Holiday houses in Evansdale

We booked the property for an escape from the graduation craziness and it was absolutely lovely. The home is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The cabin is well appointed. It was nice to have a quiet location to enjoy and Deb was very responsive and caring. I love the beautiful porch and with any luck, I’d like to return again so I may spend more time there. It’s lovely and peaceful!

Everything from check in to check out was easy. House is spacious, comfortable, and just as described. Owners were helpful, and responsive to all questions. Would stay there again without question

We enjoyed our stay at Breann's last weekend to attend a wedding in Iowa. It accommodated our family of 7 well and was spacious and well furnished. The view from the upper level was amazing. It was like we were dwelling at the top of the trees and had a "bird's eye" view. Lovely. Very nice hot tub.

Our party of five adults stayed at Andy's place for a birthday weekend and had a great time. The cabin and surroundings are as described ~ clean, unique, private, quiet. We kayaked and fished in the pond and ate our meals on the deck; we loved the outdoor spaces and appreciated having the kayaks and the fire pit available. We traveled to Elkader and Decorah during the days. The cabin was just the right place to come back to.

This was perfect place for our 3 generations of family to meet and stay for our son's graduation in Fayette at Upper Iowa. This house is newly remodeled and had everything we needed. We went to the local grocery store and grilled out some steaks for the graduation celebration.

This was our 2nd stay & absolutely loved it again. Hot tub & sauna did not disappoint. Comfy beds & furniture. Hosts were helpful, hospitable & friendly. Will be back a 3rd time.

The house was amazing. Very clean. Had everything a person would need. Plenty of room for all our guests. Great location. Close to gas station, grocery stores, and restaurants. The ping pong table was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.
