Joe is a really great host. He gave us all the recommendations needed and was always there to help. He also was really nice and friendly. The location is wonderful, near everything you would need to see in Madeira ( but you will need a car) The kitchen is well equipped and you can cook easily , we used have the breakfast at home and go to hikes after. Nothing was missing from the entire house actually. The view from inside is amazing and so peaceful, you will love it. Recommend this Airbnb!!

Our place was very welcoming. The quiet setting with the gardens was very tranquil. It felt like a peaceful escape at the end of our adventures. We appreciated that it was spotless as well.

There were two of us in the accommodation, there was a lot of fruit on the table, bread and the fridge was stocked, which pleased us very much and we felt welcomed. The accommodation was very tasteful and cozy. The only thing that bothered me personally was that there is only one window that you can't open. This made it quite dark in the house. The landlord was always available and inquired if everything was okay. We definitely recommend the place.

The place was spotless and as described. The lockbox on the premises allows flexibility for check-in and checkout. The parking lot is closed by an electric gate, which is very nice. Proximity to the airport is a plus. However, depending on the day, planes are heard, but we get used to it. We had a pleasant stay.

Absolutely perfect stay at Real in Madeira! Communication was flawless from start to finish, and checking in was a breeze with easy key access. We were welcomed with a generous fruit basket and delicious local products— the local organges and the juicer were just right for the perfect breakfast. The apartment felt brand new and was impeccably maintained. The spacious bathroom with a private sauna was a real treat. Each of the three secluded units is beautifully designed for privacy and comfort. Both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces came with plenty of dry wood, adding a cozy touch. The panoramic ocean views are breathtaking, and the loungers on the pristine lawn invite you to relax and soak it all in. We truly couldn’t have asked for more!

It was a week. The apartment was perfectly prepared and we were waiting for refreshments. Location almost through the fence with the airport slab - which can be an additional advantage for aviation enthusiasts. Due to the slope (the house is higher than the airport), the mines of the machines taking off and landing were not annoying, and the view of the approaching aircraft was an added highlight for us. The activity of the airport is heavily limited at night, so it was not disturbed by noises. There is a body of water in the garden (which is not shared) and there are frogs that have had evening and morning concerts for us. Birds among the trees made our stay more enjoyable. If someone likes to sleep with the window open, they should take care of a mosquito safety net. In the complex you can use the washing machine, an electric clothes dryer, as well as a gym for exercising.

Great house, inserted in a calm and family area. Spacious and well-equipped. Victor was always very available and attentive.
