This is a charming historic unit with french doors and a non-working fireplace with lots of natural light. The unit is nicely furnished and ideal for up to four guests. The unit is on the second floor of a Victorian home built in 1903. LOCATION: The apartment is just 1.3 mi from U.S. Bank Stadium, walking distance to downtown and minutes away from the Minneapolis Institute of Art. Convenient bus lines run to Uptown, LynLake and, U of M campus. Coffee shops and Eat Street are close-by, as well.
This space has a lot of historic charm with east and south facing windows which bring in lots of natural light. This is a small apartment so although it will fit up to four people, occasionally I get feedback that the apartment is most ideal for two. However, I have had many groups of three and four who were delighted with the space. It depends on where one is from right? New Yorker's and people coming from urban areas find the space to have plenty of room, while people from rural areas sometimes feel the space is too small. I think the space is somewhat small, but well appointed and optimized for best use. The home was built in 1903 and is an example of a paired down victorian. Although the unit has been updated and modernized it still has many aspects unique to an older home such as squeaky floor boards, tighter access points, and blemishes on the porcelain bathtub and sink. The heat is controlled by myself on the third floor of the house, so if some adjustment of the heat is desired one should contact me regarding any concerns and I can make appropriate adjustments.
The neighborhood is a diverse, busy and urban area with some charm and a lot of grit. There are a number of cafes and stores within walking distance. The Boiler Room cafe is a charming garden level coffee shop situated in the a boiler room of a commercial building and is 2 blocks away. CVS and Starbucks are about 2 blocks away as well. MIA or Minneapolis Institute of Arts and The Minneapolis Convention Center are about 5 blocks away. A restaurant called The Copper Hen is about a 7 block walk and has French fusion food and a charming high end country aesthetic (think Marie Antoinette playing peasant in her pretend village). Wedge Table is about 6 blocks walk and features organic healthy wholesome food with a spacious and clean cafeteria style layout. Slice of New York is 5 blocks away, open late, and has the kind of delicious and greasy pizza slices one would grab before hopping on the subway for a night out in New York. The Bad Waitress (a diner), a Pizzeria called Black Sheep Pizza, and Pancho Villa Mexican Restaurant are all good choices on 26th and Nicollet, which is about 8 blocks away. Ice House is on 25th and Nicollet and has great food, live music, and outdoor seating adjacent to a pocket park with a water feature and sculptures. The Black Forest is a German Beer Garden with German food (nothing to write home about) but a really lovely outdoor terrace. Little Tijuana Restaurant is open super late and has great Mexican food. Rainbow Chinese is excellent and about 12 to 14 blocks away along with Quangs and Pho 79 which are both lively and affordable. There are a number of Asian Restaurants on Nicollet which people like, but I have not personally tried them.
  • Great location close to bus routes and downtown.. very comfortable.

    Carrie2019-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely amazing stay stylishly decorated, and cozy. The location is spot on it’s close to downtown and close to anything else you might want to do away from downtown as well. Finding a proper parking spot was sometimes challenging so make sure you are up to date on your parking laws.

    Dustin2018-04-13T00:00:00Z
  • This place is perfect for a quick stay. I was so impressed with the decor. (I kept thinking how the space was perfect and so cute for a NYC apartment.) The check in process was extremely easy and efficient, which our group appreciated. There were three of us and the space is on the smaller side but was exactly what we expected. The love seat pulls out into a single bed, which wasn’t shown in the photos. So that was a pleasant surprise when discovered. All sheets and towels were easily found and I could not get over how much the space was maximized in use. Also, appliances and how it was decorated showed how much the hosts cared about the space, which I appreciated.

  • Very nice, clean and a relatively easy 1 mile walk to the City

    John2018-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I enjoyed a nice visit to Minneapolis. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. We walked to the Twins stadium with several stops along the way. Lunch at Spoonriver, ice cream at Izzy's, and then walked across Stone Arch Bridge. Thomas's place is in walking distance to Avis/Budget. Thank you for sharing your place with us. If ever back in Minneapolis this will be our first choice.

    Carissa2019-08-23T00:00:00Z
  • The place was such a lovely private place to stay in my short time there. I love the style and decor and acoustics were pretty great!

  • very comfortable bed in a great location.

    Nicole2019-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • This is a good place if all you’re looking for is a comfortable bed. Otherwise it needs some work. Conner’s communications were great. The place was easy to check in to and it’s in a great neighborhood.

    Art2019-08-19T00:00:00Z
  • Connors place is still in the works. Good location only short walk scooter or cab ride from 5 diff cool neighborhoods including Uptown or center city or stadiums. The place needs some improvements that he’s undertaking....cleaning paint additional amenities. etc. He’s open and very responsive.

Enjoy staying in Minneapolis, Minnesota's premier city. A short walk from downtown, the convention center, Minneapolis Art Institute, restaurants, entertainment. Hip and up-n-coming neighborhood full of eclectic foods and shops. Must stops: The Boiler Room Coffee House, Electric Fetus Records, The Minneapolis Art Institute. Eat local at Tibet Kitchen or $5 Pizza (no joke). Please excuse work being done in the common stairs and hallways. We are in the process of renovating apartments for you!
You will have your own apartment within a small apartment building that is part of renovated 120 year old mansion ( and currently under some step by step updating). Your space is completely private and secure. This is unit 4 on the second floor of the building. The building is in a downtown urban neighborhood.
Our home is nestled in the Whittier Park Neighborhood, walking distance to the Minneapolis Convention Center and many downtown venues and sightseeing.
  • Basic comfy apartment. Close to downtown. Some interesting food options within walking distance. Full kitchen. Street parking, but I never had an issue finding a nearby spot.

    Aubrey2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • The one bhk apartment is good and had all mentioned amenities, the only problem I thought was the common area which doesn't smell good..

    Apoorva2019-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • I will keep this brief, but before booking here research the area and make sure it’s where you want to stay. I made the mistake of not doing so. In addition, there is a reason why there is no depiction of the outside of the house and why all the focus is on inside the unit. Unfortunately, we decided to leave after 20 mins of being there. I wouldn’t necessarily say it was the host’s fault, they were very great people in our communications but it was the first time that an Airbnb was different than the feel I got from it online. Also, “Moderate” cancellation apparently means you get less than 15% of your entire fee back, even after only spending 20 mins in the unit and cancelling right after check-in. Even requested the cleaning/service fee back because *spoiler* there was no cleaning or service done this weekend (because we never stayed there!). The host declined that request. Have learned a lesson in doing more research into where I am staying in the future. Oh well.

The unit is located on the second floor of an early 1900's mansion that has been converted into apartments. Perfectly located in Stevens Square. The apartment was originally a one bedroom which I have converted into a studio with an office. I favored the idea of a queen bed in the living space, turning the room into a work/study area instead. TV is smart, app-based only.
The apartment does have a private bathroom with a great claw foot bathtub.
Stevens square and the surrounding neighborhoods offer something for everyone. The centralized location makes it close to all neighborhoods of Minneapolis, including the North Loop and Uptown and the University of MN. It’s also a quick, one-mile walk to the convention center.
  • Alex's place was perfect! Great location, comfortable and spacious in a gorgeous building. I absolutely loved the porch and the bed was Super comfortable. Alex was really great and easy to communicate with. I will definitely stay there next time I visit the cities.

    Lily2018-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • Alex's place is nice and centrally located, walking distance to the convention center and downtown, and a short bike ride away from the lakes (which are worth the visit!). Lots of food options really close by, a bike rental dock a few short blocks away. Checkin was super easy and the place had everything I needed for my stay. Alex was very responsive and got a hiccup squared away for me at the place as soon as she could. Thanks!

    Jason2018-10-25T00:00:00Z
  • Stylish apartment within walking distance of some cool neighborhoods/restaurant options as well as downtown. Very responsive when minor issue arose.

  • What a great place to call home while you’re in town! Very close to downtown, and a 24 hr cafe with 2 happy hours a block away!!

    Rodney2018-04-28T00:00:00Z
  • Alex’s apartment was the perfect place to call home for our 2 night stay in Minneapolis. The unit was even better than advertised. It will be our first choice anytime we visit Minneapolis moving forward. Alex was incredibly quick to respond leading up to check in and even during our stay. Much appreciated!

    Patrick2018-12-02T00:00:00Z
  • This old mansion is conveniently located to a lot of fun Minneapolis things. Check in was easy, but be sure to double check with Alex to make sure there is bedding if you plan to use the futon or AirMattress. We had to go without bedding for the first night, until she was able to deliver the extra bedding the next morning. Off street parking was a nice feature in this busy area. If you are more of a country mouse, than city mouse, be sure to bring ear plugs as the highway and it’s noise is rather close. As the previous reviewer said, this is certainly a cozy place for more than two people. Maybe a couple with two small kids, but not three or four unrelated grownups unless you want more of a slumber party feel or just needed a place to sleep. The futon is is the main room with the queen size bed. You have to pass through the small office/extra bedroom to get to the bathroom, and the main room has just the futon or bed as far as sitting or hanging out space goes. I stayed with my partner and a friend and it was cozy, but fine for just two nights. If you like cooking while you are on vacation, the apartment does has a huge refrigerator and full size stove— just not a lot of counter space and only the futon as a place to sit and eat. I would recommend this space for one or two people who want a convenient place to spend the night close to downtown Minneapolis.

    Melissa2018-01-28T00:00:00Z
  • I really enjoyed Alex's place. The light was great, the bed was very comfortable and the building was neat. All in all a nice spot and Alex was easy to communicate with. I did have a car and there was plenty of space to park safely in the back. Thank you.

    Amy2018-07-26T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment is beautiful and clean, just perfect! The location is close to several great restaurants and grocery stores and a close walk to downtown. Communication with Alex was great and check in/check out were easy. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Apartment #3 is the lower(basement)level of the 1806 Lasalle mansion. In my opinion, this one offers the best character, with exposed brick walls, decorative arches and stained concrete floors. It has an industrial feel, warmed up with bohemian decor and ultra comfy mattresses, pillows and blankets!
The apartment is dedicated to our guests. This is primarily an apartment for Airbnb. What is in the apartment is for our guests to use! This floor plan has some great space and a lot of character that is well noted! You’ll love the stay!
Stevens square and the surrounding neighborhoods offer something for everyone. The centralized location makes it close to all parts of Minneapolis, including the North Loop and Uptown and the university of MN.
  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alex's place. The location was fantastic, and we were able to walk to local food and drink spots with ease. The space itself was wonderful. It was roomy, clean, and felt like home for the weekend. Alex was also a great communicator and helped us to check in a little early to drop off our luggage. The price was fantastic for the location and space. I'd highly recommend a stay for anyone looking to travel to MPLS.

    Adam2018-04-15T00:00:00Z
  • Alex was a great host. It was easy to get there whenever was convenient for us. Her response time over text was phenomenal, and we had no doubts that we had a safe space to stay while in the city. I liked that there were multiple doors that we could lock and that there was lots of space in the apartment. It was awesome to have private parking, too!

    Joshua2018-04-29T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our stay here. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very functional. There were plenty of plates, bowls, silverware and even tupperware to use. The location was fairly close to public transportation. During our stay, I did find two small spiders (which doesn't really bother me, but it might bother someone else). There are also many mouse traps located in the utilities closet, but I never saw any mice. It does have a basement feel to it, with pipes from the other apartments overhead and windows above eye level. I would add that there's a lot of sound transmission through the walls and ceiling from the other apartments (this is coming from people who study sound transmission and maybe worry about it more than most people do). Alex was very quick to respond and generous in the booking process. The location is a convenient walking distance from downtown at a very affordable cost for accommodating 3-4 people. Would book here again.

    Brian2018-05-10T00:00:00Z
  • This place is good value for large groups, but it's a bit hard to see in the photos what it's actually like. It's not really 2 bedrooms, there's 1 bedroom and living room with sofa and another bed, and there's one more mattress frame that could be moved. Amenities-wise we got unlucky. The host was away and couldn't help with our issues: some bed sheets were missing, the shampoo and toilet paper ran out, and there was no iron. The code lock is finicky, I had trouble getting in sometimes.

    Anna2019-06-07T00:00:00Z
  • Thanks for the modern accommodations. The place was close to the Convention Center and we were able to walk to everything we needed.

  • Frank was very accommodating and even met me go guide me around the amenities as well as suggested places to eat. His place is walking distance from great bites and drinks. He was very responsive and helpful throughout. Would stay again

  • It was raining when I arrived at the airport. Frank left it up to me how I arrived, and I elected to take the light rail. I was amazed that he walked 6 or so blocks to meet me near the light rail station and then show me how to get to his place using the maze of connections that link downtown buildings. This was awesome hospitality! He was relaxed about check in and check out times, and overall a great host!

The Whittier neighborhood is one of the oldest in the city of Minneapolis. In the 1800's the area was the choice of the wealthy who built their homes here because the land was at a higher elevation than surrounding terrain and was close to the downtown business district. Many of these homes still stand strong, giving our portion of Whittier the title "Historic Mansion District". Today you will find everything is nearby - Convention Center, three beautiful parks, theaters, museums, dining, groceries, coffee shops, laundry, pharmacy, and shopping - all within walking distance.
  • We had a great experience staying at this location for two nights. There was plenty of room for our party of three (we used two bedrooms and an inflatable bed). Bedrooms were well appointed with very comfortable beds and bedding. The touchdown spaces in the kitchen and living rooms worked out well. AR was extremely prompt in coordinating our meetup time and patiently acquainted us with the rooms and amenities. A very positive experience overall and we'd certainly book this house again if we ever need a place to stay in Minneapolis.

  • My boyfriend stayed at the mansion for four days and I joined him on the final night. He needed a quiet place to work on his paper. He told me that he was loving the place and the hosts were very nice people. The mansion is centrally located. There were plenty of good coffee shops and restaurants nearby for him to visit during the day. He also drove to a nearby grocery store to have his own foods on hand and make the kitchen feel like his own. My observations: The hosts put care and thought into the details of the home making it a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. Most of the flooring was wood, which I love. They put a layer of foam under some of the larger rugs to make it nice and squishy to walk over. They put beautiful fresh flowers in the bedroom and kitchen. They left a box of tissue by our bed, which was perfect because my boyfriend was nursing a cold. They had nice citrusy hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen. Electric candles at each window gave the home a warm and quietly festive feel at night. My boyfriend had initially wondered if he should ask about bringing a space heater with him but that was not necessary because the heating was adequate. They left some basic but thoughtfully selected foods for us in the kitchen that we had the option to enjoy: bottled water, organic milk, organic and gluten free cereal options, organic fruit, Tamari soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil, organic canola oil, peppercorn and sea salt in grinders, various teas, coffee beans and grinder. I felt spoiled actually. They did not have to, but they cared enough to pay attention to all of those details. The hosts were responsive with communications. They were always just a text message away. My boyfriend also felt welcome to call or visit them directly if he needed to communicate anything. Our experience at the mansion reflected the hosts as tasteful and thoughtful people. The hosts were friendly and warm people and they gave him the quiet space he was looking for (Website hidden by Airbnb)

  • Great place! Convenient location. Everything was as listed. We stayed with another couple and it was the perfect size, there was a 3rd bedroom we didn't use. A.R. Was kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends coming to Minneapolis. Lastly, the porch is perfect for coffee in the morning!

  • This was my first Airbnb experience and it couldn't have happened with a more delightful host! The house was beautiful and A.R. Was wonderful. We were several hours late due to a snowstorm and he as so gracious. My traveling partner got food poisoning from a stop on the way and A.R. was so gracious. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I highly recommend this host!

  • Wonderful location, three blocks from Minneapolis Institute of Art. Close also to Eat Street, with dozens of ethnic food restaurants. Lively scene. A.R.'s home is beautiful--gorgeous porch. Plenty of room for guests, including well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining room.

  • A. R. is a great host and has a great house in the Mansion District. He welomed us and gave us a quick & thorough orientation to the house. The location is great and convenient to downtown. The house is quiet and feels like a home away from home. Parking was easy. We'd stay here again any time!

Our garden-level studio is located in the quiet Steven Square neighborhood, steps from the Convention Center, and right on the edge of Downtown Minneapolis, blocks from Eat Street, the Minneapolis Institute of Art, Children's Theatre Company, and more. This cozy basement studio has it's own kitchenette, bathroom, and key-less entry from outside.
This cozy space is located on the garden level of our historic cottage condo unit. We have setup this space especially with Airbnb guests in mind complete with everything you might need, whether you are here for a convention or just to visit! There is a double bed, plus a sofa bed. We way the unit can sleep up to 4 people, but please be aware that it is close quarters for four people.
Stephen's Square is a quiet neighborhood in the center of Minneapolis. We are a short walk or bus ride away from the convention center and downtown Minneapolis, many restaurants on Nicollet Avenue (known as Eat Street to locals), Loring Park, and the Minneapolis Institute of Art. We love living in Stephen's Square because it is close to everything and very easy to get around, but doesn't have all the late night noise of downtown. Some guests have told us it's a bit sketchy after dark, and while we understand the vibe, we both feel comfortable being out and about anytime of the day.
  • Great people. Great place. would stay again.

  • Gavin and Caroline are wonderful hosts. My kids and I stayed in their study during my professional conference. We were supposed to leave Saturday, a blizzard changed that. Throughout the ordeal of trying to get a flight, etc., Caroline and Gavin were supportive and kind and extended our stay for one day. The studio is in an excellent location from downtown--four short blocks to conference center and walking distance from many interesting places (or public transport). The amenities were just great--including the food, fresh towels, decor, and coffee. I would definitely stay here again, alone or with my children (15 and 17 years old). Also, their emails communicating instructions as well as offering tips were great, because I felt safe and at home even before arriving.

  • Garvin's place was a great location for exploring the city. It was very close to downtown, but also close to the Lowry Hill area where there are a lot of good restaurants and stores. And of course, easy access to the interstate. Electric Fetus, where Prince was known to shop for records, is literally just down the street. The suite itself had all the luxuries and was very private. Garvin provided clean towels, there was shampoo/soap for the shower, and there was even assorted snacks and beverages. There was a hospitality binder with recommendations for the area. We only had the opportunity to try one of Garvin's restaurant suggestions, but it was a slam dunk. There is a designated parking spot, access to the suite was easy, and Garvin made sure to contact me before and after my stay. The only thing I would note: the bed is on the smaller side, and as it is a basement suite, there is some noise from upstairs/normal house noises. That being said, both myself and my boyfriend slept well and had no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

  • The garden apartment was conveniently located to downtown. It was just a short walk to MIA, which we definitely recommend, and around the corner from a nice city park, which was great for kids. The apartment had everything you'd need for a stay in the city.

Quiet and clean room for rent in the historic Steven's Square-Loring Park neighborhood. Perfect for a longer term 1-3 month stay. This is a central location to nearly everything you'd want to do in Minneapolis. Easy access to downtown, uptown, loring park, and interstate corridor 94 and 35. Walk or bike to coffee shops, restaurants, public transit, museums, parks, or grocery stores.
This is a clean, quiet, and quaint room in a beautifully kept 1915 building. Lots of natural light, modern updated bathroom and kitchen, and large common spaces for reading-eating-internetting.
  • I was a longterm stay at Dre's place and she was great. Accommodating, respectful, knew the city well, and cared about her guests and her space. The location is wonderful and the place is cozy. Also the room is very nice. Neighbors are mostly good. I biked around the city everywhere. There's a garage for bikes and there's bike lanes, and it's also not too far to get to the midtown greenway. Overall a good experience.

  • Andrea is an amazing host and makes you feel at home. The location is very close to downtown Minneapolis at a very quiet location and accessible via local transit network. The apartment is super-clean and very scenic. Andrea has lots of plants in the house which make the house really comfortable to live in. There are all the amenities one could ask for.

  • I stayed here for one month in July 2018 and cannot recommend this listing highly enough. Dre's apartment and the room available to rent is a little perfect haven in Minneapolis. As mentioned, the apartment is in a quaint beautiful building in a very safe neighborhood and extremely easy walking access to the downtown area. From day one, the apartment was impeccably clean and very tastefully furnished. The room itself is extremely comfortable for a single guest. After a late arrival due to a delayed flight, it was a treat to arrive to a cozy room with snacks and water thoughtfully included by Dre. My favorite common space in the apartment is a beautiful sunroom with great natural lighting, perfect for reading and doing work from home. The dining, living and kitchen areas are very large and well equipped. I really appreciated having access to a well functioning washer/dryer as well. The bathroom was very clean and included a large tub with great water pressure! The apartment is on the first floor but street noise was never an issue. Dre is a delightful host; she is a very caring housemate, available for wonderful conversation but happy to let you do your own thing too. I truly enjoyed my stay at her place and still can't believe how lucky I was to find this listing! I'm sure future guests will also feel this way.

Renovated to match our building renovations. Parking lot side of our building, no busy traffic out your window. Second Floor, with access to the shared amenities. Laundry on site, Fitness room. The common Area has Cable, Wi-Fi, and more! Cable not in suite. Can connect to the Wi-Fi from the suite (strongest in 1st floor common area). 1 outdoor parking spot provided with stay. Furnished with couch, reading chair and table for 4 in the living room and dinning area, Full size bed in bedroom.
Nice updated apartment building with a furnished suite. Great for that home feel for a few days or weeks! 2nd floor, with a small walk from the elevator down the hall.
Great location with easy on and off access to I94 and 35W. 3 blocks to the nearest sky way entrance at Leaminton Ramp, and a quick walk to US Bank Stadium and the Minneapolis Civic Center.
  • Very convenient place if you're in town for an event at the convention center or a game. It also comes with a parking spot which is nice if you have a car. The pictures are accurate and the place was very clean and spacious. Whoever was hosting (never met them in person) was also very accommodating and offered to get me an iron when I asked if there was one to use. They also let me check in a bit earlier which was great cause I flew in too early and had to haul luggage everywhere. My only gripe with the place was the wi-fi was very spotty. A few other reviews mentioned that there was a lack of basic things like coat hangers or pots/pans and although I didn't need those things, I did see them. Also someone mentioned the garage was loud, and yes it is pretty loud but I really only heard it in the morning and after work hours. Overall good value for the price and I would recommend it if you need to stay near downtown.

  • The apartment we stayed in at FIT was exactly what we needed - a home away from home! We loved the casual yet upscale vibe from the apartment and the host. Everything was extremely clean and enough to support our extended stay out of town. We will definitely be back the next time we travel to Minneapolis!

    Emma2019-04-28T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay! The host's communication about check-in, the tv, etc. was great; the bed and couch were very comfortable; we had enough towels, blankets, and pillows; and the location is awesome. The only thing we wished we'd had was a coffee pot - otherwise we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

    Mikayla2019-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • Good stay, walkable to downtown. Responsive to a few issues that I had. The common area is really neat - I wish I had taken advantage of it. The gym is a nice perk too!

    Nicki2019-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • There are some redeeming qualities to this place. The space is huge! Tons of closet space. They allow pets. There's a gym and club room area, which is cool. And, there's parking. These are all great things to have. It's hard for me to write this, because I've never given less than a 5 star review before, but, I take issue with the serious lack of really basic things... You pay for lots of closets, yet there were no hangers. You pay for a full kitchen, yet there's no pots / pans, nor a COFFEE MAKER. You pay for a TV, yet there's no remote, nor a cable or antenna hookup. So, it's useless. Missing lots of basic things that you need if you're going to be staying at a place for a few days or a week. (no bucket for ice maker, no bath mat or garbage in bathroom, no door mat for wet shoes, etc, etc.) While I wouldn't stay there again, it is a big, clean space near downtown with parking included. I'd recommend that anyone considering this place makes sure that the host has addressed all of these missing things before booking. Best of luck...

The apartment is our most antique and classic in the whole mansion. This one packs in a ton of character and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. It is on the main floor and also has its own private entrance from the outside.
The space is much larger than the picture appears. The apartment has been updated with a new kitchen and bathroom with most of the original lighting and woodwork in tact. Please note: one of the beds is in an open
Stevens square is a sought after neighborhood with a great spread of people living in the area. I love being about to get anywhere in 5-10 minutes. It’s also about 20 minutes to the airport which is convenient. Close by is the convention center, target field, target center, and the USbank stadium. Just a few miles away is the University of Minnesota.

    Maria2019-07-14T00:00:00Z
  • We loved our stay here! The apartment is wonderful with all the original woodwork and doors. The shower is perfect with the rainfall shower. It was very quiet and we never heard anyone else coming or going. Would stay here again on another visit.

  • Beautiful place, fantastic location, great host....check this place out y’all!

    Shane2018-06-13T00:00:00Z
  • This was a lovely, charming space in an ideal location. It was an easy 1/2 mile walk to the hotel convention center where my conference was held, and I enjoyed the beautiful architecture of the surrounding homes. The home itself is beautiful - many classic touches like the sliding pocket doors (a bit tricky to use, but we found if you put your foot against the bottom of them it kept them on track), wooden molding, and old-fashioned light switches. It has been modernized in the right places - the kitchen and the bathroom - and with all the right touches. The shower had a rain shower head, which I loved, but if you're traveling with small children may be hit or miss! The home boasts a large TV, but either I couldn't figure it out or it is only for hooking up to your own smart device, so we were unable to use it. There were some cards, magic tricks, and tiddly winks, which were unique and fun entertainment options. I just finished a trip that included five air bnbs, and these beds were the most comfortable out of them all! I slept like a rock every night. A few cons: The bathroom is very small, and has poor ventilation. The apartment would benefit from a place to hang towels outside of the bathroom area so that they can properly dry. Also, the second bedroom is completely open, which I recommend be clarified in the description. It is in the living room area, though it is tucked in a corner that has a little half wall surrounding it. It feels more separated than your average hotel room, but certainly does not offer privacy and is worth knowing before going into your trip. Finally, the A/C is a singular window unit -- this was not a problem temperature-wise, even staying in August. Summer in Minneapolis is plenty cool! However, it brought in some outside smell from smokers in the back of the building, and is positioned right at the head of the master bed. This may not be the best fit for you if you are sensitive to smells and/or air blowing on your face. We did not have the opportunity to meet Alex but she was kind, professional, and quick to respond. She was especially gracious and accommodating when we had a mix-up with our check in date. Given the chance, I would stay in this home again for its charm, location, and price.

    Elizabeth2018-08-04T00:00:00Z
  • Enjoyed my stay! Alex allowed me to put my luggage in the room before check-in with zero notice. Very nicely kept old place - bed was comfy, tv was huge and shower was glorious! Also, it was only a 10 minute walk to the convention center!

    Rae2019-08-28T00:00:00Z
  • the apartment is bigger than the pictures, we love the decoration and the privacy. the location is very near from downtown just a 20 mins walk or 5 mins by car. very recommended. two big and comfort beds, spacious kitchen and Alex answer quick any comment or question. thank you for hosting us.

    Daniel2018-10-30T00:00:00Z
  • Overall, Alex was very welcoming and responded to all questions in a timely manner. The unit is quite spacious and the set-up is conducive to staying with a small group of persons or simply a couple who wants space to spread out. There was an issue with the heat in the house that apparently was controlled through our unit, although Alex tried to work with us during the issue, it was a inconvenience. I would also note to be conscious of your noise, as the walls/doors are very thin. I could hear other quests in other units, although this was not a huge concern, I would recommend being mindful of it if you stay here. Overall, very cute, antique, and great character!

  • Nice clean cute place! Nicole was quick and attentive! Studio was on 1st floor and nice window shades from public privacy, only wished would have been able to let some natural sunlight in without people from street seeing inside, but not a huge deal. We are from the suburbs and dont usually hear cars, traffic, sirens, or hearing people talking outside at night so that was all new to us. I was on a girls trip with my 25yo daughter and we felt safe in the studio.

We have a beautiful condo in a small, quiet building 3 blocks from the Convention Center and downtown hotels. So whether your meeting is at the Convention Center, Hyatt or Hilton, you are a short walk to all. Connection to skyway system in inclement weather is a plus!
The room is in a beautiful small condo building. Decorated in soothing colors and very quiet. The bathroom is ensuite with heated floors and features a large walk in closet with coffee/tea service and snacks. Small fridge and microwave available for use. Warm, comfy robes provided. Private entrance and elevator comes directly into our unit.
This location is ideal! Easy walk to the convention center, convention hotels, sports stadiums, restaurants, etc. If you are visiting Minneapolis for a conference, this is the place for you! Great coffee shop across the street.
  • Sue's place is exactly as advertised: a warm, comfortable room at a great location in the heart of Minneapolis. And Sue is a great host, with appropriate communication from start to finish. Recommended!!!

    Todd2017-06-12T00:00:00Z
  • This is the ideal stay for anyone attending a conference at the nearby convention center. The room is luxurious with a range of toiletries from Sue's various travels and also snacks and a small bottle of wine. With a private entrance and spacious bathroom complete with robes, Sue's condo offers upscale hotel amenities at a fraction of the price. Sue & her partner are welcoming and reliable, too.

    Kara2015-04-13T00:00:00Z
  • Sue and her husband to the rescue! Their condo is gorgeous, quiet, luxurious, and amazingly convenient access. I can't say enough great things about staying with them from the warm welcome at the start to the little generous touches in the room, or their engaging hospitality throughout. They were plagued by Internet issues during my stay and the room had unusable speeds available. However, it was functioning a little out on their patio which let me do what I needed. I highly recommend staying with them, and I plan to return in the future.

    Nathan2015-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • I have been using Airbnb for years all over the country. But my stay with Sue and David in Minneapolis was Far and Away my favorite experience. Some people stay at Airbnb because it's a cheaper alternative to a hotel. But my experience with Sue and David was something Beyond a hotel experience. Staying here is better than a hotel. Cheaperer of course. But you're in a cuter place you have privacy and access to locals who really love the area and know a lot about it. I would totally hang out with these guys if I lived next door and next time I come to Minneapolis I will be staying with Sue and David again.

    Liz2019-04-29T00:00:00Z

  • Really great communication and the place had everything plus more than what I needed and expected. I told friends about it right away because I was so surprised.

    Jeffrey2019-05-05T00:00:00Z
  • I booked Sue's room for my sister who lives internationally. She had a medical conference downtown and Sue's place was perfect. She made her feel welcome and was so helpful. She even picked her up and dropped her off at the airport for a very small fee which was so convenient given that my sister didn't speak fluent English. This was my first time trying out Airbnb and was not disappointed. If we're ever visiting Minneapolis, Sue's place is definitely the spot.

  • We really enjoyed staying at Russell’s place while visiting Minneapolis. We found it to be a good central location to get to museums, downtown and uptown as well as an easy drive to the airport. The apartment is more spacious than we expected with a view of the city skyline. The place was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully furnished. The entry staircase is pretty steep which was not a problem for us but might be for some folks. We loved the old radiators that kept the place cozy and warm despite the cold temperatures outside. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Russell’s apartment Thanks!

    Arlene2018-11-28T00:00:00Z
  • I loved staying at Russell's apartment. I was traveling alone so I had this super spacious apartment all to myself. Russell was really helpful and checked in with me multiple times whether everything was alright. Would definitely recommend the place if you are in town for a conference. The conference hotels as well as the conference center are within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

  • What a charming, bright, airy, impeccably clean apartment with amazing views of the city! We could not have had a better stay thanks to the incredibly comfortable bed, soft, fluffy bath towels, numerous toiletries provided, and the well-stocked keurig coffee maker which helped us start each day. The wifi was strong and consistent which allowed my husband to work during our visit. We appreciated the clear instructions provided as well as the departure checklist (many rentals lack this and we are often left wondering what is expected of us). This truly felt like a home-away-from home and we would be more than happy to stay again when we are back in the Twin Cities.

  • The apartment is really lovely. The nice countertops, plenty of windows for great natural lighting. I also enjoyed how open the space felt. Very few doors. The apartment happened to be around the corner from one of my favorite seafood spots in the city. Also it's right off of eat street so a short walk gets you to some of the beat eats in the city! Luckily I caught a break in the weather, upper 50's to 60's, so I didn't spend too much time indoors, but when I was in I felt at home.

This apartment is the top floor of the Lasalle mansion ( with a complete renovation!!) and has incredible views of downtown. So, it has stairs to climb- it’s the top floor :) The location is perfectly tucked in between downtown and uptown. It’s neighbors are Loring Park and Lowry Hill east! Walk in any direction and you’ll find something you love!
The apartment is 100% set up for guests. Anything that is in the apartment is for your use ☺️
The apartment is in Stephen Square, which happens to be one of my favorite parts of Minneapolis. At any given time, in any given direction, I can head out of the house and find something fun or exciting or delicious to do… Or eat ☺️ If you’re in the mood for a fancy evening downtown, or a walk over to eat street for some amazing food, or to any of the close by lakes in Minneapolis for a fun outdoor event you can do that, so easily!! You pick!
  • The place was very nice and presented well. We had a great time.

    Mike2019-04-28T00:00:00Z
  • Great location in a beautiful city. On site parking was a plus. Coffee, food, whatever you need was a stones throw away. Didn’t realize the air conditioning would be limited and it got very hot while we were there. All of the doors in the apartment were swollen in the heat. Had a hard time closing and opening doors efficiently and quietly. Otherwise we really enjoyed the space and would book again.

    Logan2019-07-06T00:00:00Z
  • Alex’s place was a very nicely renovated top floor apartment in the Loring Park neighborhood. Had everything we needed! Pictures were accurate to the space - very cozy and convenient to downtown! Was able to walk to Target Field/Target Center or easily Lyft/Uber! Alex was incredibly responsive to the few questions we had upon arrival - a great host as well as great space!

    Sarah2018-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • Alex’s space was very nice, as advertised. Sparkling clean with very easy check-in/out and great communication. Was the perfect size for us. Had we brought kids, having the air mattresses in the nook in the master bedroom looks like it would have been a fun space for them to sleep. We didn’t need the TV but if you’re planning on watching during your stay, I’d recommend bringing an Apple TV or similar to connect to the WiFi as cable is not included. It was unusually really hot and humid in Minneapolis but once the A/C caught up, it was suitable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

    Michael2019-07-18T00:00:00Z
  • Alex was so quick to respond to concerns and questions (within minutes, honestly). The space was clean and we were able to settle in easily. Parking was unavailable for our trip but Alex gave us a good heads up and had a few suggestions on where else to park. We had everything we needed so that the space felt like home while we were staying there.

    Jake2019-06-24T00:00:00Z
  • Alex was a wonderful host. Very thoughtful and responsive to my needs. Would absolutely stay here again.

    Shawn2018-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • I really really really wanted to love this place but ultimately we had quite a few issues. After reading all of the other reviews I am thinking our experience was an anomaly and I don't think any of them are a reason not to stay here. It's a stylish, spacious, cool and charming apartment in an old building. The host made an exception to her rules and let our 3 year old stay which I truly appreciate. Our issues had nothing to do with having a kid in the apartment though.I hate to leave less than 5 stars (which I have never done before) but it would be dishonest of me to do that. We didn't get our check in code at 3pm as listed. We contacted the host multiple times and she was apologetic when she got back to us but it was still inconvenient. The first night we were there a mouse scurried across the living room and into its obvious home (a hole in the wall behind the old cable outlet). It was pretty gross. The outlet in the bathroom (which is really nice otherwise) wasn't functional which wouldn't be a huge deal but we were there for a wedding. They did very quickly provide an extension cord for me when I asked which was great. But there was also no hair dryer in the apartment even thought it was a listed amenity. The smoke alarm goes off every time you use the stove even if nothing is burning. The check out instructions are confusing because the ones posted in the apartment are different from the ones on the AirBNB listing. The posted check out instructions say to wash and put away all dishes but here was no sponge (there was a scrubber and dish towel) that I could find and the rubber gloves had holes in them. Finally, the TV doesn't work as a Smart TV/there is no cable so unless you bring your own device and cord to plug into there is really no reason for it being there.

  • If you're looking for a place to stay while attending a conference in town, look at this one, it's a five minute walk to the center, real important on rainy days. It's a little walk to the restaurants in the area, but it helps work up an appetite and thirst for a tasty beverage. Our host Taylor was great and had spot on recommendations for place to visit.

    Bob2019-05-23T00:00:00Z
  • Super easy access from the convention center, it’s only about a 5 minute walk. The space is comfortable, and well furnished.

    Kirk2019-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • Great place and great communication from the host!

    Jasper2019-07-09T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment was spacious and very clean. The location was close to downtown and convention center, but not in an area you’d want to walk alone at night as a female.

    Emily2019-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed a lovely stay. The apartment was fastidiously clean, welcoming and safe. There were several touches that made us feel at home. The location was easy to find and access to the space was simple. I’d definitely recommend this location to visitors to Minneapolis!

    Carl2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • Place was just as described in the listing. Inside the condo was nice and clean. Would stay here again.

    Matt & Julie2019-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great place. Surprisingly spacious with everything we needed for a week’s stay. Location is convenient to the convention center and not far from Nicollet Mall with its shops and restaurants. We will be back.

    Claire2019-05-17T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment is clean, spacious, well-furnished and thoughtfully stocked. Be warned, there are soundproofing issues that may affect your sleep if you’re not a very heavy sleeper. You can hear every footstep, toilet flush and faucet turn from the people upstairs. Overall though, great converted basement apt and great location!

  • The place was great overall! Extremely clean, trendy, and comfortable. Everything seemed very new. The apt was on the first floor and had easy access to the building workout room and common areas. The location was reasonably close to most things- about 4-6 blocks walk would take you to restaurants, coffee shops, and the main downtown area. Nicole was great and very quick to respond. Would recommend to others!!!

  • We can not say enough great things about this place. The place was spotless, furnishings felt new, the showers were hot, nice heating, and the bed was comfortable. Quiet and clean room for rent in the historic Steven's Square-Loring Park neighborhood. Perfect for a longer term 1-3 month stay. This is a central location to nearly everything you'd want to do in Minneapolis. Easy access to downtown, HCMC, target center, convention center, Uptown, loring park, and interstate corridor 94 and 35.

  • Melissa and Uri were fantastic hosts. Excellent communication pre-visit, a lovely room, great location. The bed was super comfy. Melissa and Uri gave us some leads on local entertainment and were very pleasant hosts. The house was the mansion of Alfred Pillsbury. The room is attached servant quarters, with a private entrance around the side. Melissa took us on a tour of her home -- it is beautifully furnished, filled with art, and even has a reconstructed original library from a European castle in the basement. Above and beyond: I left an item behind in the room. Melissa responded promptly and with care, found the item, and sent it to me quickly and in safe packaging! (Thanks so much again, Melissa!!)

    Stephanie2016-05-05T00:00:00Z
  • Loved it! Very unique place. Quiet and comfy.

    Glenn2017-04-30T00:00:00Z
  • Melissa was super responsive to my questions and very easy to work out the key pick up, etc. The apartment was exactly as pictured, actually a little bigger than we expected, very clean, safe, quiet and comfortable. My husband and I had our two young children (3 and 1) with us and we had more than enough space for a toddler air mattress in the main room and could put the baby's pack-n-play in the hall. Melissa includes a book of information about the area in the apartment, which was helpful when I needed to run out at the last minute for provisions, and I loved reading about the history of the house. Other little extras in the apartment were great -- waters in the refrigerator, chocolates, coffee -- and unexpected. Parking was easy on the quiet residential street. The neighborhood was very walkable, and we were just a 5-15 minute drive from downtown, the lakes, etc. We would definitely consider staying here again!

    Kate2016-07-04T00:00:00Z
  • This place is amazing. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The apartment is so comfortable. I was in town for a Celebration of Prince. Melissa was very responsive and accommodating. This place was such a wonderful retreat. It is quiet and so very comfortable. Amazing to stay in a Mansion. It was easy to drive to Paisley Park and a quick drive or Uber to downtown and walking distance to Electric Fetus. Plenty of restaurant options within walking distance, a beautiful park across the street. It is a gorgeous residential area, yet very close to downtown. Perfect in every way. Worth the extra cost. <3

  • This house is gorgeous!!! It's cozy, historic, and very close to a lot of cool spots around Minneapolis. We went to uptown, and the wedge (co-op grocery store recommended by Melissa). If you're in the Minneapolis area, stay here!

    Cecilia2016-05-07T00:00:00Z
  • Greeted by Melissa who was friendly and informative.

    Lisa2016-05-25T00:00:00Z
  • Our favorite Airbnb to date! It's not often one gets the opportunity to stay in a stately mansion, and we couldn't have enjoyed it more. The apartment was unique, comfortable and perfectly located for the things we wanted to do. It was also very clean and chock full of amenities. Highly recommend.

    Scott2017-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • Great mansion with a history. Lovely gallery downstairs. Melissa is incredibly responsive. I really wanted to cook during this trip, and she prepared all the essential materials for us...she even got us some herb salt! Kitchen is definitely cooking friendly. Bathroom was lovely as well. Definitely highly recommend this apartment.

My apartment is a bright one-bedroom with recent renovations to both the interior and exterior. South & east facing windows bring in tons of daylight. The space is furnished and equipped with everything you might need. This is also my apartment, so you will find things that are personal belongings-- please treat them with care! I love living here and hope to share it with those interested in getting to know my favorite city.
A main living room is furnished with couches, chairs, and tables, there is a record player to be used and a large bookshelf you're welcome to peruse. The kitchen is small but efficient for one or two-- you'll find everything you need to cook large elaborate meals, or fix a quick bite. There is an eat-in nook that looks out over the front lawn of the building and can double as a workspace. One of my favorite things about this apartment is that it is pushed back off the street, which gives a lovely view overlooking the front courtyard from the living room windows. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and there is a section of closet that is available for guest use. The bathroom has options for both showering and bathing. I've decorated the unit to fit my taste-- I take very good care of my belongings and appreciate guests also respecting the space and enjoying the vibe. Two things to note: The apartment is well over 100 years old and there are the occasional quirk. If you're looking for a company-run airbnb that is immaculate, this isn't the right fit for you. If you're okay with a lived-in old apartment with charm, you'll enjoy your stay. And, the WIFI is an Xfinity hotspot-- if you have a Comcast account you can use your login to access the wifi, otherwise I can provide you with mine. It is typically quite fast (I am a photographer and uploads are speedy) but, because it's a hotspot, it can be dodgy in certain parts of the house and occasionally it cuts out. If this happens, there is a coffee shop in the adjoining building that offers free wifi (and good coffee). Something to note, for those who are relying on internet connection.
This is a second story front-facing sunny one bedroom apartment located in Steven's Square, the most population-dense neighborhood in Minneapolis. Blocks from the Minneapolis Institute of Art, the Convention Center and all of downtown Minneapolis. Bordered by the hip neighborhood's of Whittier and Loring Park, the art school MCAD, and flanked by highways, this is the perfect place to get accustomed to the city while providing you with plenty of ways to get around. Restaurants, museums, and parks abound on the nearby Eat Street. This part of the city is incredibly diverse and full of life. It is one of the more urban pockets of the city, and while still incredibly safe, use your street smarts. Because of the large amount of apartment buildings and proximity to the center of the city, there are street noises like in any other city. Keep this in mind if you're looking for a ultra quiet stay. On the plus side, there is always something to do nearby at practically any hour.

  • Cam's place is well located in downtown MPLS. My colleague and I stayed there for 6 weeks while performing at the Orpheum Theater. The building has excellent facilities. Access to the gym, pool, game room and amazing roof deck were great touches. Cam's place was also exceptionally affordable, especially given the options in the vicinity. The apartment itself left a bit to be desired. The kitchen had some necessities missing but Cam was cool to compensate us for things that we felt we needed for the 6 week stay. I would also think twice before having any packages delivered there as a few things I ordered from Amazon were marked delivered but never showed up. As of the writing of this review (2 weeks after check out), I am still waiting to get back a set of keys that I left at the apartment. Overall, the stay was comfortable and I would stay again, hoping that Cam would take the issues addressed into consideration and make the proper adjustments to ensure a comfortable and happy stay for future guests.

  • Kamran was responsive and courteous, both before I arrived to the city and during my stay. He responded to questions via text message quickly and made me feel welcome. I had everything I needed in this apartment; it was the perfect location for attending a conference at the Convention Center. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Minneapolis is a great city, and this apartment was a comfortable place to stay.

You can't get any closer to the US Bank VikingStadium and Convention Center. Bus stop right on the block. Within 2 blocks of CVS for convenience. Many coffee shops nearby. A whole strip of international cuisine on Nicollet Ave "Eat Street" -within walking distance.
The studio is on the second floor of a small building, right on the edge of downtown Minneapolis. It's close enough for quick, comfortable access to so many things, but also far enough for peace and quite when you need it.
The roads around the Vikings stadium are closed for the Super Bowl but we are as close as you can get! also very close to Nicollet Mall for the outdoor concerts. food options and bar options nearby are endless. Our place is quiet enough to chill and take a break from the crowds.
  • This studio was perfect for my weekend of events at the Minneapolis Convention Center. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the Third Avenue entrance to the MCC. You do need to use 15th St. to cross over the highway, but there are sidewalks the whole way. The area is pretty quiet at night, and you might want to see about getting a ride from the lightrail stop in the winter months- it's about a 15 minute walk, so that could be chilly. Selam offered to pick me up at the station, but I had already walked from the station and was happy to do so. The studio itself is perfect for a couple of people. It has high ceilings, and there's a nice open space in the main room for those who would want to exercise a bit- I loved having the space to do some yoga. Though I didn't use the kitchen much, it would work just fine if you wanted to do a bit of cooking. The bathroom has a tub with a shower head and good water pressure. As a host, Selam was lovely. This is her sister Eden's place, so Selam checked me in and Eden picked up the keys when I checked out. Both were warm and laid back, and Selam offered to give me ideas for things to do if I had any free time to kill. This was my first trip to Minneapolis, and I loved every second of it. I will definitely be keeping Selam in mind as a host if I every return!

    Michelle2015-10-10T00:00:00Z
  • Selam's space was nice, cozy, and central. She was able to accommodate my last-minute schedule change, and made herself very available throughout my stay. Highly recommended if you're looking for a no-frills home away from home.

    Peter2016-06-10T00:00:00Z
  • Selam was able to accommodate my schedule and meet me at a cafe and then bring me back to the studio and exchange keys. The studio was cozy, comfortable, had wifi, and was a close walk to downtown - just as advertised. Selam gave me some pointers on where to get food which was much appreciated. And she was able to come to me so I could return the keys (I was in town for a one-day work seminar). Everything went smoothly!

    Brady2016-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Selam's sister Felicia was the person I worked with, and she was as helpful and lovely as can be. She was extremely flexible with the time to meet to get the keys and was very sweet. The apartment was perfect for what I needed- comfortable bed, kitchen, and bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

    Kate2016-05-24T00:00:00Z
  • We arrived a little later than we'd planned but Selam and her sister were there waiting for us to get us all checked in and settled. They gave us some good tips on where to go to find food late at night and the apartment is walking distance from Eat Street. We were out for most of our time in Minneapolis but the apartment was comfy and warm (very warm). Great spot for those wanting to see the downtown area, also walking distance to the light rail. We had a great time!

    Naomi2015-12-25T00:00:00Z
  • The location worked well for me. My flight arrived late, and was delayed - the hosts were very accommodating and met me at the apartment. Without A/C it got pretty warm - I kept the windows open most of the time.

    Silver2016-05-30T00:00:00Z
  • Selam and Eden were both very kind hosts. I got in late at night and it was no problem coordinating key pick up at the apartment. The apartment was quaint and spacious enough for two people. It was clean and with fresh sheets. The location is great! It is five minutes walking distance to the Convention Center which was extremely helpful since we were attending a conference there. Ten minute walking to restraunts down town. Certainly more affordable than staying at the expensive hotels down town! One thing is that there were no fresh towels when I arrived but Selam and Eden promptly took care of that. Very attentive hosts. Great experience over all!

    Cindy2015-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • Selam and Eden were fantastic hosts! Greatly appreciated their accommodations. Their studio apartment was clean and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Easy short walk to restaurants and downtown.

  • Loved my stay in this hostel - in a safe pocket of the city, did not had any conflicts with bathroom use, house was very clean, wifi was fast, house was secure and cool. Steve was very helpful in terms of answering my questions about the city and super easy to communicate with. Thank you Steve!

  • A BED TO SLEEP.

    Patricia2019-09-19T00:00:00Z
  • He hasn't read the message since I made my reservation. Only the automatic message was more embarrassing to me. And bedding was not cleaned at all and it made me angry. I cancelled my reservation right away, and I still haven't heard from you. It was the worst cleaning and worst communication and nightmares.

  • Nicole’s place was the perfect location for doing activities in downtown Minneapolis! The room was clean and cozy, also near many good restaurants. Nicole did a great job hosting, I would recommend her place to anyone traveling in the city.

    Viola2019-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • This place was squeaky clean! Parking was easy, rooftop view was great, host was super nice and check-in was very smooth. If you’re looking for a place that’s close to just about everything, this is it. The mall of America is 20 mins away, downtown is within walking distance, restaurants all around and a lot of activities you can take part in. Highly recommend this place!

    Latesha2019-04-28T00:00:00Z
  • Very much the feel of a hotel. But clean and crisp, lots of amenities. Overall a really nice stay for less than a hotel.

    Simon2019-03-30T00:00:00Z
  • Stylish and clean apartment in a new building with several inviting common areas including a living room, kitchen and rooftop patio. There is no coffee maker in the actual apartment, but there is a well stocked Keurig in the kitchen area just down the hall. The apartment itself has a full size frig, well stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, and a good sized closet with plenty of hangers, an iron and full size ironing board. The water temperature and pressure in the shower were great. There was a blow dryer and travel sized shampoo & conditioner. This apartment is ground level so there is a little street noise and occasional overhead noise, but nothing major - we slept fine. There are several venues and restaurants within walking distance - for those further Uber worked out great. Nicole is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this air bnb.

    Stacy2019-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • This is a good location. It’s a brand new building with an amazing rooftop view. It’s a very nice studio and everything is brand new. All the amenities were great. Free coffee anytime you want. Nicole was very proactive and communication was great. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

    Oni2019-04-21T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice apartment close to downtown. Not a lot of convenience stores or restaurants near it but a 15 minute walk will put you downtown. Outside porch is fun to hang out if the weather permits.

  • I planned my stay at this Airbnb for my trip to Minneapolis. From the start the experience was so smooth and seamless. Nicole is a great host and the stay as a whole exceeded my expectations. Felt like I was at home. I had a wonderful trip and staying at this location played a significant role.

    Sunny2019-04-27T00:00:00Z
  • This is a wonderful place to stay. It is a five minute walk to the Convention Centre, which allowed us to come back for pauses and lunches in the full days of a conference. It's an urban oasis, really - clean, quiet, lovely finishes, big and bright windows with a walk-out deck. Our flight arrived late, but the host welcomed and oriented us with good grace and humour and chocolate!

    Susan2019-05-18T00:00:00Z
  • Great apartment, clean and comfortable. Perfect location for my work trip! Nicole’s communication was stellar throughout. Highly recommend.

    Kelli2019-05-05T00:00:00Z
  • The place is impeccable clean. Location is great and parking options many. The building has a great roof top terrace with fire pit, with wonderful views of the city . I would definitely stay there again .

  • The apartment was neat and clean upon arrival and was everything we were expecting based on the ad and the reviews. Nicole was a fantastic hostess and attended to our requests in a timely and efficient manner. Thanks for going above and beyond for us Nicole!

    Chia2018-12-27T00:00:00Z
  • This place was beautiful affordable and comfortable! Nicole was so hospitable and sweets he even gave us a tour of the whole apartment complex! My husband was too tall for the full size bed, but we loved the sheets and the pillows and how comfortable it was overall and squeezed in. The apartment was so centralized and easy to anywhere we were 10-15 minutes walk from the metro and 5 minutes walk from convention center and all the restaurants! I would MOST DEFINITELY stay here again!

  • The location is great! Very close to downtown (just a quick scooter rider away) but in a quieter neighborhood. The shuffle board and pool tables were nice amenities. The apartment was spacious but not enough sleeping space for 2. The couch is a little small to sleep on. The apartment was also very loud. The garage below us was opening and closing all throughout the night which you could hear in the apartment. There was also a lot of noise and echoing coming from the alley parking. A parking space was included for us. Overall a good stay in a good location.

    Kaitlyn2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • The location makes it so easy to see Minneapolis especially if you’d like to try cruising around the city on an electric scooter. Clean, simple and private space. We’d totally go back!
