A praia mais próxima fica apenas a 10min a pé. O ponto alto da casa é o teto e a varanda com muito sol pela manhã e inicio da tarde, optimo especialmente no inverno. Wifi Rapido - 500Mbps Estaciomento gratuito a 4min a pé. Apesar de não ter máquina de lavar roupa, temos serviço lavandaria.
