Welcome to the Nuthatch Cabin

Welcome to the Nuthatch, a cozy cabin in the woods outside Fairbanks. This dog-friendly little cabin is just 7 miles from town but surrounded by the boreal forest. This is glamping at its best, a solid roof, warm place, bed, WiFi, and tv. This is a “dry” cabin, with an outhouse but no running water (no shower. Look out for wildlife and northern lights or roast a s’more over the campfire. If you have more guests, there is an additional cabin on the property "Come Visit the Warbler", holds four.

Serene and scenic - our clean one-room cabin is on the popular Chena River! You’ll love our place because of the isolated Alaskan experience it offers for couples and solo adventurers. This is a dry cabin but we take care of you! Nice camp shower and sink available in a separate out-building (shared with 2 other small cabins) plus a clean outhouse (private) near the cabin.
