We have just completed the restoration of our hotel. All our rooms and facilities have been renovated. Our rooms have been redesigned in accordance with the texture of the region and in a modern way. Most of our rooms are cave rooms and we have a few arched stone rooms. Some of our rooms have bathtubs and fairy chimney views. Every morning, a rich breakfast is served on the terrace, accompanied by the magnificent sunrise. Guests can enjoy the view of hot air balloons rising over the valley.

Located right in heart of Berat's iconic neighbourhood, we provide our guests with a cozy and comfortable room. This room is build in an approximately 300-year-old house, which was recently renovated in 2019. We aim to preserve the traditional aspects of the house, and offer a glimpse of how life in Berat has been in the past, while of course making your stay in our tiny guest-house comfortable. Every detail is designed by local artisans and craftsmen with the tradition in mind.

Relais Santa Caterina - The Suite

The Relais Santa Caterina della Rosa is located in a 16th-century building, a former convent and historic seat of the Conservatory of Santa Caterina. The Superior Suite is a unique location, 90 square meters, totally frescoed, its windows directly overlook the nave of the church below. Equipped with wi-fi, smart TV, mini bar and wine cellar, air-conditioned, it is the ideal solution for families or small groups who choose a unique place, in the historic center for their stay.

Our two Superior rooms are perfect when you are looking for a little more space. The Superior rooms really radiate the history of the building thanks to the high ceilings and large windows. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Fish Market and the warm atmosphere of the room. The Superior rooms offer plenty of natural daylight thanks to the large windows. Our Superior rooms are 17m2 and feature a seating area, king size bed and luxurious bathroom with walk-in rain shower and toilet.

With the train station around the corner it is the perfect place (in the center of the country) to make your city trips to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or the Beach.
