Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Essaouira

Fred's property is a beautiful, peaceful, traditional Riad in the Medina. Tucked away moments from the hustle and bustle, yet very quiet. It is unique and full of charm and kept very clean and tidy by the lovely housekeeper, Saadia. Fred is an excellent communicator and made our stay utterly seamless. You will not be disappointed with this property but totally fall in love with it and Essaouira as a whole. The terrace is another place to relax, enjoy the view and soak up the wonders of Morocco. There is so much to do, wonderful local people to meet and excellent cuisine to experience. Traveling with my daughter, we felt totally safe and welcome.

We had a wonderful stay at Mohammed and Soukaina’s villa; it was exactly as described, clean, spacious and beautiful. The pool was gorgeous and we were in it every day. Zohra the cook is lovely and her food is delicious. The caretaker was also very helpful and the owners are super responsive and no question is too much - we asked a lot of questions! We would love to return.

Beautiful house, from architecture to decoration. The layout around the pool is extraordinary! Stéphanie is very nice. We'll be happy to go back.

Michelle's place was the perfect getaway. It slept 5 of us and our dog with room to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed to have breakfast and dinners when we felt like cooking. The house is next to everything, but down a quiet side street. We would definitely stay here again.

Romain is easily reachable, and helped us a lot. The villa is really beautiful. I absolutely recommend you go there. Lots of nice little details, as well as a really nice pool/pétanque court and terrace. In terms of price/quality, there is nothing better. Thank you very much Romain and I hope to see you soon :)

Soedade’s place is absolutely wonderful! The location is only 1 minute off the Main Street in the Medina but peaceful and quiet at the same time. The furnishings are authentic, the art wonderful …..everything made us feel right at home. The rooftop with its several hangouts spots has great views onto the ramparts and the ocean. We enjoyed every minute. We will be back! Andrea and Clark

I had a great stay in this peaceful haven, the accommodation corresponded exactly to my needs; clean, quiet, access to the beach and a very nice terrace. Fabian is a nice and responsive host. I thank him for his hospitality.

Super nice riad in a great spot right in the Medina. Parking’s easy at Bab Marrakech, and it’s just a short walk to the beach. The rooms are on the first floor. They’re clean, bright, and airy. The rooftop is amazing. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining room for chilly winter nights, though we didn’t use it since it was warm outside. All in all, a great place!

Our stay at Gilbert‘ s apartment was so lovely. The apartment is simply georgeous and spacious and the location is perfect. Gilbert is such a lovely host and welcomed us personally and gave us many very good tips to make us feel like home. We had an amazing time in Essaouira. Thank you! Sandra & Çağla

Mitsou is the perfect hostess, charming, discreet, available and generous in addresses and advice. Its Riad is ideally located in the Medina, everything being a haven of peace, freshness and beauty. Tastefully decorated, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet, the bathrooms spacious and pleasant. A kitchen with everything you need is also available. The two cats in the house are adorable and not stingy with cuddles. I recommend it!

Steph’s place is very private, and beautifully decorated. I was traveling alone and it was perfect for 1 person. The balcony was sunny and private, the bed really comfortable and the bathroom was clean and cute (it’s like a walk-in closet!). Steph had great recommendations for around town and is very easy to communicate with. I also booked a breathwork-session with her, which was life-changing. I totally recommend to book a session with her; massage/meditation/yoga/breathwork.

We had a wonderful time in Giorgina's apartment. Everything is as described in the listing. The proximity to the beach was a highlight for us as kitesurfers. You just cross the street. However, kitesurfers should be prepared for strong winds & waves. Carrefour 😉 Supermarket is a 1km walk away. You can also walk to the medina along the beautiful beach promenade. Otherwise, taxis are very cheap. Giorgina gave us great tips for restaurants, transfer & Co. Essaouira has excellent places with Mediterranean cuisine. We have rarely eaten so well. The apartment is super clean, well furnished and well equipped. We immediately felt at home. A highlight is the sunny, wind-protected balcony overlooking the sea. Check-in & out work easily. We were even helped with the luggage. Giorgina is super accommodating & nice. Your responses are extremely fast. We would book again in a heartbeat if we come to Essaouira.

This accommodation is a gem, the hosts are responsive, available and arranged for our arrival, although very late (10 pm), to be in the best conditions. The accommodation seemed even better than in the photos and is very well located in Essaouira. Mini downside for the bathroom which is outside the apartment (but private) which was weird at first but not really disturbing because the accommodation is on the top floor, so no passage, and the rest of the apartment more than compensates. Great stay in Florence's apartment, perfect location, ocean and hill views! the pool is always maintained, no communication problems with Florence, very attentive to the well-being of her guests, for me it's the perfect place to breathe, de-stress, enjoy... I would gladly come back!

The apartment is super cozy and very bright, which is difficult to find in Essaouira. The roof terrace is large and the view of the countryside is beautiful. If you're lucky, you'll see wild boars, camels and cows. Very close by there is a "four traditionnel," where you can buy rolls from early to late. You can also find good restaurants within driving distance. Danielle is the best host we've ever had. Super friendly, always responds immediately, very helpful, just perfect.

A beautiful artist's apartment designed with great attention to detail :) Despite the location in the middle of the medina with all its life and hustle and bustle, the apartment itself is very quiet, a real oasis - the terraces wonderful for relaxing; the kitchen equipped with everything you need. Nora on site was very friendly and Moni herself was super nice and helpful. Thanks for everything, we will be happy to come back!

Amazing stay that lives up to the positive reviews I read on Karima's listing. Karima is an exceptional host who made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. Greeted with tea and oriental pastries. There's nothing like this to start our stay . The added bonus is that we can order from Latifa who brings us the meal back to the place . I recommend her chicken rfissa and thank her so much. I would recommend this place and thank you again to Karima for her hospitality. Many thanks

Squeaky clean!! Having had some previous experiences within the same week where the accommodations weren’t clean enough, I did appreciate that this apartment was so clean and comfortable! The host thought of everything! There was dishwasher soap and clothes detergent also in the kitchen for us to use that was enough for our stay, shampoo and body wash in the bathroom, and towel sets and covers for all five of us! The self check in and check out instructions were very easy to follow! And prompt professional communication! Thank you Khalid and Imad.

The apartment truly felt like a home away from home: with a comfy bed, plenty of linens and towels, well equipped kitchen, a supermarket around the corner. The big, very private terrace with the view of the dunes was the highlight - perfect for breakfasting in the sun or outdoor yoga. Jean Francois and Corinne were always quick to respond though Said, their local friend, was rather difficult to get hold of. Thank you for hosting us, we had a lovely stay!
