a problem yet, but is becoming more difficult due to the increasing popularity of the neighborhood. See our host reviews. Also consider taking the A-line train from the airport. We are a 3 block walk from the 38th and Blake Station, just one station from Union Station downtown.
    The RiNo (River North) neighborhood has become a very popular hotspot for artsy types in Denver, with a remarkable array of creative businesses, including architects, art galleries, designers, furniture makers, illustrators, painters, media artists, photographers, sculptors, and a wealth of studio spaces. While retaining its industrial character, the neighborhood has become fertile ground for established and emerging arts and artists. You'll also find cafes, restaurants and friendly people here.
  • This spot exceeded our expectations! From the pictures, the room looked quaint, cozy, clean and just right for our long weekend. Upon arrival there was a laminated guide of the neighborhood, a mini fridge stocked with beer and water, snacks and pleasant decor. The bathroom was large and clean with plenty of towels. The keyless entry made check in/out and coming and going super easy. Great, safe neighborhood with a lot within walking distance. Side note: the scooters around Denver are awesome and such a cool aspect of the city. Would definitely come back.
Location is great for exploring Denver by car or foot or bike or even public transit. Food and bar scene just down the street is super convenient with some awesome offerings - Bar Fausto, The Populist, and Park Burger to name a few. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay at Tony’s place again.
    Minutes from downtown Denver and the Denver Convention Ctr, this roomy and comfortable home is perfect for a business and holiday traveler, or new resident searching for permanent housing. The room has a cozy twin bed with access to a full bathroom.
    My house is located in the up and coming RiNO art district, minutes from bars, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, art galleries, and downtown Denver with its theatres and the Denver Convention Center. This cozy room is equipped with a twin bed and comfortable bedding, along with fresh towels. There is also an open concept kitchen / living room / dining room on the first floor, along with a full bathroom, which you may share with another Airbnb guest staying in the adjacent spare room. Newly Installed Central Air-Conditioning will provide with a comfortable experience during the hot summer months. It is a mere 8 minute drive from the Colorado Convention Center, and if you're renting a car, there is plenty of street parking available in the front of the home. I have an affection for art and music, which is expressed throughout the house that's full of natural light. It's a perfect alternative to hotels for those coming in for business, pleasure, to stay while house hunting or during short term work projects. There is Wi-Fi throughout the home, which is also equipped with the latest security technology (will provide a home manual, which shows you how to use the alarm system and will include your own security access code). Pets are allowed with no additional security deposit (there's even a doggy food and water bowl) but as expected, any damage caused by your pet(s) will be deducted from the original security deposit.
My home is walking distance to Jake's restaurant, the Walnut Room restaurant, Black Shirt Brewing, and the RiNO art district.
  • I felt very welcome at Kim's place, it was indeed 5 minutes to downtown with Uber charging around $7 - $9 for the trip. There was another guest in the house so I was able to chat for a while with someone even if Kim was not around. Kim was always accessible by phone if something else was needed. 100% recommended
    Oscar2015-07-11T00:00:00Z
  • The room was quiet and clean, the house had a lot of character. Located in the Cole neighborhood, a maximum 10 min uber ride to downtown. I enjoyed my stay there in this lovely house with Kim and her dog Sam.
    Andrei2015-04-09T00:00:00Z
  • Kim greeted me at the door when I arrived and had a whole list of places to see and things to do in the city. I had a wonderful time staying with her and will definitely check to see if her place is available the next time I'm in town!
    Rachel2015-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • The room is very clean and comfy. And I really like the lovely backyard where I wake myself up in the morning! Thanks for the hosting, Kim!
    Xiaochen2015-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • Kim was a great host. She was thorough with communication and sharing the necessary information. We were in contact before my trip and upon arrival she had a nice informational packet with details about the house and area. The room and house were exactly as advertised and perfect for a single person stay. The neighborhood was slightly off the beaten path, but a 10-15 minute walk to coffee shops, bars, etc near Larimer and 5 points areas and a 25 minute walk to the downtown and Coors field areas. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I am in Denver.
    Lexy2014-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Kim's home was cozy and quiet. My room was just what I needed: somewhere safe and comfy to crash in between adventures :) I really liked all the local art she had decorated with, and being in the arts district itself was pretty cool. Some people in Denver seemed to be a little wary of the area but I had no bad experiences and everyone I met was incredibly nice! I'm pretty sure Denver is one of the friendliest cities I've ever been to; If you come with out friends you will end up making some along the way! Including her terrier who is really sweet once he gets warmed up to you :) Kim was super cool and I felt welcome during my stay.
    Kimber2015-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Kim is friendly and great host.She has lot knowledge about the Airbnb community and how the system works. From the initial reservation to the second Kim was very responsive and thorough in her communication. Kim home is is very nice and clean, well decorated. Her home has been updated thou-out the years. Kim has two bedrooms for rent with shared bathroom. One bedroom with a queen and the other bedroom with a single bed. Parking is no issue in front of her house (Website hidden by Airbnb) The neighborhood is older.Little more rough or run down than some other areas of Denver that I have seen or stayed at before. Kim is very busy women with her hectic work schedule so her front and backyard needs little TLC,which is minor. Kim has cute little dog which at times can be little frisky,but she does keep him under control not to bother anybody. I was here for the Great American Beer Fest week. The location for me was perfect but does help if you have a car. There is nearby coffee cafe and famous Snooze for Breakfast. Marco's coal/wood fired Pizza! Both are must try! Many breweries: Epic, River North,Cooked Stave. 8-10 min to downtown convention center. Overall I was 100% satisfied with my stay at Kim place.
  • Zach's place was so great! We were in town for business and the location was great for commuting throughout the city. There is a nice little coffee shop around the corner and a community park down the street. The home is newly remodeled on the interior and super warm and welcoming. I would recommend Zach's place 10/10 and would stay here again!
  • This is a great space with great access to Denver and the surrounding areas. Zach accommodated a last minute request from me when my travel plans changed late Sunday afternoon and I ended up needing a place in Denver for Sunday night after my flight landed. Would definitely stay again!
The location is close to downtown, although the surrounding area is slightly sketchy upon first impression we felt very safe inside the home!
    Come enjoy our quiet neighborhood getaway! Easy access to the rest of Denver and the mountains, while being only steps from the trendy River North art district in Denver. See the best Colorado has to offer, any time of year! We're two locals (Will & Mary) that love our city and the places around it. Denver is a great town, and we'd love to have you come stay!
    We live in one of the many Denver bungalows built in denver in the late 1890s, which was renovated from top to bottom in 2012. The city has changed a lot since then, and what was once the suburbs is now close to some of Denver's best attractions. Inside, you'll find a clean, well kept space. We like to provide our guests with the same level of hospitality that we've come to want while adventuring. Fresh towels, hot coffee/tea, tips for where to find the best [food, music, booze, art, pot, history, shopping, etc] in town, and friendly attitude all are included at no extra charge.
    Cole (our neighborhood) is close to so many great parts of Denver. We have lots of local pubs, City Park is nearby, the Museum of Nature and Science (which I have passes to, so don't worry about paying), great concert venues, and some of the friendliest people I've ever met.
  • Wills place is in a great location for breweries and food. His pets were a huge bonus, so friendly!
    Justin2018-02-04T00:00:00Z
  • We came back home only today; this is why we could not write earlier. Will and Mary were charming hosts for us. Everything was all right. The fact that bedroom and bathroom are connected directly to the common living-room and kitchen is a bit strange, but that was not a problem.
    René2016-07-02T00:00:00Z
  • Will is a great host! He is very accommodating. Our flight was canceled due to an unexpected Spring snowstorm, forcing us to stay in Denver an extra night. Will immediately offered to extend our reservation. He and his girlfriend, Mary, and pets, Hudson and Marlo, really made the place feel like a home away from home. The photos precisely reflect the space.
    Jennie2016-04-16T00:00:00Z
  • Will was a great host to my friend and I when we were passing through Denver!
    Erin2018-03-21T00:00:00Z
  • Will and Mary were great hosts. Nice place and nice location. We will definitely come back.
    Jeffrey2017-07-23T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great experience staying at Will's house! Everything was ready for us when we arrived and he accommodated our midnight arrival time. The house was beautiful, the dog was awesome, and the interaction was great. Will was extremely helpful about the city and all it has to offer. The welcome letter was very helpful as well. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Denver!
    Cody2016-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • Our experience at Will's place was exceptional! His home was clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. And the shower was AMAZING after traveling all day. Will knew we were tired and let us crash immediately. The area is very close to I-70 if you are traveling through Colorado that way as well. Thanks for letting us stay at your place, Will!
    Tatum2016-01-18T00:00:00Z
  • Will and Mary’s place was perfect for me and my friend traveling to Denver. We each got our own room and we shared a full bathroom. The pets were a plus. Hudson is one of the most well behaved dogs I’ve ever met. If you’re a coffee drinker ask for a tutorial on how to use the coffee maker! Mary made us coffee one morning and it was delicious. You’re not right down town, but we never waited more than a couple minutes for an Uber or Lyft to take us downtown. You could walk if you really wanted to. Overall it was a great space and the hosts were very welcoming and kind. Will was flexible with check-in time for us, which we really appreciated!
    Minutes from downtown Denver and the Denver Convention Ctr, this roomy and comfortable home is perfect for business & holiday travelers, or new residents searching for permanent housing. Room has a cozy queen bed with full bathroom just for your use.
    My house is located in the up and coming RiNO art district, minutes from bars, restaurants, art galleries, downtown Denver with its theatres and the Denver Convention Center. This cozy room is equipped with a queen bed and comfortable bedding, along with fresh towels. There is also an open concept kitchen / living room / dining room on the first floor, along with a full bathroom, which you may share with another Airbnb guest staying in the adjacent spare room. Newly Installed Central Air-Conditioning will provide with a comfortable experience during the hot summer months. It is a mere 8 minute drive from the Colorado Convention Center, and if you're renting a car, there is plenty of street parking available in the front of the home. I have an affection for art and music, which is expressed throughout the house that's full of natural light. It's a perfect alternative to hotels for those coming in for business, pleasure, to stay while house hunting or during short term work projects. There is WiFi throughout the home, which is also equipped with the latest security technology (will provide a home manual, which shows you how to use the alarm system and will include your own security access code). I also have a dog Sam, a small Westie mix, so if you are allergic to animals then this would probably not work for you. One pet is allowed with no additional security deposit, but as expected, any damage caused by your pet will be deducted from the original security deposit.
    The Cole / RiNO neighborhood is continually evolving, with new restaurants, co-working spaces, breweries and art galleries popping up all the time. But it still remains a quiet neighborhood, with the City Park nearby to have a picnic or go for a run, along with drop-in yoga studios. The locals are very friendly and in a good mood, because Denver is offers a great quality of life.
  • Great host. Great place. Clean. Awesome neighborhood
    Ashley2015-08-07T00:00:00Z
  • After a day out it was nice to come back to a warm inviting house. It felt like being home. Every conveniance was made available.
    Eric2015-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, near a bunch of cool spots in the area. Easy parking, quick highway access, clean house, great host, would definitely recommend.
  • My travels through the mountains toward Denver took much longer than expected, and Kim was very accommodating regarding my changing arrival time. Once arrived, she welcomed me and explained the house rules very well. Also, her puppy is all sorts of cute. Kim provided magazines regarding Denver attractions (beer!), which I was happy to review. Kim's house is very conveniently in a residential area but close to very cool neighbourhoods: breweries, cafés, new shops, etc. I very much enjoyed walking around Denver from her house. Also, I had no problem parking on her street, so drivers shouldn't be concerned about parking availability. Kim was super friendly -- our conversations were helpful for understanding Denver and its growing industries. I would definitely stay with Kim again.
    Donald2015-05-28T00:00:00Z
  • Kim is an awesome lady and we loved our time at her place! Very friendly and welcoming and was super helpful with advice of things to do in the area. Her house is beautifully decorated with some really cool art and vintage music memorabilia and the room and private bathroom were just as described. Would def stay here again!
    Shane2015-04-30T00:00:00Z
  • Kim was welcoming and answered any and every question that my girlfriend and I had during our visit. My girlfriend especially liked being able to give some special tummy rubs to her dog Sam. The neighborhood was a short Lyft or Uber to anywhere we wanted to go around RiNo or LoDo and was never more than a few minutes away.
    Matt2015-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • So this was a pretty great place, the room is cozy and it's just a over all good place for the money, if your stopping into town and need a place to stay I would def recommend it, she does have a little dog that can be a little aggressive, I mean I was hardly there so maybe she just needs to get to know you and she's just protecting her house. Kim was great and very accommodating all in all it was a good experience.
    Steven2015-01-24T00:00:00Z
  • Kim was awesome and very welcoming. Her home was clean and cozy... not to mention an extremely comfortable bed! The house was in a great location, close to everything. We enjoyed local coffee shops and restaurants /breweries and even caught our favorite band at a local venue. Her dog Sammy is cute and friendly. We would recommend Kim's place anyday!
  • Back in Denver we felt welcome and at home again in Jimbo's little sunny house! We enjoyed our stay and we enjoyed the very good breakfast at this place! The house is always neet and clean! We could not get our suitcases in time from the airport (they got lost); Jimbo was such a great help to contact the flight company and and he helped us with everything what we needed from our suitcase! Most of all we loved to meet Jim and Beth again! We will be back soon! Roswitha and Rudy
  • What a great place to stay! This room was completely private -- private entrance and private bath -- just as described. I enjoyed sitting by the fire pit which has a great sky view. The bed was very comfortable, the room, bathroom, and shared kitchen (the only areas I used) were all very clean. It's clear that Jimbo takes great care of this place. I will definitely try to stay here again the next time I am in Denver!
    Stephen2015-03-22T00:00:00Z
  • I had a wonderful experience staying at Jim's place. He manages his home in a very professional manner and is accustomed to traveling and hosting travelers. His home is clean, cozy, and inviting. Many great brew pubs and eateries are in close proximity. I would recommend anyone traveling to Denver to check out his place!
    Kc2014-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • Jim and Beth are the best - I always appreciate their hospitality - truly a home away from home. Thanks so much!
    John2014-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • Decided to book a spot very last minute, Jim was super accommodating and set out a key under a doormat for us as well as hooking us up with a pair of bikes. House is CUTE! Fire pit is great, kitchen is well appointed, common spaces are pretty and well maintained. Jim was very open to telling us about stuff to go and things to do while on a holiday, was occasionally around puttering about the garden and stuff but was very respectful of our desire to have a private romantic getaway kind of weekend. Would definitely come back again.
    Shalin2015-03-31T00:00:00Z
  • Jimbo was the best host I have had on Airbnb so far. I was driving cross country and emailed him requesting to stay that evening. He responded and accepted my request within no more than 15 minutes, and promptly responded to all my communications. When I arrived he was waiting outside, and gave me the tour. Everything was spotless, and the space was warm and inviting. He took me to my room where I was welcomed with Pandora music on. He showed me the kitchen and introduced a few other guests staying in other rooms. It was a fantastic stay, and I will definitely try rebooking next time I am in Denver!
    Christopher2016-09-20T00:00:00Z
  • Jimbo's guest house was pretty sweet. I appreciated the quirky and thoughtful decor (ski handrails! Steampunk shower!), which made it much more delightful than a regular hotel stay. Jimbo was at the house hanging out and welcoming other guests when I arrived, and I felt similarly welcomed. The room I rented was very clean, spacious, comfortable and private. The other guests were very quiet and polite. Couldn't ask for anything more during my stay.
    Remodeled home near Denver's funky, artsy, trendy RiNo District. Just 5 minutes from RiNo, light rail to Union Station/airport, and I-70/I-25. Just 9 blocks from Denver City Park, 18-hole golf course, Denver Zoo, Natural History Museum & IMAX. The house: updated everything | new, modern furniture | beautiful kitchen | whiskey bar | swamp cooler | modern bathrooms | off-street parking | high-speed wifi | patio set | finished basement | Perfect for: individuals, couple, business
    This is a basement bedroom, across the hall from the bathroom. It has two windows that let in sunlight (the room faces the south side of the house, so it gets good light). This is a 1924 home in a historic neighborhood 5 minutes from RiNo and 8 minutes from downtown. We have completely renovated it in 2016 with modern appliances and amenities, while still preserving the historic character of the house with a vintage minimalism. From specially commissioned artwork for this house to antiques from the 1890s to decor that tells a story of social justice, we have worked hard to make this our home, a peaceful, restful haven from the craziness of life.
    We live in the Clayton neighborhood on the northeast side of downtown. It's full of old homes, quaint coffee shops, and prime access to RiNo, City Park, golf courses, and the A-line train that goes to Denver International Airport. It is approximately a 10-minute drive into downtown.
  • Banks was a great host! I didn't meet him until checkout but communication was great. Room is exactly as described and there's even a little go to sheet with helpful information.   • Bank's place was amazing! It was easy to check in because there is keyless entry lock on the door. The place has great shared kitchen and on the 2nd floor and we have private room (we can lock our room on the door). Also, there is one of the best coffee shop just 1mins away from his place, I loved not only coffee but also tea. Banks helped me how to check in and provided me a new dryer quickly (It's sad someone stole his dryer before my stay.). I highly recommend this place to stay. Thank you Banks!
The room itself does not have a TV, but the adjacent room (which is a shared basement common room) does have a TV. You are welcome to use it, but we also might use it from time to time (though we are not big TV people!). This is a 1924 home in a historic neighborhood 5 minutes from RiNo and 8 minutes from downtown. We have completely renovated it in 2016 with modern appliances and amenities, while still preserving the historic character of the house with a vintage minimalism. From specially commissioned artwork for this house to antiques from the 1890s to decor that tells a story of social justice, we have worked hard to make this our home, a peaceful, restful haven from the craziness of life.
    We live in the Clayton neighborhood on the northeast side of downtown. It's full of old homes, quaint coffee shops, and prime access to RiNo, City Park, golf courses, and the A-line train that goes to Denver International Airport.
  • Banks was a very communicative and accommodating host. The place was very clean and well appointed. Close drive to all the great restaurants and bars in RiNo. Would stay here again. Thanks!
  • This room was just what we wanted - quiet, private and comfortable. Banks and his roommates were welcoming hosts. Great neighborhood for walking or easy public transit to local events. We hope to stay there again.
  • Very shortly after requesting to book accommodations at Bank's residence I had my confirmation. He provided me with extremely detailed yet succinct instructions on how to navigate to and enter the property. I was greeted with an extremely clean and inviting space where I would be spending my time in Denver. There was a document awaiting my arrival which outlined amenities (such as fast WIFI) and attractions nearby. Upon meeting Banks, he ensured that I was comfortable in the accommodations and it was clear that he wanted to make sure that I not only enjoyed my stay in his house, but also my experience in Denver. I would recommend his booking to any of my friends looking for a home away from home while visiting the area.
  • We had a great stay at Bank's place. Banks is a great host; he checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed help with anything. He was also really accommodating with our early arrival and departure. Not only is Banks super welcoming, his home is very comfortable. Next time I am in Denver I would most likely stay again; I also would totally recommend friends to stay at Banks.
