Water access within walking distance, on a dock in Fitch Bay (overlooking Lac Memphrémagog). Note that this is not a beach, and it is not possible to swim near the dock.

Our eco-friendly mini-house is situated on 90 acres of land. Explore the forest and surroundings. We are located 7 minutes from Bromont ski resort, Lake side, and 20 minutes from Mont Sutton. The place is very peaceful.
