Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, our apartment offers easy access to all the amenities you need—restaurants, shops, etc. Located near stunning mountains, you’re just 15 min. from BYU, 45 min. from Salt Lake, and 30 min. from Fifth Water Hot Springs. Plus, Sundance Ski Resort is only 21 miles away, making this the perfect base for adventure and relaxation. (Please remember that this is a basement apartment that has a small family living upstairs.)

Roam Ranch Yurt: In a world of squares, it's time to experience round! Located on 10 acres in the beautiful valley of Milburn, Utah. Come reset in nature, relax by the fire pit and watch the sun set, ride our mtn bike flow trail (beginner/intermediate/expert level) or better yet, test your skills on our 9 hole disc golf course! Mahogany in Utah County, and just a mile away from American Fork Canyon, adventure is literally knocking on your door. Come not just to sleep, but to have an unforgettable experience. The kitchen is large and well equipped so you might opt to prepare meals right here. The bathroom has recently been remodeled and the king size bed offers a comfortable night's sleep. Outdoors we offer a bbq and patio furniture for sitting outside and enjoying the mountain air. Just a 5 minute walk and you'll be in Santaquin canyon.
