Dongchonjae is a traditional hanok located in Seochon Village, very close to Gwanghwamun Square and Gyeongbokgung Palace, the center of Seoul. The accommodation consists of Anchae, Sarangchae, and Annex Room. Dongchonjae, built in 1939, It has been officially certified as a traditional hanok by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Korea Tourism Organization. Dongchonjae is a retired couple who opened their home. It has been in operation since October 2020. Guests have 4 rooms, a living room (Daecheongmaru), a kitchen, 1 internal shower room and 1 external shower room, You can use spaces such as the numaru and the yard. The host lives in the nearby Sarangchae We provide necessary services such as breakfast. The quiet beauty and scent of traditional hanok in Dongchonjae Please feel free to feel. It is a 100-year-old hanok guest house designated as a tourist convenience facility in Seoul, and has been in business for four generations. The host couple lives nearby, completely separated from the space used by guests, and provides breakfast. It is a quiet and cozy resting place, each room has a bathroom, a cafe-style veranda, a 10-minute walk from Hyehwa Station, and a parking space for 2 cars. It is 20 minutes away by public transportation, including Dongdaemun, Namdaemun, Gwangjang Market, Myeongdong Shopping, Changgyeonggung Palace, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insa-dong, Blue House, and Namsan Tour.

We have spacious Garden with lovely pine trees and seasonal flowers. You can feel healing and relax with our lovely calm garden. We have also small farm growing ingredient fruits. you can pick & enjoy eating for breakfast in summer season. You can take a walk along the riverside path near our house and enjoy water skiing and paragliding. Public transportation is also available. It's a 10 - minute walk from Asin Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. Pick-up from Asin Station is also available.

2024년 서울에서 평창으로 귀촌한 부부는 양식당과 민박집을 운영하고 있습니다. 강원도 평창군 지동리 자연이 살아있는 마을 끝 676고지에 살고있어요. 안녕하세요? 평창속입니다. 이땅 전주인은 이곳에 천문대를 짓다 개인사정으로 중단하게되었데요. 마을이름도 별천지마을로 날씨가 좋으면 별이 한 500개정도 보이는거 같아요. 주위에 민가는커녕 불빛도 없고 산속에 우리만 살고있어요. 바람소리, 새소리, 나뭇잎소리, 너소리, 나소리, 음악소리, 뿐이에요. 우리의 여유를 빌려드립니다 : ) 이제막 오픈해서 대단한 정원이나 볼거리는 없지만 깔끔하고 단정하게 양식당과 민박집을 운영하며 기다릴게요. 2023년 귀촌 결심하고 땅을찾으러 집나갈때부터 지금까지의 기록이 있어요. 전 목수팀 막내로 참여하여 기초부터 목수마감날 까지 같이 집을지었죠. 인테리어는 우리 부부 취향대로 우리가 다했어요. 어설퍼요. 하지만 느낌있지요 : ) 인스타그램 @ksystyle 유튜브 @ksystyle
