  • Jani's place was perfect! They were so thoughtful with snacks and water when we arrived and a map with all there local favorites marked. We were within walking distance of everything that we needed and were close enough to Seattle for a day trip adventure. I highly recommend Jani's place!

    Jennifer2019-07-14T00:00:00Z
  • One of the best AirBNBs we’ve stayed in! Check-in was a breeze and extremely convenient. Location was great- not too far of a drive to where we needed to be. Jani was super thoughtful with all the little gifts and amenities and we will definitely look to book again! Not to forget, the place was super cutely decorated and really clean. :)

    Alani2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy, clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Jani was also super accommodating. Definitely recommend

    Ali2019-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • It was very welcoming. The little personal touches went along way. The bathroom was amazing! The location was great- we enjoyed seeing the hot air balloons and sky divers in the evening. A nice place to rest your head and tired feet after a long day of exploring.

  • Great place! It was beautiful and we had plenty of privacy. We were limited to our water usage, because of the neighbors plumbing, but it wasnt a big deal. The neighborhood was beautiful as well. I booked the stay the day of, a few hours before I checked in. Responses were very quick and they answered any questions we had. It was a great stay!

  • A quiet, quaint little suite for anyone in need of an affordable stay near any of the Snohomish wedding venues. Our hosts were easy to reach and always cordial.

    Rachel2019-03-21T00:00:00Z
  • The space was clean and organized, and was quite inviting as a whole. Location-wise its quite reasonable if you dont mind a bit of walking, though due to Seattles transit system, getting around the area can be difficult at times.

    Kai2019-05-15T00:00:00Z
  • No complaints. Quiet and in a beautiful part of town. Very responsive hosts. Close to everything.

    Lauren2019-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • Nice, cozy space. Very clean, and the host worked with us for a later than customary check in time. I wish I would have known about the "No making coffee" rule beforehand. That made for a rough morning. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Adorable, 1920s house in the heart of snohomish on a sweet, sweet little street. The floors squeak, but the views of the valley make up for its little imperfections. Ample parking in front. Evening sun on the porch. Two comfy, clean bedrooms - one queen, one full. Clean (small) bathroom. Lots of seating if you want to have people over....lots of parking, too. Walking distance to 1st street (0.9 mile)! There is a park 1 block away if you are traveling with kid(s) or dog(s).
Full bathroom, gas stove, period design, views of the valley. My cat stays with me from time to time, so please be aware in case of allergies.
Historic snohomish. Quite street. Walk to 1st street.
  • Lovely house to stay in. We loved the neighbourhood too, very quiet and relaxing. I would recommend going here to relax and take it slow

    Merel2019-09-20T00:00:00Z
  • Cutely decorated accommodation for two with a couple extras like wet-bar and full kitchen. Great place to stay close to downtown restaurants and shopping.

    Amber2018-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • We came into town for a wedding at Diaryland and had a fantastic time. House was perfect for a mini getaway and had everything we needed. Super comfy beds, lots of towels, clean, and wonderful kitchen. Rooms connect with a door, but even as traveling as two couples had no issues with it. Host was great at communicating with us and got us an early check in so we could get ready for the wedding prior to the 4pm check in time. Close to the downtown area and parking right out in front. Great stay! Great host!

    Charline2019-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • Location was great. Downtown was close and very walkable. The house was as described. Heather was quick to respond to our questions.

    Clifford2019-01-31T00:00:00Z
  • The house was great and clean. The hosts were easy to coordinate with and responsive to our questions. The neighborhood was so quiet. All in all a great stay!

    Jennifer2019-09-14T00:00:00Z
  • Heather's place was really cute and comfortable. It is adorned with a variety of elegant antiques as well as some funky unexpected touches that make the home comfortable. My boyfriend and I were in town for a nearby wedding and really enjoyed this unique home. I gave Heather a little info about my interests and she made many great suggestions based on what I had shared with her. Due to time constraints, we weren't able to check out much of what she suggested but we hope to return at a time when we can explore Snohomish & the surrounding area more freely. The bed was a little on the firm side for both of us but to be honest, we're no longer spring chickens & there is a nice mattress topper (maybe memory foam) that added comfort. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We didn't cook any meals during our stay but I'm sure that would be no problem. Super easy check in and out with directions sent by the host via airbnb messaging. Location was great, there seemed to be tons of highly rated restaurants of all varieties in the area, the high school is right around the corner (if you're the type to turn in early, take some earplugs if you're there on a friday during football season--we believe the school has some sort of celebratory cannon-like noise to follow each touchdown; this didn't bother us personally) and we stumbled upon a small park with a play structure close by as well. Hopefully we can stay at Heather's place again soon.

    Elissa2018-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome location. Heather is very responsive as well.

    Laura2018-11-09T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Heather’s place was great! She was very helpful informing us about hot spots around the town, great places to eat and things to do. Every question we had was answered extremely promptly and our stay turned out great. Amazing views from the front porch to watch the sunset across the valley.

Private bungalow with its own patio, parking, entrance, and evening sun. Located in the historic section of town. Sonos sound system. Tempurpedic mattress. Views of the valley. Movie room that you plug into your device with HDMI (important note!) and you can watch anything. Airconditioner (downstairs and fan upstairs). Note: the spiral staircase to access the bedroom and bathroom, so only suitable if you are ok going up and down. My cat stays from time to time, too.
Private patio, parking, separate entrance. Super fun atmosphere with lots of little treasures from all around the world.

  • The place was a great little find right in down town Snohomish. Very creative, clean space. Perfect amenities and easy/quick contacts.

    Troy2018-09-14T00:00:00Z
  • Heather was a great host. She was super responsive and the house was spacious, clean and artistic. Definitely recommend staying here over a bed and breakfast or hotel.

    Victor2018-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • Very cute space with Heather’s personality. If mobility challenged, might have difficulty reaching 2nd level where bed and bathroom are.

    Mary2018-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • Heather was a great host and provided many tips about how to utilize the space well and how to navigate the town. We were aware of the spiral staircase prior to arrival, however it is DIFFICULT to get up as generally tall people. It is very narrow and the floor for the top floor is kind of in the way, making us have to crouch down and twist our torsos to get up. We brought our dogs who are very quiet, but the neighbors dog barked pretty consistently the whole time (just a warning for other dog owners).

    Austin2019-03-24T00:00:00Z
  • Nice & cozy. spiral staircase was a bit narrower than expected but still a very nice place

    Jennifer2018-11-06T00:00:00Z
  • Heather’s place was fun and in a nice neighborhood. The spa tub was a nice treat..We enjoyed the private patio. The entertainment system was great. Everything was nice and clean.

    Kathryn2019-08-16T00:00:00Z
  • Mattress was on the floor, not really a bed set up. There is no television unless you bring your own laptop and know how to hook up to the projector. Also it seemed odd that she described as having several amenities but several of them weren't complimentary.

    Ciera2019-05-25T00:00:00Z
  • Great place, very unique. 10 minute walk to downtown. Nice and private. Only way to use the projector tv is with an hdmi connection, so be aware of that. Host was great and quick to respond to questions.

  • Getting your luggage, if large or heavy, can be a challenge. Check with Anita about that. Also the TV was a bit tricky. I couldn’t get it to turn on twice while I stayed. So ask her to explain. My last night it went off and the next day before I checked out I couldn’t get it back on.

    Dana2018-09-14T00:00:00Z
  • This is a wonderfully appointed carriage house; everything you need for a few days or a week. Anita is the quintessential host. You will enjoy your time here!

    Liz2019-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • Anita is an amazing hostess. She goes above and beyond to make the experience comfortable. Her place is equipped with everything you could need during your stay and her restaurant recommendation was excellent. If you are looking for a charming and cozy place in Snohomish, Anita's place is the perfect location. My husband and I will definitely return!

    Erin2019-06-16T00:00:00Z
  • Anita goes above and beyond to add extra touches. She provided a variety of baked goods, coffee, tea, fruit, and soap from local vendors. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment, including the bed, was very comfortable. Anita is a gracious host and interesting conversationalist. A top Airbnb pick.

    Margaret2017-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • Anita's home was perfect. We had a wedding in Snohomish just down the road, and this was a fantastic place to stay. We arrived pretty late the first night and Anita had snacks and treats left out for us in case we were hungry; very thoughtful. The place it pretty small but very efficient. Perfect for 1-2 people. It's easy to come and go. Anita is very friendly and helpful!

    Elisabeth2017-07-08T00:00:00Z
  • We loved our stay at Anita’s carriage house. We were attending a concert in town and her place was a short walk away. It was just the right size for two and had everything we needed, including delicious pastries and coffee from local businesses. And Piper was such a sweet dog to have greet us every day. We would definitely stay again.

    Lori2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • Always feels like home away from home at Anita's cottage! Absolutely love staying there and she always has thoughtful and delicious snacks from local shops waiting in the apartment. It is quiet, has a very comfortable bed and every little detail has been thought of to make your stay perfect.

    Andrea2017-10-17T00:00:00Z
  • Great space, good location, and you will not find a friendly, more helpful, host than Anita. It was a great stay and look forward to needing a place in Snohomish in the future. 10/10 would stay again.

    Raymond2019-07-15T00:00:00Z
  • Michael was an excellent host! His communication was expedient and his attitude on our arrival was very welcoming! We visited from out of town and didn't know much about the area, so Michael's suggestions for food and activities were very helpful. The space is simple, but fills the need if you just need a place to lay your head while enjoying the sites of WA. We were able to travel to many different areas easily including downtown and the various national parks. We had a very pleasant experience staying here!

    Beth2017-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • Michael is a GREAT host. This place is so comfortable and clean. Not too far from Seattle and has cool local bars and restaurants.

    Azad2018-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • Michael runs a clean place and check in is very easy, but the bed in the room he rented us was a full, not queen. It was a full mattress on a queen frame with a wooden board underneath. This may not matter to you but if it's an issue for you like it was for us, beware. The toilet in our bathroom was also running the entire time and had to be shut off between use. Hope he gets it fixed!

    Lara2018-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • Michael is a great host and it was a true pleasure staying him. He gave a southerner taste of southern hospitality in the pnw. The provided weekend breakfast was great and he is very accommodating to your time and privacy.

    Shelton2019-06-07T00:00:00Z
  • We loved our stay at Michael’s place! He was very personable and willing to help with anything we needed! He even went out of his way to make us a hot Breakfast for the weekend which was a nice surprise! The space was very clean with a comfy bed and the check in process was super easy! Would definitely recommend!

    Aimee2019-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • Micheal was a really gracious host - he even made me breakfast one morning and we had a lovely chat.

    Nicole2018-07-15T00:00:00Z
  • I had the entire bottom floor, it was like my own separate apartment. I loved the set up, I recommend Michael's house to everyone. He and his wife keep the house sparkling clean. They cook a complimentary breakfast on Sundays too!! I was provided with a parking spot in the driveway. The access was through the code lock on door .. no extra keys to worry about. If I ever come to Seattle again I'm booking his place.

  • Absolutely loved our weekend stay at Ryan's place! Very close to all the local shops, restaurants and bars. The place is clean and has everything you can think of needing on a great get away. Its quite, private, a spa nextdoor and has a Brewery right downstairs with great beer! Ryan is super helpful on knowing where the best places to go around town to have a good time. We will be back and totally recommend Ryan's place!

    Elizabeth2019-07-14T00:00:00Z
  • This place is like a really nice master suite. We had 3 people stay in it - one slept on the couch. We were very comfortable here.

  • A great find! Would rent this space again. There are fun places to eat in the historic area of town.

  • This is a great place for a single person or someone who’s needing a night time stay. This place is clean and looks great just not what we needed/ expected for our getaway. It’s very bright during the day, also we couldn’t even open the windows to get fresh air. plz note that this unit is shared with a spa business. We had a hard time getting rest since the bed is on the same wall “window “. as the spa. We had to whisper to each other since the ladies were talking about waxing session and personal conversation that lasted over an hour. We felt like this was a waste of money and time.

    Nis2019-05-27T00:00:00Z
  • Came out for a wedding at Garden Gates and absolutely loved this place! Well stocked, even with chocolate, which served us well with a room full of bridesmaids. Ha! We were able to walk to several places for food and really enjoyed playing board games at the brewery downstairs while munching on pizza. We were able to use Uber to and from the wedding venue which was a quick drive. Cozy, comfortable, clean, spacious, great location, great hosts. Thanks! Hoping to bring the whole family back out next year!

    Melissa2019-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • First of all, if there's something bad about a place, I'd say it. I have airbnb'd a fair bit but have stayed many funky and cool places through work and vacation. I can honestly say I've not stayed at a place, hotel or airbnb, with as many nice surprises, amenities, or just general coolness as Ryan's place. Plus Ryan himself is one of the coolest people I've rented from. I dealt with both Ryan and his sister Lisa and both have big hearts, are quick to respond, and are genuine people who want you to enjoy your stay. We needed a place for an entire month and were kinda nervous walking into the place, but it is not only bigger than the pictures show, we just went "wow" and stood there for a sec and took it in. Pros - the sunsets, OMG, the sunsets from the patio are amazing. I mean, I guess it's snohomish really that has the amazing sunsets, but there were a lot and we just sat on the patio with a beer and watched them most nights - Room is expertly designed and stylish, very nice to just sit and look around the room at the many custom and professional touches, - the metalwork in the room is gorgeous , stained all sorts of stunning black colors. Like table at foot of bed, shelving, metal countertops (am in love with these), door trim, even the garment hangar is quite attractive. There is so much gorgeous metalwork in this room, it's really quite unique - well thought out amenities, very generous frankly in how much there is, stocked with clever and thoughtful items all over. It's by far the best stocked room I've ever rented, hotel or otherwise. - the A/C and temperature in the room was perfect, all. the. time. Its super easy to use and does both cooling and heating. Was so impressed - the bathroom is HUGE, the shower can fit 2 people no problem and love the no-door, it's just like ours at home. Plus there is a HUGE table and mirror in there for each of you to keep all your stuff separate as you get ready - the brewery is right there. At the back so you don't hear it at all, but it's right there. We even just enjoyed watching all the activity with people going back and forth, it felt a lot like being in a downtown apartment. Its very respectful, a lot of people with baby strollers and young families, people with dogs. Super casual and comfortable. not at all party atmosphere. - its an apartment in a place of business so at night, it's just you. It's really quite remarkable. Like having a house all to yourself, really. - walking distance to stores. We did both Safeway and Haggens, and was an easy walk. You can cut through the back and be at Starbucks in <1 minute, like walking to a neighbours house - that little bar fridge was amazing. It swallowed up 24 beer no problem and was still able to fit all sorts of food stuffs in it. PLUS, Ryan has it at the PERFECT BEER temperature. I changed my house fridge as soon as I got home as I had no idea it could be that much better - A ton of storage, there are drawers and cabinets everywhere - a fairly easy jog to Centennial trail, which is as long as it is beautiful. lots of families and other joggers and bikers out - Ryan said the place was very safe, and he couldn't be more right. There is a locked front door, and then a stairwell, and then your locked door. They are coded so no keys, which was SO nice. Cons - it is an apartment in a place of business so there is some noise in the morning. It's really muffled, though, nothing really of any concern. - the big window in the room is unnerving. It looks into the stairwell. We tested it thoroughly and somehow its 100% private and can't see anything other than vague movement. I don't know how it works but it is private, just odd. - Despite the patio being a highlight, you are close to everything plus I think 10th is a connector road, so it can be noisy at night. It's usually quiet by 9p or so, so very tolerable - Parking is a bit confusing. like an apartment block, there are about 15 spots, 4 of which are reserved but can't use, 3 which are reserved but can use, and then the rest are unmarked. Honestly, I struggled with the cons but I have to put some to keep it balanced. I will forever be grateful to Lisa for how sweet and supportive she was, and then later with Ryan with how kind and generous he was (did I mention cool?). We are going back to Snohomish without a doubt as we fell in love with the area and the people; so much music everywhere. And we will only ever stay at Ryan's place going forward; so many great memories were made. Thank you so much!

  • Great place - nice, clean, modern. Easy access to outside amenities. Tap room downstairs is good, they bring a food truck. Walking distance to other food/drink. Attentive host.

Welcome to this 3 bed 3 bath 1500 sq ft home in-town Snohomish. Fenced back yard. Walking distance to historic 1st Street. Quiet neighborhood and a house with all of the amenities to keep you comfortable for a night or a week!
This is a very comfortable home, turn on the gas fire place and get cozy in blankets. I'm an entertainer so the kitchen is fully equipped with every gadget you might need. The dining table has extra leaves and i have an additional 6 folding chairs so throwing a dinner party or game night is easy. A very good place for kids too with toys, books, puzzles, craft supplies, and disney movies. The house will be yours for the stay so i hope it feels like home while you are lodging. Please respect the private spaces (garage, closets and dressers) and count on bringing your own food.
The house is walking distance to all the bars, restaurants, shopping and the Snohomish Aquatic Center. I'm on a well lit street with sidewalks and street parking. The house is about 500 feet of the Centennial Trail which is a great safe place to walk your dog or go for a long bike ride or jogging.
  • My now-wife used this space for her and her bridesmaids to wake up together and get ready before the wedding. The place was great and Simone’s hospitality and consideration was the difference maker between a stressed out bride and a stress free bride. My wife and her sisters really enjoyed the space and she had a great time from beginning to end and that all starts thanks to Simone. Thank you!!

  • Really appreciated how thoughtful the simple touches were. Left cotton balls, lotion and q-tips out as an example. The home was really tastefully decorated and the host was super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if ever up in the Seattle area.

  • Simone’s place is great. She was such a great host and easy to communicate with. She responded very promptly. Very nice neighborhood and very convenient for most of the attractions. Restaurant and grocery store is very close by the location. Thanks for being such a great host!

  • This place is excellent. We stayed here for my daughter's lacrosse tournament and it slept 5 of us very comfortably. It was extremely clean and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

  • Large, homey and very comfortable house. Great kitchen amenities, large bedrooms and super comfortable beds. Enough space for our family to spread out, but also a comfy space to gather for TV/movie-watching. Great value for our dollar!

  • Great hosts! Very cozy house with all the accommodations! The bed was super comfortable, room and house was clean, and overall a very charming place. Thank you again!

  • We enjoyed our stay very much! Lovely room and the bathroom was very clean and nicely set up. Was not aware the room was in the home and that we had to pass through shared spaces but we were never bothered or felt that we were intruding, was very quiet and we got to say hi to the puppy a couple times which was very sweet. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!

  • This is a wonderful cost-effective sleeping room in the quiet Silver Firs neighborhood of Everett, WA. The bed is very comfortable and high-speed Wi-Fi works perfectly, and your own private bath is just outside the door. For my visit, it was just for sleeping but you could use the kitchen and laundry if needed. The location was particularly central to Snohomish, Mill Creek, and Silver Lake areas. Nearby is every possible shopping and dining opportunity, with a favorite area being Town Center in Mill Creek, and then l'Artisan French Bakery and Cafe in Silver Lake.

  • Our stay was very pleasant, friendly and peaceful. Carolyn and Billy do a great job in making their guests feel comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with plenty of parking. When we opened the door, we were greeted by their adorable, sweet dog and friendly cat. The room and bathroom were clean and exactly as pictured. There was a small fridge which was ideal for us. There were a plethora of towels available and extra pillows (always nice) and a basket with bottled water and granola bars (which we forgot to eat, oh well, next time).

    Pierre2016-07-31T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I picked Carolyn and Billy's place because it was our first time staying with Airbnb and they had wonderful reviews. We were not disappointed!! Carolyn quickly and graciously answered all our questions in the days before we checked-in,helping us understand how Airbnb works. She was very flexible and accommodating regarding our time schedule. Carolyn greeted us at the door when we arrived and gave us a little tour. She and Billy were very friendly and relaxed hosts, excellent about engaging us in conversation upon check-in while still giving us privacy for the whole of our stay. What I appreciated most about our visit was the number of little details Carolyn and Billy had attended to. They had a little check-in check-out board next to the door so you could know who was home. The chalkboard in the hall had a welcome sign with our names on it. In addition to the many accommodations listed online they had also left out a little goodie bag with bottled water and granola bars, extra blankets for a chilly night and a handy instruction sheet with answers to any questions you might have about your stay from the wi-fi password to phone numbers for the best local food. I loved the care that was so obviously put into every part of our stay! The memory foam mattress made for one of the best nights sleep I've had away from home and the linens were all crisp, clean and comfortable. The house was spotless, especially for having two indoor animals. I was particularly impressed in how Carolyn handled introducing guests to her pets. She made a point to keep her dog in a separate room when she welcomed us in and only let her out to greet us once we had settled in and we confirmed that we liked animals. Both the cat and dog were friendly but very well-behaved. They only added to the enjoyment of our stay. If other hosts are anything like Carolyn and Billy then we will be staying with Airbnb whenever we travel from now on! They are delightful hosts providing reliable service, a relaxed friendly atmosphere, charming decor and a cozy comfortable room!

    Bethany2015-08-22T00:00:00Z
  • I had a wonderful stay with Carolyn and Billy. They're welcoming hosts, who take obvious pride in their home, keeping the lovely guest room and guest bathroom spotlessly clean and providing thoughtful amenities like fluffy towels, flowers in the bedroom, and a snack basket. While both Carolyn and Billy are very outgoing and friendly people, they're consummate hosts in the way they allow their guests to set the desired level of engagement, never being intrusive, while always been open, helpful, and gracious. They're good at communicating with their guests and, whether in-person or over e-mail, are very responsive to questions and requests. Interestingly, their adorable pets--Duffy the dog (hypo-allergenic) and Rudy the cat--seemed to have learned from their owners' examples and are equally friendly without being imposing. I would definitely stay with them again.

    Christopher2014-06-23T00:00:00Z
  • I had gotten a very good impression of Carolyn's place from the information she posted and from the reviews from guests before me. I had been looking forward to staying at her home and I was not disappointed. Everything is very thoughtfully set up for the comfort and convenience of the guest. I have a bad back and often find it difficult to get comfortable in a bed other than my own. But the bed Carolyn has for guests is a dream. The bedroom and bathroom had everything I could have needed. I really appreciated the small refrigerator in the closet and the desk and sturdy chair (again my back). And it was so quiet. I had plenty of privacy and at the same time Carolyn was nice enough to invite me to have morning coffee in the "café" she has set up next to the kitchen. I did not take her up on this because I did not want to leave the comfort of the bed until the last minute before I had to go to work. When I finally did get up I was able to enjoy a nice hot shower... excellent for starting off my day. There was little traffic in Carolyn's quiet neighborhood and I was able to get to the main road easily and quickly. All in all an excellent experience. I hope to stay with Carolyn again soon!

    Rebeca2017-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • Carolyn's home made me feel like I was going to my favorite cousin's home and staying the night - welcome and somehow part of the family. Since this was the first time we had tried airbnb, we was extremely pleased. All amenities were as described - plus the bed was super comfortable. Coffee and a great chat in the morning made the stay just perfect. Thanks for everything! When in Everett - this is where we will always stay.

  • This A frame was a wonderful spot for some much needed R&R! The pics don’t do this view justice - it was such a treat to enjoy the sunsets from the hot tub in the evening. Would definitely recommend Bill and Jana’s A frame to anyone looking for a beautiful place to recharge and enjoy the beauty of the PNW. Lots of great hiking trails nearby - well worth checking out!

  • We loved our stay at the cabin! The place was clean, cute, good sized and in a really nice location. Communication with Wynne and Craig was great and getting in and settled was a breeze. Home was as described and we would absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

  • Hello Wynne and Craig, Thanks for a great stay.... the cabin is very cute. I would have loved to see some animals, I love them all.... maybe next time. This rain has to end soon...

    Suzy2016-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Wynne N' Craig were such gracious hosts. I had a very last minute work trip and within 10 minutes of my inquiry they said their cottage would be ready for me within a few hours. The area was beautiful and my pup loved getting to run around the yard and stare at the pigs across the fence. The house felt very private which I also enjoyed. I definitely recommend coming here for a peaceful and secluded get away!

    Anelise2016-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • The perfect getaway from the city. I wish I could give more than 5 stars - we had a fabulous time and I think our dog had the best time of all!

  • Great spot, would definitely come back!

    Sharayah2019-03-30T00:00:00Z
  • Very quiet, not 5 minutes from downtown Snohomish and the various attractions that surround it. Low ceiling advisory for any vertically gifted people out there! Has a small but completely functional kitchen for preparing your own food, and if you're lucky fresh eggs from the free-range chickens will show up in your fridge (they're amazing!). It was the perfect place to stay amidst the hustle and bustle of a wedding weekend in Snohomish - quiet, rejuvenating and relaxing.

    Casey2018-06-10T00:00:00Z
  • Mixed feelings due to my lack of vetting. Hosts are super nice, the place is really exactly as described. Its dog oriented so there will be dog hairs and odors. The shower stall is very small and the sink area has a very low, sloped ceiling without a mirror over the sink. Mirrors are behind you. The stairs are treacherous, even for athletes and need better lighting. A suitcase should stay downstairs despite the bathroom being upstairs.

An oasis at the end of the driveway - perfect for students, summer guests. Fully furnished garage unit separate from the main house. Cable, large screen TV, WiFi, kitchen prep area, refrigerator. Inside the main house is all the water you need, including toilet and shower, which is always accessible to you. You have autonomy, parking, and all the human and animal contact you desire when you come inside. Your dog and/or cat is welcome.
This is unit attached to the garage that was previously used as a man-cave. I furnished it to be a studio unit but because there is no plumbing or heat out there, it is suitable for occupancy between April and October. Even though this feels like country here in Snohomish, you are only 30 miles from Seattle and 25 miles from Bellevue. There are two porches, a large deck, barbeque, and nice, open spaces available to you. And did I mention: cats and dogs.
It's green out here and about a five minute walk to the Pilchuck River and just a 20 minute walk on the Centennial Trail right into downtown Snohomish. Feels like country but there are plenty of good restaurants in town and large and small stores for good shopping. This is also a great town to hunt for special antique treasures.
  • We loved staying here! Carole was a great host. It was cozy and comfortable and we had a lot of privacy. We loved spending time with the dogs and cats at the house and enjoyed the sights around the area! I highly recommend this place and would come back again!

  • Carole is an awesome host and the place and location was great

    Heaven2019-06-30T00:00:00Z
  • Carole was very flexible with her arrangements. Time to check in and check out was not strict (which helped us and our travel time). She has a lot of animals, but that didn't bother is one bit because we love animals! She made us feel welcome in her home. Lovely lady

    Jess2016-08-01T00:00:00Z
  • Affordable, clean and private.

    Terra2019-04-14T00:00:00Z
  • I loved staying at Carole’s place. It was so homey. Carole gave my sick mom a gift to help her feel better. She goes above and beyond making you feel like family. Her animals are so sweet too. I slept so good there.

    Andrea2019-08-03T00:00:00Z
  • Carol has a great home, very comfortable and clean. She definitely has cats! All of the pets are very well trained and tolerated my two small, enthusiastic children remarkably well. Snohomish is a very nice small town, and it's not too far from Seattle, good if you intend one day in that direction and others elsewhere in the ineffably beautiful surrounding area. The nearby creek was low enough when we visited (Summer) so that our young children were able to handle it, being beginning swimmers but definitely used to being in water. Only got to take advantage of breakfast once due to our schedule, but were able to enjoy a "continental" offering of fruits, bread, cereal, yogurt, always coffee ready to go in the machine in the morning; plus there was plenty to make a full breakfast for myself and my four travelling companions. Great experience! The kids loved it as did we!

    Anne2014-07-16T00:00:00Z
  • Carole was an awesome host! She hosted my friends and I for a Spartan race in Washington and was so kind to us! She even made us coffee and toast early in the morning before the race. The cats and dogs in the house were also fantastic roommates. Quiet and well-behaved. I highly recommend Carole's home for anyone venturing to this part of Washington! I'll try and stay here again fro next year's race!

    Nathaniel2016-04-25T00:00:00Z
  • We had a very pleasant stay with Carole. She was very warm and inviting and her hospitality was superb! Not only did she make us a delicious breakfast each morning but she also took time to give us information about local sight seeing and mapped out directions for us. The rooms where very comfortable and she had everything we needed from bottled water to soaps we had forgotten to pack. Her pets where very friendly and the atmosphere of the home was extremely relaxing. She went above and beyond in her care of us during our stay as we were in town for my brothers wedding and she made exceptions for us to help him prepare for it. We would gladly stay with Carole again.

Come enjoy the farm lifestyle right outside of city limits. River front stay with panoramic views. Tons of shopping, food and night life right up the street.
Three stories! Queen bed in separate bedroom, 2 full bathrooms , full kitchen, coffee pot, microwave, stove, toaster and refrigerator. Full set of towels for shower use.
Come see cows, horses and a water front stay.
  • This is a cozy modern (new) space hiding in the middle of a working family farm. Just a short drive to downtown Snohomish. Three levels of space. Great place to meet and get ready for an event. There is a guys space, a girls space, and a kitchen. It’s comfortable and unique.

  • Brand new house, very clean and modern. Situated on a nice farm with cows and horses, only 5 minutes away from downtown. Was very easy to find, and check in went smoothly. Highly recommend, especially if you're involved in a wedding

  • Communication with Nicole was a breeze and the placed was spotless!

    Tom2019-09-07T00:00:00Z
  • Nicole was super helpful and accommodating, and easy to talk to. It was hard to believe we were the second ever group to stay. The house is a new build on a septic system in a working farm with a shared property, so be mindful of what that will mean if you’re unsure whether you can follow the rules to keep this place healthy and running. As someone familiar with rural life, it actually made my stay that much better. The space is absolutely gorgeous and feels a bit like we walked onto a movie set or photography studio. I had coffee in quirky coffee mugs on the porch watching the horses and ponies get exercised, and also had a cup of tea and watched the stars. The river is a stones throw behind the building, and the fish were definitely jumping. I wish we had had more time to find out more about them! Upstairs is a master bed and bath with a full dressing room complete with 3 mirrors and a well stocked counter for getting ready. Seeing as we were in town for a wedding and there were 3 of us staying there, it was absolutely perfect. Bottom floor is totally a groomsmen area with a bar and couches, and soon to be tv. The living and dining room was spacious and cozy. Snohomish the town is quaint with cute shops and a variety of food offerings. We had a vegetarian, carnivore, and food allergy sufferer in our group and we have no problem finding places to accommodate all of us together. Might I suggest Grilla Sandwiches? The best reuben I have ever had. I feel like I could gush about this place for hours, but instead I will leave you with this: I would definitely recommend staying here, and definitely hope to return in the future.

  • The Loft is wonderful place to stay with many cozy touches you just don't think about. Jerry made the whole process smooth and stress free, especially for someone new to Airbnb! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The appartment was super clean; the beds had lots of options and were comfortable (with your choice of pillows); the kitchen fully equipped (they even had a pizza oan for us); and air conditionioning was greatly appreciated. The location is good, with many amenities close by and Seattle about an hour away if you are driving downtown. I would highly recommend the Loft to anyone who wants to stay in the area, but doesn't want to stay in big, bustling city. Such a relaxing place!

  • I stayed at several AirBNBs during my road trip throughout the US, but this completely blew them out of the water. It was clean and modern, a lot of care was put into everything from movies under the coffee table, to a large supply of tea, honey, coffee, and snacks. For the price, I honestly just don't think this place can be beat. 10/10 All the way through.

  • My kids loved the chickens and meeting the seeet dogs, and we all loved the comfortable and clean quarters. It was perfect for a couple days in town for a wedding. The host communicated well and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

  • Sherri and Jerry have a wonderful place. The house is spotless, comfortable beds, and nice little extra touches like wine and snacks.

    John2018-12-10T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at Sherri and Jerry's place for the weekend of our son's wedding. It exceeded our expectations in every way! There is a charming garden (complete with chicken coop and chickens) leading up to the house. Our party consisted of 2 couples and a baby and we were more than comfortable in the space. There was ample street parking, and it was so quiet that it felt like we were the only ones there. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend staying with them and hope to do so again in the future!

  • We loved all the thoughtful touches that this apartment had. We could actually cook in the kitchen because of the great selection of pots/pans/utensils/spices. The fan in the bedroom helped keep our nights cool! Internet was fast and reliable. This apartment is so close to all the great downtown shops and restaurants. We especially loved seeing the hot air balloons every morning! Thanks, Brenda.

  • Easy location in Snohomish, easy to get into, and comfortable for the 4 of us to stay while visiting family in the area. Thoughtfully considered furnishings made the space feel inviting and gave us ample room to spread out that we would have never gotten in a hotel. We were able to buy a few things at the grocery store a few blocks away, make breakfasts, and enjoy the day with visiting the area and Seattle. We were all very pleased with the apartment and would stay there again if our travels take us back. Thank you!

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brenda's place! Tucked away in the back off the street, the apartment is truly spotlessly clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Very stylish, well appointed with all those little extra things that make a stay so nice like some complimentary drinks in the fridge, and things like peanut butter and jelly in the cupboard, and eggs for breakfast. It is a very quick and easy drive to downtown Snohomish, literally only a minute or two away through a beautiful neighborhood. The bedrooms and main shower are located upstairs, and the beds (at the time of our staying) are very firm. The livingroom was super comfy for chatting and watching TV. Easy parking off the main street right at the front door of the unit. Thanks again for a great stay, Brenda!

  • There were thoughtful touches everywhere including a welcome package of drinks and snacks, tooth brushes and tooth paste, unscented shampoo and conditioner, body soap, ironing board, hair dryer, Roku, and lots of extra pillows. There were even a couple of umbrellas hung by the door. The king size bed was comfortable and not too soft. The entry door was pre-coded with an easy to remember entry code, so no keys were required making check in as simple as arriving. The location is unbeatable right at the end of the historic Snohomish downtown. It is a quiet walkout basement location with windows facing a wooded gulch. Marilene did everything to ensure the most comfortable stay possible showing genuine concern for an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this unit for a comfortable and affordable stay for one or two adults.

  • The place was perfect for us, a couple there was a second bedroom with three beds a large family might have an issue as there is only one bathroom, but otherwise, it is roomy, bright, cheerful and in a wonderful location

    Steven2018-05-05T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect – close enough to the city and various outdoor activities to be convenient, but far enough away to allow us to enjoy some peaceful family time. While there, there was an issue with the refrigerator. As a nursing (and pumping) mother, I was worried about spoiled milk! However, Brenda was incredibly helpful and worked tirelessly to resolve the situation-even through the holidays! We loved the space – it really felt like home and was a great value for the price. We will likely end up staying here again if the residence is available on our next trip to Washington! We highly recommend this AirBNB!

  • My family was planning to stay here for two days. When we arrived, the password the host provided for the lock did not work. We tried contacting her but she waa unavailable. We could not even leave a message in her voicebox bc it was full. Airbnb customer setvice tried calling her but she was unavailable. It was late so we canceled our stay at the Airbnb and looked for another place to stay. I believe she has co-host. but no one running the Airbnb were answering our calls. The host was apparently on a flight. She might have never considered of leaving a person behind who can help the guest at the Airbnb if They have any problems. When she was unavailable. We were rly unforunate.

Welcome! The cottage is on 5 acres in farm country and is only 1.7 miles from the historic town of Snohomish. Built in 1916 and fully renovated in 2017, the cottage is full of character but has all the comforts of a modern getaway. Fobes Cottage is located in a serene, pastoral community where many are third generation homeowners. Frequently your view out windows includes deer grazing under the ancient apple trees. Guests are welcome to pick raspberries or blueberries from the garden in season.
The cottage is near the town of Snohomish, where there is everything from skydiving to antiquing to whiskey-tasting. There are great eateries and saloons nearby. Centennial Trail, a 30-mile National Recreational Trail, is close by for day trips.
  • The house is very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The living space was great for relaxing in and the kitchen is very spacious. It is very clean and the hosts were very nice and helpful. It was very convenient to Snohomish proper in a country setting. The property is beautifully landscaped and there is a great porch to sit outside on. We got to watch deer eat some apples in the small orchard on the property. It is a darling house.

    Jeff2019-06-23T00:00:00Z
  • This home is a gem in every way. So clean, so organized, beautiful architecture, lovely touches, a full array of spices, olive oil in the cabinet, washer and dryer, extra outdoor chairs and and umbrella if you choose not to sit on the front porch. Every window is a lovely quiet green country view. The furniture is new and so comfortable. Great frig with lots of room. Every cooking utensil if you choose too. If you want to bring horses, there is what looks like a boarding facility up the road with an arena. You would have to check first to see if they have room for you. But the centennial trail can be use for horses or bicycles. Lots of great activities around and stores to purchase some food if you decide to stay in and cook like we did. The hosts are lovely and so kind. This place is a 10 out of 5 stars. Best spot we have ever stayed. We will book again.

The cottage is in a tranquil spot in the country, but close to many things to do and see. Woodinville wine country and the quaint Victorian town of Snohomish are nearby. There are often deer on or around the property, especially from fall to spring. Migrating Trumpeter Swans and Bald Eagles abound from November to March. Frogs croak in the early days of Spring. And of course, many, many Hummingbirds.
  • What a great weekend! The cottage is a great size for a couple to get away. Lots of little touches, more than I expected. Very cute, quiet, cozy and private. The platform bed was very comfortable - it is firm, which is what we like. Thank you John and Laura!

  • John and Laura’s place is lovely and private. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the units front porch looking out over the mountains. It’s about ten minutes from downtown Snohomish which was a great place to dine and explore. Great find!

    Cassie2018-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • If you are looking for a cute little place off the beaten path this is it. It is spacious, has a wonderful view and is well equipped if you plan to cook. This place would be my choice for a get-a-way to the country.

    Michael2018-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • This is a wonderful Airbnb. It is in town but is very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen and bath are modern and fully outfitted. It had wifi and cable available when I didn't want to go out. The bed was delightfully comfortable. The air conditioning was appreciated because it was unseasonable hot while I was there. Overall this was a 5 star rental.

    Rhonda2017-08-07T00:00:00Z
  • John and Laura were amazing hosts! We were there to meet my newly found brother for the first time and wanted to stay in a place that felt like our Colorado home, relaxing, calm, quiet, and beautiful. The cottage was breathtakingly beautiful along with the views, just gorgeous! Our flight didn't land until 12am and had a late/early arrival. John and Laura were extremely accommodating and they even filled the fridge with breakfast items for the following morning. When we travel back to Snohomish again we will 100% be staying at this location again. Great people, great views, beautiful piece of property, very clean, up to date appliances, very comfortable bed, cozy, and close to town. All around we highly recommend staying at this location!!!!

    Shawn2014-10-19T00:00:00Z
  • Such a quaint, quiet and unique space! We loved it! The place is super clean with lots of little touches to make it feel so homey. Close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away to get some peace and quiet.

    Ali2018-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • John and Laura were so amazing! We stayed here right after getting married and they made us feel so welcomed. They left a bottle of wine and gave us two wine glasses as a marriage present, which went above and beyond anything were expecting. Overall, I would absolutely stay there again and it was a very fun experience.

    Dale2016-10-11T00:00:00Z
  • Laura and John responded quickly to our emails and made us feel very welcome. The pictures didn't do justice to the charm of this lovely cottage and it's beautiful view. Peaceful, quiet, clean, comfortable - we were very pleased with our stay at the Hummingbird's Nest.

    Shannon2018-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • The house has been very thoughtfully renovated. Central Snohomish. Walking distance to the historic shopping district. House is very well stocked. Fresh farm eggs and beautiful fresh flowers were a welcome surprise.

  • Snohomish is a sweet little town that warmly welcomes out-of-towners. Tameron goes beyond that to be sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. We were in town for a month with an infant in tow and were able to settle in right away. We were comfortable for the duration of our stay and would highly recommend the Walton House for anyone looking for nice proximity to the historic downtown, an easy drive into the city or finding some amazing hikes (consider checking out Deception Pass or Bridal Veil Falls!)

    Erin2019-01-31T00:00:00Z
  • Wow!!! What a great place for a weekend or a week in Snohomish! The house has been beautifully updated while retaining its historic character. The beds are all very comfortable. Our family group really appreciated having a 2nd bathroom (both nicely updated) .... a rare find in a historic property. The kitchen is beautiful! Fresh flowers, herbs, and a dozen farm fresh organic eggs were there to greet us on arrival. The many shops and restaurants of downtown Snohomish are a short walk from the house and you can leave your car in the driveway and forget about searching for parking. The backyard is a beautiful oasis. All in all, it is a perfect place for a family gathering and we definitely hope to return for another stay.

    Martha2018-09-05T00:00:00Z
  • We LOVED staying at this airbnb! It is a gorgeous historical home that is walking distance to all the local shops and restaurants in Snohomish. The hosts responded almost immediately to any questions we had. They also left a wonderful "welcome home" gift upon arrival. The house is about 40 minutes to an hour from Seattle (depending on traffic). Our group was there for a wedding at the Green Gates at Flowing Lake venue which was only 10/15 minutes away. It is a great location! We will definitely be staying there again should we find ourselves back in Snohomish.

    Cristen2018-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • This place is in the perfect location if you are familiar with Snohomish and enjoy the downtown area. Upon arrival there were fresh flowers and a dozen farm fresh eggs awaiting us, such a pleasant surprise. Very clean and well appointed. Would highly recommend this place !!

This listing is to join two seperate listings I have on AirBnB and provide the ability to book both places at a discounted rate. This property is very fun and unique; it has a 2 bed 1 bath house that was built in 1921 and a private artist bungalow in the back. Each house has its separate entrance and complete privacy, yet on the same lot, which makes it great for groups. I can send you the separate listings if you need a better idea of the layout.
The front house has evening sun, a lovely covered porch and is decorated to the period. The bungalow in back has a full privacy fence, jetted tub, movie room and lots of creative touches. I allow pets to stay, so please be advised in case you have allergies (the place will be spotless, but just in case). I have an Air Conditioning unit in the back house and have made every effort to make this place as cool and fun as possible. Please note the spiral staircase as it is a bit tight and may not be suitable for everyone.
  • What a great space, both! I thought the two places really complimented each other well. I really didn’t need all the space for my one friend and I, but it was kind of fun! This was my first weekend off in awhile, so I spent most of the few days lounging around in the theater room, which was very cozy. Everything we needed was there, the usual things you’d expect to find in your own home, even some choice foods and drinks. Heather was wonderful to communicate with and always quick to respond. I would definitely stay again and I will recommend my friends to as well when they come to Snohomish.

  • I appreciate when a renter provides in depth detail on their expectations, and Brenda provided a rules/guidelines manual, so that made things really easy! We are very clean people, so it is a little disappointing to see cleaning fees tacked on beforehand, but we agreed to these up front and, of course, had the option to book somewhere else. We also understand that they use these to pay a cleaning service, so it made sense. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and Brenda was very helpful and communicative when we needed her. There were some condiments and cooking materials available, and that was a nice touch that made it feel more like home. But if we lacked anything, there are two grocery stores right down the street. The best part is that she even let us book an extra night when our flight was delayed. That made things less stressful. We would stay here again!

    Stephanie2019-07-09T00:00:00Z
  • Not what we expected. There was cleanliness issues and a broken bed.

  • Brenda was a excellent host, during our stay she had everything that we needed, the bed was very comfortable, the apartment is very stylish, she had all toiletries you don't have to bring your own. The apartment was very clean and cozy, the neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Anything we needed she was very quick to respond and resolve any questions we had. She exceeded our expectations on Airbnb's, we would love to stay again some time. Brenda really made it memorable for us in her cozy snohomish home.

  • My husband and I traveled to Snohomish for Thanksgiving to be with family living there. We stayed at Brenda’s place which was near restaurants, grocery store, banks and anything a traveler needed. My husband walked to charming downtown Snohomish several times. The bed was comfortable, the decor up to date and a beautiful view from a large living room window! It was so nice. The apartment was just the right size and very cozy. Loved the decorated Christmas tree. It was very homey! No wonder Brenda is a super host; she was very responsive to our questions and needs. Since we have family living in the area, we would certainly consider staying another time. I appreciate Brenda’s hospitality!

Let the light in and enjoy a cozy room, plenty of closet space, and a peaceful view of pastures. There's a large shared bath down the hall, large living room, and great outdoor spaces for you to enjoy. Breakfast items and coffee are available.
Your room is light and bright and has a nice pastoral view. There is a soft and comfy double bed with plenty of closet and dresser space for your things. It's very comfortable and the temperature can be controlled by opening the window or using the wall-mounted thermostat. There are guide books and maps of Snohomish and Seattle just outside the door in the hall. Your home for a day or as long as you want, is a 1901 country farm-style house sitting on a 1/3 acre of its own grass and surrounded on three sides by other people's grass. There is a long driveway where you can park your tractor, horse, or car. If you just want to sit and enjoy the green and the space, there are two porches (one with a swing) and a large deck in the backyard.
The City of Snohomish is perfectly placed as a base for visiting Washington State. Of course you want to hang out in downtown Seattle and that is only 30 miles from Snohomish. Snohomish is a destination itself for casual and serious antiquers who also love good food, beautiful rivers, miles of biking and walking trails, and a great location to explore the "Other Washington'. This is a great location if, after you have exhausted all the City of Seattle has to offer, you like to wind down in the evening with a walk, hike, or bike ride along the river or along the 26-mile foot and bike path Centennial Trail, which is within a 1/2 mile of the front door. The downtown part of Snohomish on 1st Street is an antique-lover's dream, and only 1 mile away - a nice walk along part of the Centennial Trail. This is a small town that feels big. There are many restaurants including a Crepe place, a Pie place, several good places for ethnic food, a fine dining place, those great saloons and pubs any decent small town has, and even a place to eat lunch with your (well-behaved) dog.
  • I really enjoyed my 2 night stay. If you love and are comfortable with cats and dogs, you will enjoy the company of several of the animals that live in this country style home. The neighbors have big lots with horses and cows, so I really felt I had gotten the quiet break I needed away from Los Angeles. Carole is very responsive by text if you have any questions. The room I stayed in was simple and comfortable and just right for me as a single traveler. I felt at home. I brought my own supplies like shampoos and soaps. Bathroom is shared and clean. But I forgot to bring a bath towel and there were towels provided in my room. The location is really great! It’s in a neighborhood close to the highway but private enough to have a country feel. It’s very close to Pilchuk river and one of the Centennial bike/walk trail heads. I had a great time biking the area. It’s also about a mile to downtown Snohomish walkable/bike via the Centennial Trail. There’s even a pretty bridge over Pilchuck River, next to a flower grower nearby.

  • The place is in a great location, especially for our purposes around Snohomish and the valley. We had a nice stay with Carole and her cool cats and dogs again. Breakfast, coffee and of course the house was great as usual. Carole is a unique gem that Lisa and I can both appreciate.

    Will2015-07-23T00:00:00Z
  • Carole is a most gracious host. She made us feel welcome She made us wonderful breakfasts and even asked us to join her for dinner one night. Her house is clean and the room we stayed in is comfortable. Carole even let my husband parked his trailer in her driveway. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Our stay at her place was wonderful and we are planning to come back and stay at her house again when we go back to look for houses to move to in Washington. We will recommend our friends and family to stay at her house when they visit the area.

    Norris2015-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Carole's house is great. The room was perfectly comfortable and the vibe matched the pastoral setting.

    Julie2016-05-06T00:00:00Z
  • I loved the country feel but yet it was close to town, I walked there several times . Carol gives you all the privacy you want but is friendly and helpful. Carole has several shelter animals (2 dogs 6 cats) living with her, they all were delightful. This is a place I would go to again.

    Bunnie2017-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • The host, Carole, was home to welcome me and was very personable and kind. The room was even better than advertised and I found it to be a very stress free environment and enjoyed relaxing and sitting in the rocking chair reading by the open window with fresh air coming in.

    Julie2015-06-20T00:00:00Z
  • Carole's home is charming in a pleasant, quiet semi-rural area. The room was fine and I enjoyed quiet morning walks picking blackberries before I headed off to meetings. I enjoyed the dogs welcome me and the cats checking in on things from time to time. although we did not have a lot of time to chat, Carole has many interesting experiences and I think I would enjoy a hiking tour with her.

A comfortable room with private bathroom in a 100 yr. old farmhouse. You’ll love the views, the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Our place is easy to find from Highway 2 or State Route 9. It's a quiet rural setting; you can wonder through the orchard or enjoy the relaxing view from the patio. Our guestroom comfortably fits 2 adults.
There are many activities to choose from in the area. Enjoy the town’s shops, stroll through the historic district, take a hot air balloon ride, skydive, or walk the Centennial Trail. Or, if you prefer a slower pace, stroll through Aunt Kathryn’s apple and pear orchard, explore the ancient barn, or relax in the spacious yard.
  • We highly recommend that you stay at Aunt Kathryn’s B & B. The Best part of your stay is how she makes you feel welcome. He will have a wonderful night sleep and, oh yes, the breakfast will be great. We cannot wait to return and stay with her again.

    Mike2018-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • If you're looking for a place to stay in the Snohomish area, enjoy rural settings, the opportunity to stay in a 100 year old farmhouse, and love delicious breakfasts, Kathryn's is a place to consider.

    Candace2018-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Kathryn’s place is an adorable bedroom in her B&B on a small farm road. The small details make this place quite charming. It was a perfect location for a wedding I was going to. Kathryn is a great host and even stayed up a little late for me because I had a flight delay and missed part of a reception dinner. She also has an ADORABLE puppy.

    Holly2018-06-10T00:00:00Z
  • Kathryn is a delightful host. The B&B is very homey---like staying with a friend.

    Amanda2018-06-22T00:00:00Z
  • Suitable for just one couple. Very rural but worked for us to attend a wedding in Snohomish

    Cyril2018-07-08T00:00:00Z
  • The bed is wonderful, but high. There is a stool to help you get in, but if you have mobility issues it might not be the best place for you. It's very quiet in this neighborhood and Kathryn is so friendly and helpful. You will love the breakfasts, which will be tailored to your needs. There is a heat pump, so your winter and summer stays will be comfortable!
