Roy's place was amazing for our trip to Lake Placid! It was easy to get to and conveniently located near the ski hill, High Falls Gorge, and many other famous attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring. The place was exceptionally clean, with plenty of fresh towels, extra sheets, and all the essentials to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for the weekend, which made meal prep super easy. The cozy atmosphere, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches throughout the space made us feel right at home. Roy was also an excellent host ! We will definitely be staying here again on our future trips to Lake Placid! Highly recommend!

We had a lovely winter adventure in the Adirondacks, with a big thanks to Bonnie! Bonnie is a warm and welcoming host, offering a delicious selection of artisanal teas—a must-try! Our room was cozy and ready to welcome us—well-appointed, comfortable, and accented with a charming splash of color. Bonnie provided excellent recommendations, even calling to make reservations for us weary travelers arriving late in the evening. Thank you, Bonnie!

One of the better air bnbs I’ve stayed at recently. I had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the amenities provided. Ryan was great at communicating and even did a check in with us to see if the stay was going well. Beautiful trail in walking distance from the place and had wonderful views of the local ponds. This was my first time visiting the Adirondacks and I would definitely consider this place for my next adventure there.

We absolutely loved staying at Gabrielle’s place! A perfect location to visit both Ausable Sables and entire Wilmington/Lake Placid areas! We utilized Gabrielle’s list of suggested places and restaurants every day and were never disappointed. This was our first visit to the Adirondacks and ~~ thanks to our host, we were quite impressed! We hope to return in the fall P.S. The scavenger hunt and gift were the cherry on top!! Bravo 👏

Overall great and peaceful stay. Pretty close to white face and lake placid. Perfect space for 2-3 people. Owner is responsive and friendly. One thing to note is that the owner does not mention in the listing that he lives in the same house with you. So if you’re looking for complete privacy then this might not be the best option for you. Other than that, no complaints at all and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area!

Nice cozy organic place. Proactive and responsive host. Would not change a thing. We made plans to do a lot of stuff in the area, but even if we hadn't, it would have been fun to chill at this cool spot!

Whitney's loft provided a perfect getaway for my 30th birthday. It was super clean and inviting. She was resposive throughout the whole experience. The environment was perfect if you want a peaceful, yet adventurous stay. We made use of the provided canoe and paddled through the Oseetah Lake with our dogs, which is just a short walk on the property. This is our first time in the ADK area and we were not disappointed. We even took a day trip to Montreal.

Andrea's place was perfect for our quick get away to Paul Smith's college. It is a beautiful area with lots of outdoor hiking options. The place was much larger and even nicer than we expected. Instructions for tv, internet, etc were clear and easy to follow. Well stocked kitchen but we didn't really use anything while we were there due to such a short stay. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms beautiful- plenty of hot water and water pressure! Heat worked well and kept us cozy. Loved the deck and wish we were there longer to enjoy the space!

This is a beautiful place with an amazing host. Laura was extremely responsive and even recommended local places to visit. The space was perfect for what we needed, and it was located in a quiet and calming part of Essex. Right next to the ferry, it was convenient and easy to get around. Thank you, Laura for everything you made our trip a great one.

Andrea’s cozy little apartment was indeed that, “Cozy”. Very clean and well appointed. Also nice decorative touches. Arrival procedures were simply and clear. Very close to town too.

Smells and feels like a brand new apartment. Well appointed, especially the bathroom. Very quiet, except for being able to hear every footstep above you, but not an issue for sleeping which matters most. I would stay again if in the area.

Great little spot (bigger than I expected) in Ticonderoga. You can hear the waterfalls on the Le Chute River from the space. It was a great spot to relax after an active day, just sitting on the enclosed porch (no black flies here) and chatting. Matched the description, and Yvonne and Bob communicated very well, and we very welcoming when we arrived. I feel like their space is what AirBnb was meant to be, not what companies buying up multiple condos and pretending they're hotels, except you do half the housekeeping for a fee. Would absolutely stay here again if I need to come back to Ticonderoga.

Cozy, charming, and quiet are the best ways to describe our time at 9 Mile. Upon first arrival it felt like we were walking into our home away from home. The apartment space was adorable, with everything we could’ve asked for. Knowing a delicious cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich was waiting for us in the morning was the perfect way to spend our long weekend. Our hosts reached out to us to help us settle in well before it was time, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We walked away feeling like a local. 10/10, will be back again!

Great location from the town, and from nearby trails. Very clean place and easy to check in. Nice to have a fenced in yard for the dog and hot tub amenities.

We absolutely loved this spot, was super nice, clean and even better in person than showed in pictures and explained. would definitely recommend this spot for someone else and we will definitely return to this spot for our next trip up there.

Alma was very responsive throughout our stay! We were about 15 minutes from Main Street in Lake Placid with lots to do. The cabins were attached to a restaurant, but I would never have known; it was very quiet. This set-up is ideal for 2 couples traveling together. We had a great visit!

This was a great spacious space. Right on the lake. Everything was lovely would definitely stay again. The only issue was there’s a pizza parlor above and there is some noise from there, but it wasn’t really much of a distraction.

An amazing property that offers one of a kind views of the surrounding mountains all while sitting in a hot tub or laying on a couch. Great jump spot for hiking into the High Peaks Wilderness! Don is an amazing host and will exceed all expectations. We truly look forward to our next visit at the Ridgeline.

The location was perfect and the view was beautiful. Could maybe have been a little better stocked with the typical things at an Airbnb but not a big deal as long as you know you need to bring it and the host communicated that.

Great stay at a great place! We ended up with fewer people than first expected so it was very roomy for us.
