VALLS 7, located on a 19th century building, is a 2019 restored and fully equipped apartment, maintaining original floor mosaic tiles (modernism style), original ceilings and facade. 70 m2 apartment space + 10 m2 terrace. - 2 bedrooms. - 2 bathrooms (with showers). - Internet Wi-Fi. - Private terrace and balcony. - Towels and bed linings provided for all guests. - The apartment is on a 4th floor. - Touristic/city tax INCLUDED in price. - MINORS (under 21), are NOT allowed. So, at check in, we reserve the right of admission. * exception: minors over 7 years old, with parents. * Smoking is totally forbidden in the whole apartment (fines may be applied if not respected), except in the back balcony. * Towels are only for apartment use, NOT to take to the beach. * Bicycles are NOT allowed inside the apartment. - LATE CHECK IN: arriving after 23.30hs, there is an extra 20 euros fee, that have to be paid, cash, on arrival. - KEYS: losing set of keys is a 20 euros fee charge.

One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.

A fantastic apartment with 4 single beds. The apartment is very quiet and have balcony. No smoke inside of apartment. Keys box for self checkin. We will pass the password 3 days before the trip . The adults guests ( over 16 years old) need pay 9.5€ per person per night for the city tax. It’s not include in rental, need pay cash when the guests arrive at apartment. The adults guests ( over 17 years old) need pay 6.25€ per person per night for the city tax. My cleaner lives near around the apartment building, she can take care of our guests all the time.

Modern apartment tastefully decorated. Functional and fully equipped. Excellent communications to Barcelona city center (18min), airport (30min),"La Fira" exhibition center (10min). Quiet neighborhood. One double br with very comfortable mattress. Dining room with sofa bed. Lots of natural light throughout the day. AC, heat pump, high speed WIFI in all rooms. Flat TV with Netflix. Airbnb has awarded us as a superhost for the 5th year in a row and we like our guests to feel at home!

El apartamento no dispone de terraza, por lo que ofrecemos a nuestros clientes una terraza comunitaria en la azotea, totalmente equipada y amueblada. It has it's own patio, where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinners or a quiet drink after a day in the hectic city life. The house, since1850, has 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed (one is small) 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.
